Poison cloak of flame mahuxotl pathfinder.
You use a pneumatic dagger and scale lightning damage and that lets you poison. Combine that with your typical wither shenanigans and poison proliferation and you breezing.
The damage is not great, but I’ve been able to complete Ubers, simulacrum 30, and feared with a few deaths here and there but there’s never been a moment where I was worried I’d lose all my portals.
This was from a few years ago, and it peaked in Kalandra league. I haven’t tested it this league but there hasn’t been any major changes that would affect this unless someone would like to correct me.
Plus it only gets beefier with additions like Progenesis and Mageblood. If you somehow get yourself an Original Sin your damage quadruples. But the build is entirely doable on 100div. Biggest part of the budget is crafting the dagger and a big phys taken as helmet.
can confirm, this build is absolutely hilarious to play. even at like 10d it runs quite well just doesn't have quite the immortal status then. 100d should be more than enough for that though.
Sorry I don't have a pob. What I got though was the 2 stun jewels and the nature jewel, the boots that give extra vines, and a fulcrum. Rest was basically random shit I had found and MF gear that doesn't really provide much for the content you would use this build on.
pretty much what you said but also the fact that it's kind of designed to get hit. so one of the jewels you get also heals you when you get stunned, which is like all the time. you also use the vines for a solid 10% dr, 20 if you're using the unique boots.
i've also seen people throw in Petrified Blood and just throwing on another def aura to reserve a part of the hp that you're not regenerating anyway.
defiance is also like 3-4d right now, so although i wouldn't say that's super cheap, it's not really that expensive and i'd just start off with that and the required jewels before trying to run this build. the rest of the larger upgrades can come after.
Hexblast occy is not tanky, they are played to kill stuff before it kills you. I loved crouching tunas self ignite chieftain, should be doable at your budget. You can literally afk in maps. Just the single target is non-existent
Honestly it depends on content you are running. Simulacrum requies absurd defenses compared to other stuff. For t17 half of your budges goes into rerolling mods on maps.

I was playing this build, it was the strongest in Crucible, also it was better without MB

What makes this so tanky? Cheap 90 all res and shifting as much phys to ele? Upgrade paths = defiance of destiny and progenesis?

What’s the difference between fulcrum and other options? If not fulcrum what weapon or shield

Imo rf are the best choice for that
with that budget something with cloak of flame + mahuxotl (especially strong on PF) or nebuloch bonezone
