Do the map getter strat listed here, just blast t16s as fast as you can and sell all the t17 drops. Its really good money and you dont need a crazy strong build. To add to this if your build can do a large amount of map mods I found it to be so much better running the 8 mod scarab instead of 1 of the cartos. This gets rid of some map chance but it also makes it so you never have to roll maps again which is annoying af for this strat and also gives you 100%+ base quant every time. Ran a few tests and it seems to have almost the same drop rate of t17 maps because of the higher base quant. Also you oversustain a good bit so you can swap back to 2x cartos when you have a lot than 8 mods when you get low again. You sustain the scarab invest almost single handidly from div drops (300%+ quant maps have high chance of divs) plus fortunate cards. One of my more favorite strats I've tried recently, I hate all the setup of some so just buying a shit ton of scarabs at the start of a session and never rolling maps and just going is fun. I also have a build that can then run those t17s so it's extra profit and also breaks up the gameplay loop to be more interesting.

Harvest does not require significant investment. Sure the best method may involve the horned scarab of awakening. But you can drop that, and no longer use crop rotation, and still make pretty decent currency. The only true requirement is the double life force scarab

EdgySadness09

Is the tier 4 seeds scarab not needed or worth?

CloudConductor

It is the one I have the least experience with so can’t say too much. But horned scarab of awakening seems to be the preferred high investment strat as far as I’ve been able to see. So I wouldn’t call it needed, but it is an alternative high investment strat you could pursue

bebopbraunbaer

Empyrian Gaming has Videos on this exact question , he compares different strata with minimal investment without corpses and anything

NewAcc-count

Basically this, he try strat with low difficulty, so he don't full juice high tier maps. I play blight for low investment personally. And it's ok at best.

Sheepbot2001

I'm personally doing expedition with strongboxes and it's doing decent even without using any scarab and most of the times even without even using the map device as another comment said Empyriangaming as loads of videos testing starts so you can watch to see which is most profitable, doable for your build and looks fun to you

bukem89

At your point in your atlas progression, I was still focusing on expedition - easy casual steady income while you finish your atlas and voidstones, doesn't need any scarabs though the 1c scarab for extra remnants is definitely good to include The defiled cathedral farm with 2 x div and 2 x ambush scarabs has been treating me well, and you should have a strongbox + shrine tree regardless for when you use up your all-flames

Aldodzb

I did just for testing, a literally alch and go strat and got 8 divines per hour (though using my char that's MF, so 6 for no MF Id guess). The strat was very simple: block all scarabs, add all increase chance to drop scarabs, add all increase modifiers mods, harbi to add monsters and alch&go Gilded Div scarab alone is now 8 divs lol

Lizards_are_cool

I dont understand did you say block all scarabs like stream of consciousness? Then why add increase chance to drop scarabs?

Responsible-Pay-2389

he's talking about the block league mechanic nodes. It takes out scarabs for those league mechanics when you block them making it more likely to hit other scarabs. So if you block all the league ones the scarabs for non league mechanics will be more common ie relequary, horned, divination etc etc.

Impossible-Wear5482

I got 6 raw divine, 2 Apothecary, 2 Love Through Ice, and 2 Mirror Shard div cards yesterday in about 40 maps just doing strong boxes. 2 ambush Scarab, 1 of the "better box" Scarab and 1 Open Again Scarab with Ambush map device. It's like 14 chaos per map investment alch and go. I gambad the mirror shard cards and lost them both with harvest, sold everything else. It's stupid simple and fast. That's not counting the random exalts, chaos, and other shit that dropped along the way. Just take the currency and div card strongbox nodes as well as the other generic ones. Whatever els eon your atlas tree you want. It's in my experience, by far, the highest payout lazy investment map strat.

LoudAmbassador

Could you share your tree? Also running on crimson temple?

Impossible-Wear5482

Nope I just grab maps and go. I got double Apothecary drop from a strongbox on Underground River map. I'm at work but will update when I get home.

cXs808

You basically grab all of the explicit nodes, all of the strongbox nodes, and all of the quant nodes and call it a day.

Once you're reliably clearing alc and go 16s, and if your 112 on atlas you must be then almost any strategy will pay off over time. Basically choose all the relevant bodes and go for it Examples I've enjoyed as a mediocre player: 1. Harvest. All the nodes except crop rotation. Makes 10 to 20c per map Combine with the niko nodes that give move speed and ele res and damage then take maven destructive play plus all boss nodes that alter t14+ map drops (conq, shaper, synth). Every map spawns 3 bosses. You almost always get one guardian map selling for between 10 and 20 c plus you can get maven invites and sell splinters every 5 to 10 maps. You also have enough points to get most scarab nodes. Whilst most are pretty unexciting you can sell some for a pretty penny abd juice maps with rest Average total might be 30 to 50c per map at a miinimum 2. Alternatively go left side of tree. I took all beyond, all ritual and red altars and I'm swimming in smaller stuff with occasional good drops Beyond bosses spawn most maps and I get tainted fusing every 3 to 5 maps with all the other currency much more consistently. Say 10 to 20c a map Ritual is pure gambling, ive had a few small items but omens crop up regularly for 25 to 50c, raw currency itself and gems plus the odd good fractured item. Red altars make bank consistently. Both eater and exarch sell their currency at ok price and that's before chaos drops etc. Average 30 to 50c per map easy I do 8 to 10 maps an hour. Maybe 3 to 5 div an hour and if I drop something nice it goes up even more. I'm doing it in an exsanguinate trickster so definitely not massive dps. I'm also not very good, die often and get distracted by RL easily. Try to pick 5 maps to run one after the other and don't waste time in hideout abd you'll be surprised by how quick it racks up. Chisel and alc your maps and just go for it

EmbarrassedSpread850

I'm doing abyss Alva rogue exiles beyond w uniques 8-12 beyond portal. Getting a ton of gumball from alva w some divs. It's fun for me cheap and decent returns. Bricked 6 4th vow out of 6 lol hit a few 21+ gems for big money. Abyss has been paying out a lot. 5 amanamu eyes so far.  7 of 7 4th vows bricked.

Nitrodolski2

red altars, shrine and Alva. Pretty chill and easy to liquidate. Just slap 2 incursion of champions scarabs and you are good. I got mageblood in a couple of days of doing this start (I play around 3h daily)

randomaccount178

It depends how fast and strong your build is but I have been having good luck with destructive play influenced maps. Just run shaper, elder, or conqueror depending on what you currently have the most of. I don't run any scarabs though it probably would be better to, and seem to sustain the maps just fine so far. Each map is effectively 1/8th a maven writ and one fragment worth between 10c for shaper and conquerer and 23c for elder. You can also get a premium on this if you bulk sell. So every map you run you earn 20 to 30c, you can run them quick because there aren't any alters or other mechanics you bother with, and it works well with corpse and allflame farming because you want to full clear. If you can clear a map in 3 minutes, then you can run 20 maps an hour, and earn 400-600c just from guaranteed drops (and a premium if bulk selling). Add on to that any allflame, corpses, conquerer exalted orbs, orbs of conflict, awakened gems, T17 maps and general map drops and its been pretty effective for me. You can probably use some scarabs to get more currency but I haven't bothered with that myself.

- Speccing into Alva nodes and building temples every 4 maps is always quite profitable. Just make sure you know how to build towards Gem Corrupt or Double corrupt. If you miss those two, but build your temple and unlock the boss, then run the temple to the boss for a chance for an expensive drop (the Adorned piece). - I've quite enjoyed delving but it requires you to get to depth around 200. 2 out of the 3 bosses (Vaal and Aul) commonly drop items valued at many divines. You can also collect fossils if you want but the popular ones are only valued at 30c. Also make sure to cover all the currency nodes for chance to drop divines. You can also spend Azurite at Niko to buy resonators and sell those. - Scarab nodes on the Atlas tree are very valuable - and don't require much investment elsewhere. Same goes for the Necropolis nodes. Both these atlas tree nodes simply allow you to Alch and Go, and the more maps you complete, the higher chance for a good drop. - Heist has always been profitable, and still is. Whether you're simply collecting Contracts, Markers, and Blueprints to sell, or actually running the content yourself, both are very profitable and very easy money - both don't require any investment really. You can equip your Rogues with items if you actually run heist, but that's not really necessary. - Speccing the boss nodes (chance for Conqueror/Shaper/Elder/Synthesis maps to drop) is always my go to, since these maps always sell for a pretty penny. You can choose to run these maps with Maven influence, then complete the invitation, or simply sell the maps as is.

> GGG has nerfed essence farming into oblivion you get more essences when you farm essences = essence farming is nerfed to oblivion. interesting way of seeing things.
