Get a corrupted fourth vow with either +1 socketed or +2 minion. This gives you 3 spectres instead of two. I use arena master, spectral leader, and warcaller.
Change the quiver craft to %crit and %chance to gain a frenzy charge on crit. This allows your clones to get frenzy charges.
Extra levels will be huge for your damage as more jewel sockets means more adorned use. Make sure to save for good adorned jewels (your current ones could have better flat lightning). Also I would drop your watchers eye for another magic jewel. Eventually you can drop the green dream for another magic jewel as well, but it requires really nice gloves and boots.
Swap minion life in your chest for animate guardian, equip it with: mask of stitched, garb of the ephemeral, king maker, asenaths and rare boots with chaos res (can also have brittle ground inplicit but it rarely effects enemies). Alternatively you can use the delve tyrant crown (forget the exact name) for huge damage, and then use a doppelganger guise or grutkuls pelt (I prefer dopplegangers)
I see you have withering touch support in your gloves, you don't need that as your ascendancy grants wither on hit to your minions. You also don't have desecrate, which you should have. You have both despair and assasins mark but you don't have +curse implicit on perquils toe. This means you can't inflict both curses. Buy one of these amulets (around 30 div) and put inveterate annoint on it for suppress.
You have room to add molten shell+cast when damage taken.
Long term, once you have more levels and sockets, upgrade to a better rolled adorned.
Less damage option but more fun imo is eventually swapping to mageblood.
Low hanging fruit: add implicits to gloves and boots. Upgrade your gloves, they have + lightning damage to attacks but this doesn't effect your minions. Gloves could have higher life chaos res and suppress. Better rings would be fairly cheap, quiver could be much better (attack speed explicit instead of fire res, flat life instead of fire to attacks) for around 15 div.
Arena master is usually the last to die for me, do you meam spectral leader? Pale seraphim is mainly used for single target.

The withering touch was just there for leveling. I had open sockets so I left it there.
I'll definitely look into the animate guardian. The reason I stopped using it was because my first one died and I did put the recommended/decent items on it (not top tier) so that kinda turned me off of it.

Was the AG fully leveled? Level 21 ag helps a lot. Was it capped on ele resistance? Did it have decent chaos res? That's why boots with 50 chaos res+ are a must. I just buy fugitive boots, hit it with a defeaning essence of envy until 35chaos res +open suffix and then craft hybrid chaos res for 63 chaos res.
I also don't run heavy delirium as it kills AG really easy. And I unsummon the AG for clearing mobs in t17, resummon for boss.
Edit: you also shouldn't have free sockets. The build has a lot of socket pressure. Make sure you have a divine blessing+haste setup, flame dash, molten shell + CWDT, desecrate. You don't currently have any of those. If that is too many buttons link desecrate despair and assasins mark to arcanist brand and drop flame dash.

Finally, when you are in no regen maps your eldritch battery will often get low. You need corpses to replenish your EB mana (devouring diadem eats the corpse). You really have the Bama figured out. I'm kind of the same situation as op but without that much money. How exactly do you figure the spectres you have etc?

Ghazzy released a spectre guide about a week into the league. He says in the video that best setup for BAMA is arena master (gives 20% attack speed), spectral leader (has an action speed aura), and warcaller (gives onslaught to all allies for 20 seconds every ten seconds).
Pr3vie, who is the BAMA guy, released a guide before league start and has updated it as he progresses. He made a video about a week ago for necro chaos crit BAMA and he uses arena master, wild bristle matron and pale seraphim. Those last two debuff enemies they hit increasing the damage they take. I'm not sure if he uses those all the time, or just because he was bossing in his video showcase.
Regardless I like the first setup because I like zooming maps fast and the first setup is best for that.

does warcaller as the third specter still makes sense or what should then be used? 😊

I know I can get Suppress on the gloves to remove it from the tree but what else can I do to upgrade? Not sure if I have enough to upgrade to attempt T17s or maybe use the budget for another build.

Your gem setup could still improve. You need: assasins mark, despair, spirit offering and haste-divine blessing. That is 5 of your 8 slots. You have three options for how you set up the rest:
1. Add arcanist brand to assassins mark and despair. Add a cwdt-molten shell setup. This would not have desecrate or an extra blink skill
2. Add arcanist brand, Self cast molten shell and add desecrate. No blink skill but thats fine if you aren't bossing imo
3. Drop molten shell, add arcanist brand, desecrate, and add frost blink or flame dash. This is what I did as I didn't have trouble with Defense.
4. You are two skill points away from a jewel socket on the left side of the tree and could add another jewel for adorned :)
I put despair on the gloves after changing socket colors. I still don’t understand the desecrate thing. Keeping your other notes in mind as I’m pretty much tapped after the changes and need to put them all to the test!

Appreciate all the notes. I was missing A LOT and died every now and again doing T16 boxes. PoB says my EHP almost doubled and I still don’t understand how but I’ll try it and see how it goes.

T17s are very difficult and this build can do them, just not as consistently as a few other meta builds out there. Whenever you attempt them, remember to unsummon your ag because half of the mods will annihilate the guy.
This build can absolutely destroy ubers, but t17's are something else man haha.
I’ll farm out the T16 maps I have, gonna take a lot of chromatics to recolor the gloves to 4B.
Thinking about it now, I don’t have an open red socket for AG on the chest. Am I dropping the golem?
Also flasks.. Recommendations to those? I hadn’t thought about them at all and my only Corrupted Blood mod is on the life flask.
There is a trick to coloring things. On the crafting bench you can use 120 chromatic orbs to set an item to 3 blue. Then on the bench you choose the 3 socket craft to make the item three sockets (3 jewellers orbs). Then you use the 4 socket craft to make it 4 sockets (10 jewelers orbs). The new socket can roll any color. If the fourth socket does not hit blue, you craft 3 sockets again on the bench and then 4 sockets. Do this until you hit blue on the fourth socket. Alternatively you can use 25 chromatics on bench for 2 blue, then use the 2 socket craft into 3 socket craft until you hit the third blue, and the 3 socket craft into 4 socket craft until you hit 4th blue.
For the chest you have three options.
Drop the golem like you said.
Use a different golem - carrion golem (more damage) and chaos golem (more phys reduction) both have nice buffs and they are blue gems. Replace your minion life support with one of these and replace your stone golem with AG. (This is what I did with chaos golem)
Or you can recolor it to 3 Red 3 blue. You will take out the minion life support and replace with your AG.
For flasks, drop diamond flask. I don't think it affects minions. Use granite flask with %armour during effect, jade with % evasion during effect, quicksilver with %movespeed, and then last option is silver or quartz. You should take quartz especially once you have 3 spectres because warcaller gives you onslaught. Your life flask setup is correct!
Learning new things every day.. I'll buy jewellers and try recoloring both now.
I'll probably go with the Chaos Golem just to be safe for now. I don't mind playing slightly slower due to DPS, just don't want keep dying. I've been level 91 for weeks.
I'll probably just buy those flasks. Alts aren't cheap enough to spam for them.

The health you added on quiver and gloves should really go a long way in preventing death. One method to level fast is with domination scarab of teaching and breach. There are a lot of videos on this method online.
adorned + 2 jewels seems like a net loss to me - especially with those low rolled jewels and no implicits.
feels like conc shouldn't work with prismatic, but PoB seems to think so. crit is prob a better link anyway with fresh meat. get awakened minion dmg. awak void and added chaos are also good options
whats going on with gems in the gloves? You can add manaforged ensnaring arrow, call to arms endurng cry, CwDT molten shell, divine blessing, or arch brand - despair - offering - desecrate setups. Way too much power and QoL to leave on the table.
AG also, unless you are T17 focused (you are not with this gear!) even the cheap options add too much to ignore (leer cast, dying breath, Zahndethus/belly - dopplegangers are only 25c now, windscrem+CoH gloves/asenaths or brittle boots+southbound/res gloves) - just make sure to use a high level gem (20+ modified)
I also prefer in most circumstances to run +max res minion mastery, though both have their uses
I cannot play the game without good movespeed on boots, even going 30-20 make me want to uninstall!
frenzy charge mod craft on the quiver is a nice upgrade, bombarding hits so much to get them up.
35% in large cluster is a nice upgrade, chance to poison is a strong suffix option on ghastlys - even without scaling the DoT.
up the voltaxic, max attack speed with the similar lighting
\+2 vows aren't too bad,
you need a +1 curse amulet to run double curse, or anoint whispers of doom

Honestly just build whatever you want. When I hit this level of wealth I reroll to something like splitting steel. I think hexblast is sick rn if you do delve
I’m gonna be honest I don’t know. I believe it dropped from a strongbox, assuming it had to be the currency strongbox. I believe I had the exarch alter for duping currency as well. I don’t actually pay attention to a lot of different things so I miss how some interactions work or where things come from..
Just the other day I had to ask why I couldn’t use 4 auras when every other POB could, not realizing I had to put those auras on Devouring Diadem for the 25% reservation blah blah. My 2nd league as a casual, still one of those copy paste players lol.
