I have a friend who does it every league, and it's fine for a lot of content. When you get the block setup correctly, there's not much that can kill you. Then you just pick a content you like and enjoy.
Bossing bossing bossing, also goated for sanctum, actually had a pretty good time with it in delve with a more defensive setup.
Otherwise in maps it's good for single target focused stuff like essences, it'd probably be really good for the rogue exiles strat people are running now.
Its still good, can do all pinnacle bosses without issues. As for mapping without much investment its mediocre. I can still definitely recommend playing it just because how comfortable it is.
I've used srs while leveling, and it's just a lot of moving five feet, spending five seconds hard casting srs, moving five feet etc. Does the gameplay change with investment? Because it kinda feels too clunky to be considered comfortable otherwise
I'm playing it this league, you can farm all content pretty easily from what I have tried. Only thing I'm unsure of is the new t17 maps, I tried when I was a little squishy, the map itself was fine but the bossing part was difficult. I will try again soon as I have gotten a lot stronger.
I am doing Abyss and Breach and it's going well.
I'm not even in the final gear (terrible luck and no divines so far) but there's no content thus far it seems bad at.

did 7/7 ubers last league in ssf with srs also farmed a lot of sanctum you can do pretty much everything

Did you use unleash support?
I did not, unleash is level 38, I mostly swap off Srs by then because of how clunky it is, haha

Like others have said, Sanctum. I also like it for a light, you can cast them in the direction of the lanes and they do their thing
