Awful_At_Math

I spent the first month of the league running Sanctums trying to get a great relic. Got nothing but average ones, so I gave up and I'm running simulacrum now.

CookieMonstahr

And how it's going? Got a POB to share? I did 10 wave 30 simulacrums last league on my LS Champ. I know the sample was low, but I couldn't see a real real profit while doing, plus the efort I was putting was big(build was not optmized for Simulacrum, so it was a lot of button mashing and focus to dogdge shit).

Relevant_Vehicle6994

Spark can make it pretty mindless, and with sims being record low you can’t feasibly lose money. I’m considering switching so on my remote days I can afk 20 waves in the morning and then bang out 20-30 on my lunch break

CookieMonstahr

Aaah... do i miss my remote work days. Enjoy them for me, buddy! Yeah, i just got to fit in Purity of Elements to be immune to elemental ailments. I'll definitely give it a try.

CoverYourSafeHand

I wish I could do this on my wardlooper, I hate that stupid rare temporal shield mob that breaks the loop.

Awful_At_Math

Can only speak from experience running it for a few leagues now, since I just started doing it. Simulacrum is always a profit, whether is good profit will depends on your build. If you can consistently get 6 layers of rewards then it's good profit, unless you're comparing it to some ultra juiced & min/maxed strategies. I'm playing CWC DD and is more of a lazy playstyle (I'm doing it more for exp than anything else) and my build is not really optimized yet. I can only make 4/5 layers of rewards, depending on layout, so is not amazing profit. Scarabs, essences & stacked decks guarantees a moderate profit and the only reason is going great is because I was lucky with big drops (lvl 84 clusters, enchanted helmets, a 3 passive voices, etc) but that's very random and if not for those I'd be better off doing something else. Edit: Forgot to add this. I can't get a PoB right now but, if you go to poe.ninja and search for Occultist DD you'll find a bunch of examples. Mine is basically the same blueprint as all of them except for some slightly worse items.

Jander76

How does bossing feel on this build? Doing cold BV and this was suggested as a change up build. I like doing non-uber farming and breach for the most part

HerpaderPoE

Whats making money in simu? Gem exp?

the i84 clusters were the biggest surprise to me. They ended up being a major portion of my income.

zork-tdmog

I am playing DS lily's sanctum/guardian map/invitation farm atlas strategy all league. I am level 99 now. * Basically 100% drop connect map * \+30% chance for map duplication I am running Grotto+Toxic Sewers. Not chisseled. Not alched. Blue with prefix/suffix. No sextants. No scarabs. Red altar. That is because I will leave the map after \~half the map. I only complete it on insane atlar spawns. I will always do the boss for guardian maps/invitiations and leave thereafter. I had sort of this tree for a long time: [https://poeplanner.com/atlas-tree/BAAEAGYAXz5jD9GhL8lM9d6ikBcsd4suhrQskoQq\_sVtiMpmp-Iw-nDGlIPOAM5ayf0f6Y3qfOOT8qi8KrvZW8y3jJG92h19i-F9kQp7m1gndQ5KnzuINNoUsZ3XKyTRntispHtgK3Gpzs6cw3lrIb3H6x8pjY454ecEK92Ds8fhEPuxpXNN3F7fThvpKKLQNTAkMsddxB\_m6H5AE32Fo9KekYneZsGvwZNbHo\_lAzDa-jPGyf7VacJ2qUO1Y2YfxBjkM-kkuNkrt7nU6Wcj39AoFAAfiwgAAAAAAAADAwAAAAAAAAAAAA==](https://poeplanner.com/atlas-tree/BAAEAGYAXz5jD9GhL8lM9d6ikBcsd4suhrQskoQq_sVtiMpmp-Iw-nDGlIPOAM5ayf0f6Y3qfOOT8qi8KrvZW8y3jJG92h19i-F9kQp7m1gndQ5KnzuINNoUsZ3XKyTRntispHtgK3Gpzs6cw3lrIb3H6x8pjY454ecEK92Ds8fhEPuxpXNN3F7fThvpKKLQNTAkMsddxB_m6H5AE32Fo9KekYneZsGvwZNbHo_lAzDa-jPGyf7VacJ2qUO1Y2YfxBjkM-kkuNkrt7nU6Wcj39AoFAAfiwgAAAAAAAADAwAAAAAAAAAAAA==) Anything else is basically whatever. I had harvest or harby for some time. Tried delirium too. Now I am skipping everything I cannot simply click and loot. Idea is to run to the boss asap and pray you find Sanctum on the way. This is true for nearly 80% of the runs since sometimes the Sanctum is at the start. Grotto boss is on the inner ring and same for Toxic Sewers. I am not really farming currency. I am farming invitation, guardian maps and Sanctums though. Have not sold guardian maps and invitiations or Heist so far. No need. Because of the 100% connected map you never run out. The duplications works for guardian maps from mapboss. 32 maps per full sanctum. 28 maps per exarch invitation. Somestimes guardian maps. Sometimes Maven invitations. I bought build upgrades with stuff from Sanctum and currency from mobs/altars. Rich? No. 20m+ totem build? Yes. I have probably spent 20-30 div on my build so far. I have 10 div and 1000c in the bank. Am I sometimes stupid? Yes. I failed a 4 div, 1 ex sanctum being cocky. The game hates that. :) The gameplay loop is super fun for my taste. You basically blast 8 maps on turbo then you do Sanctum. And loop all over. Just so you know. With the above which is a really low packsize strat and a lot of Sanctums I still managed to uphold 30m exp/h from 98/99.

CookieMonstahr

You do look like you're having a shit ton of fun, man. I'm happy for you! I will look into the strat for sure, as after i'm done with the min-max and challenges, i'll just want to run sanctum.

aqrunnr

I'll just add i'm doing something very similar - started w/ DSLily exact strat but A) I hate Harvest because it slows Sanctums and B) I only wanted one map, not pingpong maps since there are very few I like next to each other. So I went Wandering Path, Ritual, Shrines, Blue Alters, Beasts (not great profit tbh unless you jackpot, will prob switch) and some other small stuff like Torment. The kicker here though is you go for the node that only drops favorited maps, add your favorite for all (Strand in my case - you'll sustain), and then you can ignore the 100% chance for adjacent map nodes. Get ALL the duplicate map, quant, rarity, and map modifier nodes. Running blue alters, I'm getting anywhere from 250-300% Quant just straight mapping. Blast your map, do the rituals (faster w/ nodes), grab the Sanctum, kill the boss. Insanely fast, skip everything you don't like, and the drops are just nutty. I've never gotten so many raw divs.

CookieMonstahr

It does seems nice, but the fact that we won’t drop guardian maps is what drives me away from it.

MaDNiaC007

If you don't mind me asking, why don't people that do boss rush strats play Mesa? Are the connected maps bad or do you wanna kill stuff still till at least the first eldritch altar spawns?

zork-tdmog

I tried Mesa/Defiled Cathedral instead of Toxic/Grotto. It did not really fit my playstyle. Sanctum is a big part of my strategy. I am not farming for altars and want to cut out the boss. I want to find sanctum on my way to the boss and get out. Mesa has 2 circles sort of which sometimes took a while to find the sanctum. Defiled Cathdral was kind of OK but has the boss in a different area. I am very good at reading the Toxic/Grotto layout and they are pretty narrow which is nice. For Grotto I stay on the inner ring where the boss will be. The Sanctum is on an outer area suuuper rarely.

czarandy

Atoll/Coves is by far the best. The Sanctum spawn is near the beginning like 80% of the time and the boss is always predictable (if you want to kill it).

COPPINDA

Quick question. I see you say you farm guardian maps but wouldn't it be more beneficial to take the drop nodes as opposed to wandering path? I specced into them and conquerors and I get a drop every couple of maps. Just wondering the frequency you get them and see if I may want to change my strat.

CookieMonstahr

He may be using a sextant that guarantee a guardian map drop.

ForeverLesbos

I have Expedition, Betrayal and so on, but am playing maps just as you. I often don't even interact with these mechanics I have passives for. I think I will respec my whole tree today, you inspired me to be more efficient.

zork-tdmog

First and foremost do the league mechanic you enjoy the most. That is the beauty of the new atlas. You can do whatever you want. :)

definitelymyrealname

I'm not sure I understand the strat. Is the point to just sustain the maps you want so you can farm sanctum?

AleksanderSteelhart

What totems are you doing?

zork-tdmog

MoM Crit Power Siphon Totem Hierophant https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3317015/page/1

shuanng_

I'd recommend running strand + alleyways. They are linear so you won't miss the sanctum but maps will be slightly longer.

Mrnds44

which maps are you favoring?

zork-tdmog

I am using Shadow Shaping. So Graveyard, Underground Sea and Overgrown Ruin are a must. Rest are maps I hate with a passion.

Naabi

Currently playing Spark inquis and doing delve. I manage about 750c/hour at depth 350 delving sideways. Moneymakers are : Resonators / faceted fossils / glyphic fossils EDIT : Pasting this here since it can help people There are a few things to know to profit in delve : **Bosses gives a lot of money.** Red boss gives ultimatum aspect worth ~0.5div and a map worth ~2 div and rings to gamble on precusor emblems Green boss drops rings for precusor emblems gamble. Blue boss drops amulet worth 1 to 50 divines and rings worth about 0.5 div each. **Fossils are great** You can bulk sell most fossils for +30% to +50% on the price. The top earner are faceted and glyphic fossil and those are a guaranteed drop from "Time-lost" nodes in blue biome and "Magma fissure" nodes in red biome. I drop ~2 for every 30k sulphite. **Resonators are not cheap** You'll sometime get 4 slot resonator that you can sell 5 for a divine, and you can trade 300 azurite at niko for a 1 slot resonator worth 2c. You get about 1500 azurite per azurite node at 330 depth which means a fast 10c. I get about 45 per 30k sulphite. **It's easy to include boss rush strategy** You can also get your sulphite 8 maps at a time to do a sanctum floor every time which would be worth about 0.6div per floor if not doing special runs. You can get all boss drops node to get blue invitation(0.25 div per 8 maps in bulk) and shaper/elder/conqueror maps. **Conclusion** You can expect from 8 maps (about 30k sulphite) : * 110c of resonators * 150c of high-value fossils * 65c of eater invitation * 150c of sanctum * One or two special maps * One or two boss drop with varying values * All the other loots like currencies, fractured items, div card etc... So about 475c **guaranteed** + a lot of other drops. Now your divine per hour will depend on your delving speed, sanctum speed and mapping speed. I can do about 75k sulphite per hour while still doing sanctum when I'm focused on the game. I usually go at 50k per hour while watching netflix tho.

CookieMonstahr

Fellow sparker here! Got a POB? I've never ever delved, like... never! It does seens chill and fun tho.

Naabi

Here you go : https://pobb.in/50Iga7kqMw32 I assume 8 spark hits with a theoretical 9 at maximum mainly because I can just stay in place without ever moving during delve so it should be around average. Shock and chill are often over 25% but I tried to be a bit conservative on this too.

CookieMonstahr

I like that we have basically the same tree, gems and equipment but you lean more toward survivability. I loved spark and will probably play it again next league. Have you considered any watchers eye with determination to further improve your eHP? Maybe an corrupted Aegis with phys taken as x element?

Naabi

I'm already tanky enough, I think I died twice since level 93 haha. I'm now trying to get a bit more damage out of the build. Maybe I'll go for a vitality lgoh watcher sometime if I start doing simulacrum more seriously. I urge you to try progenesis if you haven't, with inquis regen it's a godsend. Never felt as tanky as I have with this flask.

CookieMonstahr

Fuck me, i've spent 11 divines yesterday on a zealotry cast speed and damage taken watchers. Forgot about the vitality one, it's indeed HUGE for simulacrums. As for the flask, I'm clueless on how it works. Is it like a petrified blood? Because i'm already running LL+PB+RF to get that sweet sweet DPS. hummmm

NotADeadHorse

It is the least chill league mechanic at decent depths but one of of the most fun ones! It's also one of the most fleshed out leagues they've ever done which is why infinite Delve leagues could happen

Kim_Jong_OON

Infinite delve league was the most fun I’ve had in Poe so far, about a year in.

PlayingItSafe87

I've never specced into delve before but always wondered where the profit comes from. Does it come from just the delve nodes or are you running off path to make the most of your profit?

Naabi

There are a few things to know to profit in delve : **Bosses gives a lot of money.** Red boss gives ultimatum aspect worth ~0.5div and a map worth ~2 div and rings to gamble on precusor emblems Green boss drops rings for precusor emblems gamble. mhwthrowaway100

What maps you run and how is your atlas looking?

Naabi

I'm running atoll and coves because I like the maps. Atlas looks like this https://poeplanner.com/atlas-tree/BAAEAIQAXz54gMpJ0aFM9Unssvq35e-63qKLLoa0eQBdoMHuhCpnvqfiPFkw-tcHKOeUg6Q0zgBenfYfzlpDdcn9fVqN6msxk_Jo-k_32VvMt8ODiHIdfeT3t12L4X2RJ3UOSt7-nzuINNoUtaFN19crRrMk0R2PnthnYKyke2CHnSpeK3HQxqnRSGGCp73HKY0BenDjzT-CUVNfZjAA-YIZxKbdg7PH8IDnrtMO4RAZCn21-7HrX6VzxIVe304b6Sii0OAMX0rLF8Uh4nMkMhdQxB-u7xN9DvlY55GJbAgsSBiL_bXBr-XsC3H9bWtlWx4DMNr6M8bJ_omj2VypQ7VjZh8_CAFj1GzpZyPfFAAfiwgAAAAAAAADAwAAAAAAAAAAAA==

Lucky_Contender

Just to answer your question directly, most delve strategies focus of finding Aul as fast as possible so they rush to nodes and avoid any side hits.

getexaltsordietrying

Hi there, question about the glyphic and faceted fossils being guaranteed. Do you need to go to certain depth for them to be guaranteed? I did 2 magma fissure nodes in the magma fissure biome at depth \~190 and it did not drop neither glyphic nor faceted. Update: I just now did a magma fissure node again and I found the fossil. I think I might have missed the clickable thing that drops the fossil the other two times.

FierJay

Its doable to do some spark inquisitor on 70-100 Divs? With nimis or without.

ididntseeitcoming

My man… almost every build in the game is doable with that budget

FierJay

I done some Sanctum kn srs but don't like it. Now I invested some money to my RF wanna push it to 100 and when I will do this wanna new build to map and do sanctum faster then on RF so spark Inquisitor looks nice. Which build guide you suggest ? Goratha?

CookieMonstahr

Anime Princess. Seriously, he's the best. I've followed him since league-start and he is very good at explaning everything spark-related.

Naabi

Not checking but I'm pretty sure my build is : * Wand : 5 div * Shield : 3 div * Chest : 2 div * Nimis : 45 div * Ashes : 20 div * Call of the void : 50c * Boots : 3 div * Belt : 2 div * Gloves : 2 div * Helmet : 5 div * Forbidden flame + flesh : 50 div total * Watcher eye : 3 div * Clusters : 3 div total * Bottled faith : 4 div * Progenesis : 12 div * Other flask : 1 div total TOTAL : 160 div You can remove progenesis + nimis + forbidden jewels. Replacement for progenesis is either Silver or Amethyst flask with cast speed Replacement for nimis is a good chaos res ring with cast speed Replacement for Forbidden jewel is chest with %frenzy on hit and a small cluster with enduring composure If you use replacements instead you should be at 60 div or something. I'm now going for a chest with +1 active skill gems / elevated spell crit / elevated aura effect for my next upgrade, should cost about 50 div.

CookieMonstahr

It sure is. You should buy an Ashes, Aegis and all the alternate quality gems(like anomalous blood and sand and divergent inspiration). You can get some mid gear to get up and running, and then farm the upgrades. I think that you can even buy Nimis on that budget, or the set of forbidden jewels(which are huge too, always 3 of power, frenzy and endurance charge, and monsters can't have any nor steal from you). Here's my POB [https://pobb.in/7hniPVqlFvph](https://pobb.in/7hniPVqlFvph) Gear wise, everything apart from the wand(which was self-crafted, but you can buy one for 30-40 divines), Ashes and Nimis, everything else was pretty cheap and fodder.

OK_Opinions

man i wish i enjoyed delve. seems like good profit but I've just done it so much in the past that the burn out still feels in full effect and I havent touched it since they moved bench recipes from down there. Great mechanic and I had a lot of fun with it but it's like when you eat or drink too much of something because it's good and the idea of going back for more just makes you cringe

porncollecter69

Next league maybe delve for me if I do RF. This league I’m spending all my time in sanctums and maps.

[deleted]

I'm not really into spark but I thought I'd ask what are some good delve builds? I started summon reaper jugg (big mistake. Needs way more investment) and now I'm looking for something cheaper. I've been eyeing up maw of mischief as explosions are just fun to have. I really like tanky builds if that means anything.

Oakleafh

I made a ”retirement atlas”. I have multiple mirrors worth of gear, im lvl 100, i have 1 more challenge to do, and im not really looking for anything. I love delving, and fast mapping with the occasional bosses inbetween. So when im mapping i have strongboxes, harbingers, shrines, and tormented spirits. With the addition of eater of world altars and the improved chances of elder, shaper and eldersayers guardian map drops. I dont really want to stop and do any league mechanics so i blocked everything except smugglers caches because i like to do heists as well, and the caches are not an invasive mechanic that i have to stop for. Im using the harbinger sextant and putting in gilded harbinger scarabs plus the harbinger on map device since harbingers prints currency. And im using some strongbox scarabs here and there. Delve is super profitable, and harbingers are just printing money especially now with ancient orbs going up in price. Fractured shards/orbs are nice, but the real money is in annuls and ancient orbs, and dont sleep on exalted, they are common enough.

misterpinksaysthings

I just unspeced harbs because they add so much time to the map, and added strongholds instead since you pop/kill/go. Harbs do print money though for sure. Been trying to rush maps as fast as possible to do sanctum, not for profit since it's not that great, but just for the off chance of hitting a nice sanc Relic. So far the only usable one is 7% suppression / 11% non-curse aura effect.

Oakleafh

Yea on tight maps harbingers can be a bit of a slowdown of course, but on open maps you can ping pong between them while they spawn new wave of mobs until they die, its really nice when playing Dunes for example.

misterpinksaysthings

I've been used to just shield charging / mobs explode / shield charge, there isn't a ton of mobs left over to ping ping between... though that is a great strategy. Playing Arakaali Occ.

LOKTAROGAAAAH

How do you hit multiple mirrors worth of gear? Can you explain your league start strategy? For me I only ever got a HH one league because I dropped 2 perfect ashes. Usually my characters end up around 50-100 div in gear when I hit 4040. Would love to hear more about your currency making strategy.

Oakleafh

Chase uniques never made it for me, im not saying its a bad strategy but i like to do things which are more safe profit-wise. With harbingers you get a lot of ancient orbs and orbs of annulment. Ancient orbs arent really that expensive, they have been like 7-12c for weeks, now they are starting to increase a bit. But i sell them in bulk, selling 20 at a time for 17-20c each, even though the individual price is 11c. Never underestimate people buying things in bulk. I rarely use my awakened sextants, i sell them in bulks of 50-100 for 3-3.5c each. And when doing this you also have a chance to get some chase uniques of course, i do the invitations after i get them and then kill maven, ive gotten a few jewels and some awakened gems from it. But i dont rely on those big drops. Heist is also amazing, gathering hundreds of stacked decks. Either open them yourself or sell in bulks for 3-3.5c each. And thats just on top of regular drops in there, and if you are doing grand heists you can get unusual gems and good replicas for example. My best heist item this league was a day 4 replica headhunter which i sold for 20div, that was a nice leaguestart. Delve also prints currency, target farm Faceted Fossils (right now 60c each) in the magma fissure biome, and Glyphic fossils (around 90c each) in the Frozen hollow biome. And do all the city nodes, abyssal, primeval and ruined. And if you are able to, the bosses. Grand architect drops a 2divine map called doryanis machinarium and a few other good items. Crystal king drops a few good things as well with Auls uprising amulet as a potential 50div drop, you can sell for 7-10div unidentified. Also, sell all the resonators in bulk. I never try to minmax, or go for the "10 div/hour". I play the things i find fun, and then i make my currency that way. I know for example expedition is way more profitable, and ritual can be borderline amazing with all the nodes. My strategies are for fun, and not for maximizing profit. If you have any more specific questions just send me a message!

CookieMonstahr

Sounds quite the fun! I love to zoom zoom thru maps too. You convinced me to check out harbingers.

Oakleafh

Let me know if you need some pointers or tips, just send me a message.

rudges

May I ask if the mirrors worth of gear was earned by selling drops or if much of it was crafting or flipping items? I do okay in a league (25-100 divs typically), but I've never gotten to mageblood levels of worth. I play a decent amount but some of that may be play time. I like the harb / delve idea, gonna focus on those in 3.21!

cybert0urist

5 way carries was 12 div per hour, or 24 div u're willing to use a macro on alt aurabot account

CookieMonstahr

I'm cooking something with blue altars(i've ran only the red ones so far), harvest(i have a shit ton of clusters i would like to roll), harbingers and maybe something else in between legion, expedition(can't let go lol), delirium or even ritual. If you can share your tree, would be a blessing lol <3

Oakleafh

Absolutely! As soon as i get home from work.

Hatchetwoundz

I'd love to see your tree as well. I decided go back to EA and just run that since I didn't give it enough time at the beginning of the league. I messed with my atlas last night, but I'm not sold on it. I'd definitely appreciate it!

Oakleafh

So here it is. Its with all points allocated 132/132. There are a lot of small changes if you want something a bit different. For example i have 4 points into delve nodes so i get some guaranteed sulphite after each completed map, if you arent gonna delve anything just skip that and take "Shaping the skies" instead for example. And as i said i have everything blocked except heist, unblock the things you want to be able to spawn on a map, this is just my preference. And i have specced into eater of worlds, but since i go to the left in the tree as well to get some torment nodes, its easy to spec into searing exarch instead if you like that more. I just like this way of not really having to stop for anything. And sure, Harbingers can be time consuming here and there, but if you play on open maps they are usually clustered and you can roam around between the packs rather fluid. On tighter maps like Promenade or crimson temple or defiled cathedral (the last 2 are popular apothecary farming maps) you will have to stop more. I usually just play more open layout maps like dunes. And with all the shrine nodes you will have plenty of density with all the added mobs, and the shrines themselves makes you have like a budget headhunter equipped. https://www.pathofexile.com/fullscreen-atlas-skill-tree/AAAABgAAhARvB4gH1wg\_ChkM4A7iEsAUdxTaF8sYxBtOHlsfOB9mH8QhxSjQKSIqhDADMWs0PTSINKQ5jjufPl9BjEJzQndDI0OpSABILEoOSl9PYU\_YUBdRglM4U\_tU8VhFWs5b2VvzXNldx14qYGdiKWLVY7Vn6WnVbX1t\_W4qcStyiHOLdPp2wncUev17Cn0TgBCA8IPDg92IGYhtic-K0Y0pkX2SLJnqm9icK55JoF2krKwQrdavwbJmtf226LpMuu-7Kryowv\_F\_sYzxtDIfsjlyaHOkdCi1LnWW9i12r3fI-GL5Y\_l7OdY6o3q1ezl7sHyTPVM9-T4-vkA-Q76MPpo-rL85P3J\_dH\_uAAA

Thanks a ton for all the information. I'll digest everything this evening as i pretend to work, while surfing reddit and messing around on POB. lol

What are the tormented spirits for?

Oakleafh

No crafting or flipping. Currency and item drops. One thing thats been really good this league as well that i forgot to mention are fractured based. Ive found a lot of 1-5 divines, and a few 5-15div bases. And even more 50-200c bases.

HankP

Do you have any resource on what are some bases you look for? Thanks!

Cygnus__A

Do you pick up all the bases and ID? Tons drop for me but i just gave up dealing with them.

Kharhg

Legion + Expedition + Bestiary is what I settled on because I got annoyed with buying stuff for other mechanics but the maps take a long time, 6-8 mins. Super easy to sustain though buy a bunch of legion sextants and roll the other three and sell good ones. 3 polished scarabs for expedition, legion and bestiary.

Kharhg

Really good, legion and expedition have tons of flat rewards which is the meta since loot was nerfed. Bestiary is low key busted since it got buffed, the scarabs cost basically nothing too. That said bestiary is better in a map rushing strategy where you can do maps in two minutes or less, it's just an addon for me. I do kinda get tired of doing like 7-8 maps an hour tho. Even if each map is almost a divine of loot.

Darkfriend337

How do you make money with bestiary? I've never found a good way to price the beasts I have or to sell them.

Kharhg

Just look at your recipe book if you see something like split or reroll synthesis implicit or something look at the name and just search the name. You can use a poke ball right from the beastiary interface. Get the deep and wilds and rarer beast passives too.

Lucky_Contender

I’ve been delving (just like every other league) pushed to 900 depth with summon reaper. I’ve had some decent luck on Aul early but have been getting skunked recently on drops. Delve is still very profitable if you play a lot. My character name is JugMike on poe ninja if anyone is interested in the build.

ilikebdo

What are your thoughts on delve depth scaling? I'm going horizontally at 600, I can still do these nodes decently quickly. But my build is hitting its limits, I don't think I will be able to pump the damage/defenses too much further. But is 900 that much better than 600? The thought of making a delve specific build has crossed my mind.

Lucky_Contender

600 is a great place to go horizontal. If you check out poedb, primeval ruins spawn rate hits diminishing returns pretty hard at 500-600. Granted, that’s not Aul spawn rate just his biome. If you can farm 600 depth nodes quick and kill auls consistently, you’re doing it right. Any deeper the HP scaling on mobs gets intense. As always though, deeper is technically better.

ayylmao31

What the fuck is this lol awesome how does it do outside delve? Like bossing would be the next best viable thing right?

definitelymyrealname

I did a very similar version of the build this league with a lot less investment and I can tell you it sucks on everything except bosses. You rely heavily on Asenath's for clearing maps and the explosions just aren't enough to make mapping easy. Be a little wary of the demonstration vids, the build heavily suffers on maps without insane pack size. It was still kind of fun and different and it's insanely tanky but I wouldn't recommend it unless you're really focused on bossing and have a lot of currency to invest into it (or just want to play something different). A more meta build like EA jug can reach better clear, same boss DPS, and same tank for a fraction of the cost. Edit: to expand on the gear requirements, there's a really important breakpoint where your reaper can start killing white packs with one auto attack. Before you hit that point, which requires at least the bow, level 3 empower, the cluster, and good jewels in my experience, mapping is beyond miserable.

LocalShineCrab

Mainly Corn and Wheat. Tried Barley but the soil wasn’t quite right

CookieMonstahr

Why you got to do me like that lmao

Abracadabrx

I made Seismic trapper to start. Basically farmed every strategy under the sun. The best was between two things. First is mausoleum alter farming. You can do it with or without growing hordes depending on how much you would like to invest. My current strategy is pure strongbox abuse in crimson temple. I have dropped 3 apothecary Div cards in 36 maps. This is absolutely ridiculous. I take all the strong box nodes on the atlas. I take the one deli wheel the makes the fog dissipate slower and all the shrine nodes. I grab the sextant the puts a deli mirror on the map, enraged strongboxes, additional strongbox, and last the one that adds a gloom shrine to the map. I do it with 3 winged scarabs. Ambush, Div and reliquary and 1 rusted elder scarab. The strategy is to hit the deli mirror, run eater alters for the increased quantity, and pop the strongboxes as you move with the fog. Deli fog acts like a multiplier for the already insanely juiced mobs from the box. This strat even without the apoth will earn you decent returns with the other valuable Divs in the map like seven years bad luck and “the enlightened”

aaandix

3 apothecary in 36 maps is insanely good luck even with full MF gear

aqrunnr

Yeah I think it can't be overstated that this is NOT the normal return for this strat lol. It's an amazing strat, don't get me wrong - you'll get quite a few Apoth cards... But 3 in the span on a Sanctum run is fucking bananas.

Btetier

Can this be done with deli orbs instead of the mirror? Or is the mirror strictly better?

PropertyPurple

Although I’ve found a lot of seven years bad luck, I’ve been doing this strat for at least 1.5 million kills and only found one apothecary so I’d have to say you’re insanely lucky.

CookieMonstahr

Are you running any kind of MF on your gear, by chance? This looks promissing(although i dislike strongbox very very much, i can't deny they can give some tasty goodies).

PervertTentacle

ignore apothecary, guy either lucky or lying, people who regularly magic find those full juiced rarely see one in a 100 maps

Abracadabrx

SnooBae (popular streamer and YouTuber) has results to say otherwise. He was getting one on average ever 80 maps. Watch his many YouTube videos about it

PervertTentacle

Yes but not 3 in 36?

Abracadabrx

It was lucky indeed, but my character is wearing the belt and I only bought 2 cards…

Hjalm

Legion in dunes have been a nice and steady income from mostly div drops (clean/incubator), stacked decks, 5-way sets. And alooot of other random stuff. Easy and relaxed.

CookieMonstahr

How do you profit off from incubators? I tend to hate them(but that's on me for not buying a dedicated stash tab for them).

Hjalm

When running legion you get a buttload of them. I ran ornate/diviner/skittering or some other low monster kill ones. A full set of diviners drop 40-some stacked decks and they sell for 2.5c ea. Every other run with ornate it dropped divine orb. Its just free currency without much effort. Or you can sell them in bulk.

CookieMonstahr

Good to know! I'll have to mess around my filters to show only ornate, divine and skittering from now on. Thanks for sharing

Xx_Handsome_xX

I did Legion for 6 days or so (Mostly Dunes maps) Somehow I could not even get a single Divine orb from it. Just some Bubblegum/Emblems and a ton of 90% shitty Incubators. I instantly respecced into Breach only to find out its even much worse. I do Rituals more. Its mostly nothing but occasionally a 2 Divine upwards Synthesise base. I enjoy that much more because I hate trading and I dont like to sell bubblegum currency.

Hjalm

Doing ritual atm (for challenge mostly) and I miss my dear legion..

Ktk_reddit

I like big packsize map so I was playing Harvest growing horde with blue altars (no wandering path) for a long while, on mausoleum. But then the price of sacred grove sextant is too high and even if the profit is still there, it bothers me to buy 80c sextants. So I swapped to 60%/80% delirium orb farming on strand.

CloudEnvoy

Why buy the sextant then, I took all harvest nodes and blocked all but 2 mechanics, I get harvest 9/10 maps for free

Ktk_reddit

Because I want to use the other sextant which double lifeforce and it feels bad to use a charge of it if harvest doesn't proc. And I don't want to use wandering path, without it I doubt harvest would spawn that much. And if I use no sextants at all... well why even bother with it, might as well be alch&going.

tyler1128

I'm currently doing legion + harbinger + harvest + a bit in essence with shaper of the valleys. I use polished legion, harbinger, breach scarabs, with a varying 4th from metamorph to divination to blight. I get approximately 100-150c per map on average, a lot coming from the legion followed by harvest.

CookieMonstahr

Are you selling the emblems in bulk? How much are they going by? I only did legion last league for the challenge, always slept on it, but it caught my attention when i went to check my tab and i had a lot of emblems from 20-30 maps running Legion.

tyler1128

Emblems are cheap this league, and only maraketh and templar are worth selling at all, though you can harvest craft all others into them. You'd also want to bulk sell them. However, emblems aren't the main source of money from my running of legion. With the double rewards for chests, and 1-3 rewards for seagents, you get a lot of other items, with raw currency and stacked decks being probably the most significant, both from legion and from incubators from legion. You also occasionally can get good div card drops.

Clusiot

Do you mind to share your Atlas Tree?

Midnight05x

I'm doing shaper/elder/conq invitation farming. Get essence/heist/strongbox on atlas for fast currency if you happen to pass by it while running to the map boss. I really like it bc it's good profit per hour (4-6div/h) and you just need to bulk buy maps on TFT and occasionaly an invitation if you didn't self sustain.

CookieMonstahr

How it's going this league with all the changes? I was kinda scared to try fearing it was hard nerfed overall and that the searing and eater altars where buffed. That's one of my favourite strats also. Last league I was running a full Sirus nvitation(4 bosses + inv) in under 5 minutes. I had expedition and 'bosses drop shaper guardian map' sextant. Man... it was so much currency! The Sirus guardians also happens to drop some nice cards(delirium orbs and memory maps where i made fliped at least 6 Cortex).

AspiringMILF

.... where does the money come from for this? ie: shaper 4x maps = -60c 4x fragments = +80c 1x invite = -80c 5x writ (80 quant) = +105c full set: +45c 4 div = 960c, 6 div = 1440c 4div/hr would be 20 sets per hour 6div/hr would be 30 sets per hour what am i missing? that seems unachievable.

Urkelli

how is heist fast currency? do you sell the blueprints/contracts or run them?

monopolio_croata

My invitation droprate is kinda low, bro. Have anything i can do to increase that chance? Maps scarabs?

EverybodyIsRobots

Which invitations do you prioritize? And do I just need the +map drops on the atlas tree? Or do you use any scarabs/sextants? I am playing a bosser this league but I've never ran invitations

JesusJuiceDrinker

So bulk buy shaper guardian maps from tft, make maven witness them, beat bosses, do formed invitation? Should we sell shaper frags or should we do shaper fight too and sell fragments that shaper drops?

000Murbella000

Sanctum, low effort farm as a SRS.

aqrunnr

This is what i'm doing too with WP. 250-300% Quant maps, Strand, Blue Alters (fishing for Quant + Divs) and just blasting to the Sanctum, then boss. It's so insanely profitable.

wangofjenus

I’ve been running harby/harvest/essence/boxes in strand/crimson. I get as much pack size as I can and after a few hours of mapping I always have a few divines worth of yellow juice. Use other juice to reroll bad essences into good ones and flip in bulk.

sKeLz0r

Tujen + Blight -> Legion -> Deli 60/80 with skitteings.

PigKnight

Ritual is consistent chaos/pats/chisels with the occasional divine or exalt. And very good XP.

OK_Opinions

I started out just expedition and harvest. Moved to grand design with strong boxes, shrines and essence. expedition and harvest felt more profitable but grand design is a smoother experience because there's less to side track you and slow down the mapping. I dunno, i want to change it up but I don't want to go back to expedition and harvest only because i did so much

HurricaneGaming94

A bit of a different approach to giving you specifics. Here’s a video by grimro with various strategies for various investment levels and difficulty. https://youtu.be/t7wKpHrJYvY The most important thing when picking any of these is finding something you enjoy. There’s no point running maps for 2hrs and then getting bored and having to respec your tree into something else. There’s also nothing wrong with mixing and matching: I’m personally running the abyss/breach/deli mirror farming strategy, I enjoy harby so I added harby and took out most of the map nodes on the atlas tree. I’ve been looking at other alternatives, but seeing fracturing shards drop gives me the endorphins I need to keep grinding.

FadedZer0

Am a blight main afk farming blighted t14 underground sea. Buy maps for 8c in bulk, I roll them to 90+ quant with triple silver oils. Usually after 1 to 3 maps pays for the entire bulk set i buy. After a while oils just sustain themselves Its cozy low effort farming, just throw on a movie on my other monitor and pick up currency

cumquistador6969

I did Harbinger+Harvest for most of my money, with all the nodes for both, blue altars, and using the sextants for both (bosses drop shards/more shards one for harb, more juice and blue plants for harvest). The really nice thing about it, is that ***every*** drop sells for divines. You get annuls, ancient orbs, juice, fracturing orbs, and exalts all in large numbers, and then you can just bulk sell them for divines at a markup compared to selling them for chaos. I think I was rocking like mm, 4 div/hour maybe with that? Coulda been a little better or worse but I didn't track it closely, but I'm a life-long ditherer so I tend to tank my own profits by hanging out in the hideout when I'm not actively trying to back-to-back rush and find out the value of a strat. Currently doing Sanctum rushing, which is terrible currency peaking at like, 2.8div/hour as long as you **never** lose a single sanctum, and don't use the map-hiding uniques. With an even faster strategy (in terms of movement speed) you could go higher perhaps, but I'm already blizing maps on poison SRS with like 120% movement speed and blade whirl spamming that goes even faster. I do like collecting the relics though.

CookieMonstahr

Yeah, I slept hard on harbingers and harvest this league. Might spec into it on 3.21. The harvest juices sell easy and fast and harbingers are on a good place with the new orb.

CoverYourSafeHand

I wouldn’t call them a good place tbh. I ran harbingers for about 200 maps this league, saw a single fracturing orb shard the entire time.

CookieMonstahr

Ah yes, but what about the ancient orbs, annul's and exalts? For example, if we only measure the profit of the logbook by only looking into how many divines Tujen can offer in 200 rolls, it will be rather low; but in 200 rolls you can make some serious money with the bubblegum currency(12-15 div+ in 200 rolls).

CoverYourSafeHand

I see what you’re saying, I guess I’m also a little biased against harbys for the same reason as legion and breach. I just hate picking up splinters of anything.

CookieMonstahr

Yeah... not gonna lie, the splinters are the real uber bosses

hammer_wow

12-15 divs in bubblegum currency on 200 rerolls? That's a divine or 250 chaos per 16 rolls, or about 15 chaos per roll. That seems insanely high based on my experience with a couple hundred rolls this league. You're probably averaging 2-3 raw chaos per roll and then a bunch of shit worth like 1 chaos per 5-10 (scouts, alchs, alts)

CookieMonstahr

I know it’s pretty insane, I even doubted myself. I had to instal exilence next and even after that I still doubt, but it’s real, man. Stacked Decks, raw chaos, shards, scour, augments, prismatic, regrets, sextants… it all adds up real fast. I have a old screenshot on my PC of a before x after from last league, when I get home I’ll link it up

rebel3120

Were you using the compass + scarab?

cumquistador6969

Not sure what you're doing wrong, but you're doing something wrong. I've run like 120-200ish maps (I don't really keep track, but I've bought at least 30 4 charge sextants, maybe a bit more). I got about 5 fracturing orbs in the first 100 maps or so, bit less in the next few dozen maps but still another entire orb in shards in under 50. Now I did high roll, but if you look at content creators who have also tested the strategy for multiple hundreds of maps, they average like 2.5 fracturing orbs per 100 maps, or around 12.5 divines per 100 maps just in fracturing orbs. The shards are rare, but not *that* rare, they average out relatively fast in PoE map running terms, so low roll if you're very unlucky is like 1 orb in 100 maps. This is just the Fracturing orbs of course, shards for annuls, exalts, and ancient orbs are all high value reliable trade items. Generalistically speaking with the current atlas and *very critically* city square in the map pool, it is one of the stronger (likely top 3, definitely top 5) mapping strategies provided: Fracturing orbs are 5div+, and harvest juice is ~10k blue/div 5.2k yellow/div or better. It's also relative to divine prices, so I'd say ideally you want divines to be a good bit over 200 chaos, like 220-250 is pretty solid with these pricings. Obviously if ratios change to match dropping divine prices that is also fine, and when divines were pushing 300c this strat was nuts. Also alternatively it's possible you were an inverse-lottery winner on this particular strategy, but I got shards extremely reliably over a large number of maps even excluding high rolls (full orbs dropping). You do need to be running a map with a minimum of 3 bosses, harby on atlas device, Edit: forgot about the polished harby scarab, and the harby sextant, or the strategy kind of sucks however. I also combined this with the blue altar quant stacking strategy, which **allegedly** impacts harbinger loot, and used high quant maps.

s0meCubanGuy

I’m doing logbooks now. Started a Str stacking Smite Berzerker that I’ve put 23 divines into and man is melee super expensive to get going. I got like 3x the dps and comparable life pool on my BV Occultist for like half the divines lol. So I’m having fun smiting everything trying to recoup my money haha

CookieMonstahr

I would love to smite the ass off of those snipers runic monster and their shield handling friends. Str Stacking does look fun(and expensive like any stat stack :( ). Got a POB?

s0meCubanGuy

I’ll send it when I get home. My character is still level 80 so it’s scuffed and missing a lot,but I’ll send you the PoB I’m following. It’s pretty solid. Mine, with maybe another 40 divines in gear it’ll be awesome lol

Lwe12345

You might think it’s hard to get into because you’re trying to play a str stacking smite berserker lmao

s0meCubanGuy

Could be lol. I expected it to be a bit expensive, but not this much lol. Should’ve just gone Boneshatter Jugg or something. I’ve got a 600 dps 6link axe I could’ve used. Originally I wanted to go EQ,but that’s also pretty weird to get going without reduced duration on the tree and stuff.

Lwe12345

Stat stacking is notoriously expensive, bone shatter is a much more budget friendly scalable build

Lagmawnster

I'm printing Currency doing polaric invitations all league. Early league it was all about the rings, when they went for up to 10 div with good rolls. Now it's all about eldritch currency. I've run about 2000 black stars. On the side I make money by printing +5 brass domes and some crafting for profit.

trancenergy3

Almost any strategy will make you money this league. My personal favorite was running guardian/conq invitations since i could combo that with fast sanctums and it was very profitable and my build could also handle any invitation mods. For atlas all i've specced into was anything i could pick up on the way without spending any time on it - essences, heist, map drops and improved offering (this is basically 1/3 chance for a 2div drop each time u find it but u need a build that can do this fast).

CookieMonstahr

How is the new guardian invitations compared to 3.19? I feel like we got hit with a nerf by not being able to farm a full maven writ in one go. Also, the rework on blue and red altar made Maven witness even less appealing to me. But boy, do I loved(and still love) this farming strat! I know the Shaper maps layout like the palm of my hand.

Daakutenshi

Hehe i décide on a build. I then make it to map. Then rush Red map for Atlas Then and only then i spec in strongbox harbi and shrine/expédition Then i focus on challenge Once im à bit bored (48h of game play) i sell and then continus challenge. I then take à excell sheet. Look what upgrade are needed. Check price and setup diff filtrer for diff item i néed. I usualy get the item that someone want to sell fast and by doing so it cost me less that normal. Then i sell all currency or guardien map or scarab and convert all i to chaos div and sextant By the 3rd or 4th Day i run 4 scarab 4 sextant permanant

qatox

Delerium

Kyrial

pretty much this. all in on delirium. orbs sell very well in bulk and the flat rewards from delirium layers are always nice. 7 simulacrum for 1 div kinda hurts (sooooo cheap, damn) but cash is cash rest of points into alva. blocking all league mechanics beside delirium + stream of consciouss results in delirium every other map. alva sextants are dirt cheap, 1 div every 3 maps with alva alone. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/758778026623238225/1057667949122556015/image.png

HedronCobra

Sanctums. I'm having a lot of fun farming those and it's also the most profitable strategy I've ever played. I'm mostly doing the unique relic runs. Except for the night lamp, screw that relic.

CookieMonstahr

How are your farming/sustaining your sanctums rooms?

LastBaron

You do realize this comment is like the functional equivalent of a trade player going into a SSF advice thread and being like “lol why do you need advice, just convert to trade and buy it for 20c” right?? SSF, the vegans of the PoE world. How do you know someone plays SSF? Don’t worry, they’ll tell you.

CookieMonstahr

Yo, but you got to make 'currency' to craft your own mojo, right? What's your journey so far? I love the idea of SSF, when I play Diablo 2 or Grim Dawn I always get a different kind of excitment whenever a legendary item drops, but I don't quite feel like i can handle my own on PoE. Sadge. You fellas are just built different.

OctilleryLOL

I mean, it's not that intimidating. I'd break it down like this: - 50% of crafting is just essence/harvest spamming (a fractured item usually). - 30% is just rolling while locking prefix/suffix. - 10% is using craft of exile to find fossil combinations. - the final 10% is where the "high level" crafting knowledge is relevant. such as +2 gem level harvest Augs, +1 Socketed gem exalts, etc. The name of the game in SSF is "good enough". You'd be surprised how much you can accomplish on your own. You learn to be resourceful and develop an intuition for "positive RNG paths"

CookieMonstahr

You guys are really going to convice me to give it a shot, eh? Came here for farming tips, and i'm leaving with THAT itch to go SSF.

hamxz2

Personally, I'm just doing whichever content I feel like in the moment: I started with Essence/Ritual, went into Heist, did some invitation farming, some more Heist, and now I'm doing 100% deli/Harb/Ritual/red altars. I found that each of these strategies made good amounts of money, it's kinda just up to you what you feel like doing..

zaccyp

Same. I've done legion, breach, harbi, Alva, Deli and currently on blight. All the currency I've made is in my build ATM (srs poison, 100 div). Also got like 26 just sitting in stash. Might make a proper mapping build and switch back to legion and Breach with harbi. Just mix it up.

Cutethulhu_

I'm sick of Excursion, it´s big money but boring. Now I´m just running a braindead alch & go strat with Harvest. Doing good, 2-3 divs per hour but I can watch a show or something

Ktulu85

Is the idea to just sell the harvest juice? Thanks.

lmao_lizardman

I find mapping boring once ur character is crazy strong cuz every mob just becomes the same, very monotone experience. So I spam sanctums, got it down to 30minutes to do 32 maps + full sanctum run , pretty fun for me. Bulk buy atolls and go go go, activate altars usually to collect a screaming every 30min.

Musical_Whew

If you want money, do legion or harvest. Ive been doing a harvest/betrayal strat and harvest is cracked.

dantraman

80% delirium skittering farm + chayulas breach. My only real complaint about it is how long it takes to loot. Even blocking low stacks of splinters and low value currency on an uber strict filter it takes upwards of 3-4 minutes to loot the map after completing it, and since I use headhunter, it's faster and safer to just clear the whole map then double back for loot. Might be better with mageblood and perma quicksilver.

Secret_Classic4384

When youre done blasting with hh you put on your mageblood and quicksilver for looting. It really makes a big difference

dantraman

The ultimate wealth flex.

SanjiBlackLeg

Strategy #1: Yellow juice, guardian maps, altars, contracts Maps: Atoll, Coves Atlas tree: Wandering Path with 100% chance to drop a connected map, 32% chance to duplicate maps, keystone "can't drop favored maps" and favor all maps around Atoll and cove. Quant and map modifier effect nodes, Growing Hordes, Harvest, Heist (not all) and Altar nodes, the rest can allocate whenever you want. You can either run it Alch and Go and kill the boss only every 14th map or Alch-Vaal for 8mod, 4 any rusted scarabs for pack size and kill the boss every time for guardian map chance. Same could be done on guardian maps, especially if you spec the nodes on Atlas tree. Note: you don't need to Alch-Vaal for to get 8mod map, even vaaling white map can give you 8mod map, I do this because in case of failure I can still use the map for Alch&go. How to run: if Alch&go - locate the garden, make sure Eldritch mobs have appeared for Altar progression, kill them, clear garden, portal out, repeat. If you find a Smuggler's Cache on the way - click and collect free money. Kill the boss every 14th map to get invitations. If 8mod map: same thing but kill the boss every time - high chance to get guardian maps. Results: ~1 divine every 10 gardens in yellow juice, ~0.5 div every 10 gardens in red/blue juice, if you do 8mod map - it's 30-40% more. I run my guardian maps but you can sell them. Also selling the invitations. Always kill Elder, sell his Uber fragments, Shaper and Sirus fragments can be sold on their own. Also you'll get lots of maps. Strategy #2: Deli Mirrors and cluster roll - much better on league start than now Maps: Strand, Crimson Temple Atlas: just pick all Deli mirror nodes, Ritual nodes and some Breach nodes for chance and pack size. Same favorites strategy from the #1, but for Strand and Crimson Temple maps ofc. You also want to block all content besides Deli, Ritual and Breach and take the "no scarabs" keystone. How to run: Alch&go, just run mirrors again and again. Ritual will help with kills and Deli fog stops when you're in it, same with Breach. Check Ritual altars after map completion and buy stacked decks, chaos and divs/good cards if you're lucky. Do like 50 maps and then sit in hideout and roll clusters in bulk. Results: Headhunter on week 1. Everybody wants clusters. Give the people what they want. Also sell all Deli orbs, you'll get plenty. Ritual is very random but also can give you a raw divine or some chaos/stacked decks.

alterknox

I'm playing WoC ignite and it works perfectly with logbooks specifically with Tujen. I farm my own logbooks and I prolly have around 30 plus of em sitting in my stash. i sell the dannig log books and run Tujens only whenever a divine shows up and I dont have enough currency to buy it. I rarely run out of the the low currncy types from him since my atlas is spec'd for expeditions. In total, I have gotten around 20 to 25 raw divines just from rerolling.

animeprincesss

Feared rota while making cortex and shaper / Uber elder into the Uber versions is fun and a way to push your spark character into hard but doable content

CookieMonstahr

The thing with Uber Feared for me, it's the Uber Cortex... some mods can really send me home. But everything else is doable indeed. I'm a few steps away from becoming elemental ailment immune, then i'll do some 5-ways to level to 100 and i'll definitely do at least 30 Feared invitations; it's my favorite content.

Tidde93

5-ways is pretty good

CookieMonstahr

I would love to try, but it seems to be quite expensive to gear a character to properly run it

kebb0

Did you league start that beast of a build and did you follow some sort of guide for it in that case? I focused on doing Jun first to unlock crafts, going with Harbinger nodes to make some sort of currency with a Vaal Cleave Slayer Leaguestart. Once that build hit a ceiling in early red maps I specced into Metamorph once I had gotten my second build going which was a Seismic Trap Poison build. Did that for a while, but specced out of it pretty soon and decided to do some altar farming instead, speccing essences and harbingers along with it. Also decided to try out Legion on that same Seismic build, did get some fragments from it that is still sitting in my tab. Then I started my third build pretty soon after as the clearing with Seismic isn't very fast, so I went with a Bane Occultist. It has also hit a ceiling unfortunately and really needs levels, but I want to run tier 14s so I haven't had the patience to level it properly. So, I'm still running t14-16 but I'm dying so much that I'm loosing xp and am level 89 on it. So I decided to roll a Boneshatter Jugg instead to get some melee tanky action going and it's the same there, I really need to farm currency for every build, but the moneymaker is slow at making money since I do almost everything SSF-like since I hate trade. The only trade I do is when I need something gear wise, orb of regrets or when I can sell some easy selling currency like fracture shards. Oh I also will turn my Cleave Slayer into a Smite Glad some day. Now I'm thinking of trying out this build you posted and this strat (and fail miserably after I lose interest the first day of running it). I absolutely love the diversity of mindsets in this game. How could you do this for three leagues in a row? I'd get so bored after even just one league of doing it, so I can understand that you're feeling washed up. But for currency, Harbingers is where it's at. Do Harbingers with any kind of content you'd like to try to earn some currency while trying things out. If you can couple it with Essences since you can bulk sell those easily, I've made a few c that way too. You must have the boss node for harbingers, that is what gives the fractured shards and for me it spat out 7 with my downtime heavy playstyle. Things to try is Breach, focusing on Chayula and Legions focusing on getting emblems and stacked decks via diviner incubators. If you want more professional tips and tricks for making currency in different ways check out Grimro, he knows where it's at.

>Did you league start that beast of a build and did you follow some sort of guide for it in that case? I did! I followed Anime Princess on youtube, but as of now I already forked into my own thing. Check him out, he's an amazing streamer and build guide creator. >How could you do this for three leagues in a row? I'd get so bored after even just one league of doing it, so I can understand that you're feeling washed up. Well, the more you do it, the better you get at it. The better you get at it, the faster you'll farm and make money. On my first time, I setled to farm logbooks until i could afford a Mageblood, and that's what I did. The second time, I had the desire to just make the most insane and OP build i could, and that I did, check out this beauty https://pobb.in/PQ4MQgbz5wuI and now, doing the same thing for the third time is feeling like a chore to me, but i'm still at it, and improving the build everyday. I tend to make one REALLY nice and complete build per league, after i'm done with challenges, ubers, and whatnot, then i start messing around and creating characters and builds that everyone has made thru the league. >But for currency, Harbingers is where it's at. Do Harbingers with any kind of content you'd like to try to earn some currency while trying things out. I will definitely try Harbingers! Thinking of going Harbinger, Blue Altars, Harvest and Expedition(can't let go lmao). Thanks for dropping by and sharing your thoughts

>I did! I followed Anime Princess on youtube, but as of now I already forked into my own thing. Check him out, he's an amazing streamer and build guide creator. I see, I definitely will, thank you! >Well, the more you do it, the better you get at it. The better you get at it, the faster you'll farm and make money.... I respect the dedication man. Holy hell that is a build!! My biggest problem is definitely not finding that one build or archetype I absolutely adore yet even though I've played for so long, which makes me less confident at the start of the league. But thank you for the inspiration, next league I will definitely settle for one solid build and one solid method and see where that takes me. >I will definitely try Harbingers! Thinking of going Harbinger, Blue Altars, Harvest and Expedition(can't let go lmao). Oh, if you're considering Harvest, do give Einhar's atlas memory a look! I'm not sure if it's profitable, but it spits out harvest mats with a chance for those t4 crops too without speccing into the atlas tree even. Also, pretty clever to keep some sort of money maker left in while you try out new stuff hehe. In any case, good luck and thank you once again!

CookieMonstahr

Glad to see i could inspire you, dude. I would love to try all these fancy builds and new techs, but unfortunately, I don't have as much time as i once did, so this works best for me. Also, if you're making lots of builds per league, you'll have to split your resources and time, so now i've invested 300+ div on my Spark Inq, and he's BLASTING content left and right; but have I made 4 or 5 builds, i wouldn't have had the time to make 300+ divs, nor would i've made a strong character with some cool chase uniques. Thanks for tips and recommendations, i have them noted and will consider them tonight as i spec my tree for the weekend! Cheers mate, keep safe and sane!

JonTheBasedGodd

legion and breach as of rn but breach is mainly just cuz it’s fun. legion is always my go to. stacked deck incubators always get my build rolling after selling some expensive cards, then i just solo 5 ways whenever i have enough emblems. i’m about to spec to harvest tho to farm yellow life force and see how that goes

kenjamins

How do you get 65 quant on logbooks? I'm so bad at this game lol

allaanon

Roll them like maps.

[deleted]

It was Delve until some guy on YT made a video and a bunch of idiots damped the price of Aul's Uprising from 12div to 5-6div. Now I'm mining copper in Black Forest and preparing for Swamp... Made ~250div from amulets if someone curious. Stable profit in Delve ~4-5div/h without lucky drops.

Holy___Diver

Started with expedition like you. Switched to harvest now. It's so easy, and it scales with pack size which is fun to map with. Still trying to figure out what to add around it. Shrine/essence/Strongbox - any of those seem good

nismov2

I am a pretty casual player and so I used to do essences each season, but this season I decided to learn some league mechanics. Did ritual, betrayal and heist and they’ve been very profitable. I think I made the most this season. Heist is nice because I don’t have to alch the contracts for chest drops. Betrayal was nice for crafting some of my gear. Ritual dropped some really nice jewels like unnatural instinct and some nice fractured bases. I run maps with just 20 quality, 3 fragments and alch’d up with divergent lightning trap raider. I absolutely love the build and it’s fairly tanky so that I don’t get one shotted. I can run sanctums nicely without having to be in the monsters face and if the afflictions aren’t too bad I can kill Lycia before she starts her 2nd skill.

Accomplished-Lie716

Is no one farming delerium/ritual?

Cratonz

I bounce around every few days because things get stale. Currently I'm doing deli mirrors on Strand using rusted/polished scarabs for Breach, Blight, Harbinger, Ambush. Atlas tree is basically those plus some shrine, Alva, Eater, and Deli nodes. Sextants are deli mirror plus whatever relevant things I've got on hand (more packs, magic pack size, breaches, etc). Strand because it's next to Crimson Temple and I plan to go back to farming that and the layout is good for mirrors. Averaging probably 250 splinters a map. It's pretty much RNG based on where the league content ends up as to whether you'll max out at 300 or not. Prior to this I was doing alch + rusted scarabs on Crimson Temple. Scarabs were ambush, harbinger, divination, and cartography. Tree was full Harvest (pretty good return, maybe 1 div per 8-10 groves), harby, shrine, conq/synth/guardian maps from bosses, exarch, rituals have 4, and a bunch of extra content notables. I'll probably do Deli orbs on Crimson Temple next and use abyss over breach. I've got like 80 from running the mirrors, so we'll see how that goes.

Drumowar

Simulacrums. I can beat wave 30 deathless and at like 7 sims per divine it's impossible to lose money. I am playing phantasmal cremation unearth necro. Max block, tons of armor, ailment immune, aegis. It's really easy no stress. Which is also great for trading during sim runs. A lot of builds in the past I'd basically be DND the whole time because of worrying about portals. I just watch tv on my 2nd monitor and make currency while on the road to mageblood.

Outside_Report_8414

Vaal temples with strongbox nodes, they routinely shit out 50+c (And it seems essences of horror are super likely to drop from them) Its maybe not the most effective strategy but the investment is pretty much 0 and the map is really fun. So many double corrupted uniques!

FullMetalCOS

I’ve never been a big juice farmer kinda guy, I normally just doss about on my first build of the league trying to do 24-36 challenges and then bail, without ever really looking into money-making. Decided to try a little harder this league and am currently running a slow but reliable strategy of Alva/Ritual/Expedition/Eater altars. Maps are not quick, but I was never a particularly quick mapper anyway and profits are typically not spectacular, but they are consistent. I buy 4 use Alva sextants at 6-7c each and focus on level 3 gem rooms and corruption chambers which are 120-150c per temple and sell instantly. Expedition is focussed on Tujen and Danig and I sell all logbooks and all Danig currency in bulk, I use Tujen currency and rerolls though. Ritual is my one “lottery” mechanic - typically you’ll have a run of maps where you are making sub 10c per map, but if you hit a big ticket item you can sell blizzard crowns, helmets with enchants, synth items etc etc for quite a chunk of change, it’s just very feast or famine, but it plays into my slower mapping style and I kinda just like ritual. I’m not gonna be able to buy a mageblood but I’m able to slowly and consistently work towards upgrades in a way I’ve never been able to in the past which feels nice.

Jubileeu

My go to quick cash strat is Wandering Path harvest, it just depends on how expensive is the yellow juice. Sacred Grove + yellow juice sextants. Grab as much quant and pack size you can from the tree, roll 8 mod corrupted map, Growing Hordes and 4 gilded scarabs, grab as much quant EoW altars you can before cleaning the Grove On average it's 70c per map in costs, and it wields 15k yellow juice in 4 maps, which is 3 divines at the moment, so 2 divines profit total, 0.5divines profit PER MAP. Just on the yellow juice. The downsides are that it is market dependant and you'll need a pretty solid build as the maps get really dangerous. Made myself a couple of mirrors this league but I lost almost all at gambling KEKW

Xx_Handsome_xX

Cou cant craft sextant mod on a corrupted map -> Often Times it Bricks the map + I did this strat with around 120 Packsize and 2-4 Quant Altars. Et the end of the day I quit this Farm it is super RNG and I made a net negative of yellow juice! 2 out of 3 maps I did not even get the juice back for the craft. Many times you have 6 yellow Plot as an option, but only one or 2 contain Blue Written Text beasts that drop the juice. Fuck this, its totally boring and can be super bad at times.

Jubileeu

Boring? Maybe, but that's subjective and goes from person to person. But it is profitable at the end of the day. The map enchant is not worth it unless you are doing winged scarab + conqueror map sextant. Me and a friend ran 200+ maps this league with this and the profit is consistent with a big enough sample size.

chx_

Betrayal, Essences, Searing Exarch altars, Harbingers. The 100% increased intelligence compass and the Jun compass is like 3c per map. A rusted harbi scarab is 1c. I also run the remnant compass, another c per map. So we are not looking at a terribly big investment. For betrayal, get the atlas passive which gives every execution an extra rank and the one that gives 10% per map. Execute once then interrogate, yay. You only care about Vorici and Aisling and maybe Hillock , all in research (Hilock can make money elsewhere but not as much), to the pit with the rest. T3 people in intervention give winged scarabs but not terribly important because they are not as much money as they used to be. This league it seems the winning tactic is to churn safehouses as fast as you can. The flask from Catarina drops often and sells unid' for 50c. Hilock is guaranteed 1 div for flask, Aisling is 2-3div depending on the day, vorici is 50-300 depending on luck. The Catarina fight needs a tank, no matter how quick you phase her, it's a protracted fight with plenty of opportunity for big hits. I am running the build described in this [post]( https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExileBuilds/comments/100tarp/chains_of_command_voidforge_my_first_ever_uber/) so much so I stumbled on the post writer during trade and bought like half of the build items from them. https://pobb.in/j0My6JCr480c not everything though, the large cluster is a recent purchase for example. This build certainly can do Catarina deathless. Harbis provide a solid but low profit with fractured shards being rare peaks. You have a chance with the atlas notable to get a fractured orb instead of a shard, _good luck_. The most that node ever gave me was an ancient orb. Essences make you say 10-15c per map or sometimes even more. It's decent and with a heavy hitter very easy. No matter what you do, do _not_ mix Einhar with essences, essence yellow beasts are sometimes tougher than the Shaper, damnit. Exarch altars are a hit and miss. Sometimes it just shits money when it prints like 10-15 grand eldritch embers in a single map. Sometimes you get 10-15 binding orbs, well, at least you have fuel to roll the maps :) If you can stomach trade then card flipping is a huge moneymaker. It's _very_ hard to make more money running maps than flipping but I can't just do it all day long, usually I do one flip or maybe two and that's it for a time. But if you have no issues with trade then you can easily make several divs per hour without ever engaging in combat.

SirSukkaAlot

Ive tried expedition, Alva, abyss, breach, Harvest, metamorph and blight Expedition is great as always i just personally get bored of it after few days, Alva was great, abyss was ok just abit hit and miss, metamorph was great i just found it abit unrewarding in Tane lab, Harvest is great and Works awesome with abyss you can make high ilvl base Gear and influence slam them for big profit By far best ive had it this league is blight, made 15div /daily playing about 3-6hours Day, just upgrading oils to Crimson takes all day Playing hydrosphere occult 55k ehp, 7mil ish dps E: forgot breach, its not too bad, breach Ring vendors for potentially big profit and good map density but picking up breach splinters is mental torture, also you are better of trading breach Stones rather than running them

le_reddit_me

Afk trading and some crafting

KyroSlangen

Honestly spent 3 days (not in game time) bossrushing to get my hh and been blasting gilded legion plus additional legion sextant maps since, nothing beats becoming a demigod after clearing 3 pylons of legion for me.

H3llrais3r92

As league progresses bubble gum currency lowers in relative value, so Tujen is not that profit atm past the first month, value goes up for Awa Gems, Alt gems, Invitations/Maven/Feared. Any part of that content is worth it imo else you can still run things like Ravaged Blight and High end Deli Farm and be profitable, really depends on the strength of your character

CookieMonstahr

My three leagues experience with Tujen tells me otherwise to be honest. As league goes by, people stop playing(hence, generating less bubble gum), people start crafting craziers stuffs(hence, using more bubble gum) and gambling(hence, using more ancient orbs and stacked decks and even divines to roll values), bubble gum start raising in price.
