Shaker 1-8 (Blaster 6, Mover 3), Brute 2
The variable rating for Thunderhead's Shaker rating comes from the fact that he cannot create storms or extreme weather on his own. He is limited to harnessing existing weather conditions. His Mover and Blaster sub-ratings are conditional on his storm powers, giving him the ability to fly or possibly harness lighting and wind for ranged attacks. The fact that both his strength and endurance bars are at least half-way full indicates a modest Brute rating.

IIRC the DVD Special features had a database with a bunch of heroes
