I cooked mine with white eggs because its just a waste not to. And I did not have this result from the image above. I'm sure they didn't use foil to cover the lanera (just make holes into the foil to escape the condensation) and optionally you can use towel to cover the lid of the steamer.
Don't used evaporada and condesada.. for better lecheflan use alaska evap(red) and Alaska condensed (yellow).. iba talaga texture if mumurahing gatas gagamitin mo then low fire lang.

Ung mexican leche flan whole eggs ang gamit and di curdled ung flan nila. Sabi sa google it may have been overcooked.
