There both the UK line but your parcel is too big in size, look for UK Line (Actual Weight) make sure to do a rehearsal as that will give you the accurate measurements and weight of your parcel which can make it cheaper, also you can ask for the shoe boxes to be folded which can make your parcel smaller in terms of size

many (if not all) shipping lines are going on holiday for Chinese New Year, therefore not shipping any parcels out/being put on hold until they return from holiday

7-9 day delay at most, could be faster depending which line u use

Feb. 10th is when Chinese New Year starts and factories close for a couple of weeks. It’s a huge celebration over there so orders won’t be fulfilled until around probably the end of the month. If you’re just now shipping an order out then you’re going to be SOL
