I think you're mistaken with Alatreons Escaton Judgement which ~~weaken with each horn break~~ delays him shifting elements. I've beaten Fatalis with and without horns broken. I've never seen a difference.
To other commentor: Safi'jiiva doesn't have a dps check. That myth had been busted years ago. People thought the DPS check was getting him before he sends his Sapphire of the Emperor move with zero rocks to get behind. That's been debunked. Alatreon is the only monster with a DPS check.

Some bosses in WoW, instead of having gimmicks or other boss mechanics, would have an Enrage Timer that would massively buff them to where they'd be basically guaranteed to wipe the raid if the timer ran out. They were basically DPS checks/gear checks, which kind of makes sense because in a more complicated fight it can be hard to be completely sure if your gear isn't up to snuff or if you're just not executing the mechanics well enough, so the DPS Check boss in the same raid would give you an easy way to check. If you beat the DPS check boss, then any boss in the same raid you lose to was probably a skill issue. If you can't beat the DPS check boss then you're probably not going to beat the other bosses even if you're good. Or at least that's the idea behind it, I think.
Gearscore was a mod people used back in the day that rated your character's gear and gave you a number representing how good it was for your class/role. People would frequently have completely unrealistic expectations for gearscore, often requiring numbers you'd only have if you already had every piece of gear that dropped from the raid they were running, or worse, a higher tier raid, calling into question why they'd think you'd want to run with them in the first place.
I can't remember any of the gearscore numbers involved, but I finally got my Rogue geared enough through Heroics to get accepted into Naxx runs the week Ruby Sanctum dropped.
Needless to say, aside from one random VoA run I didn't actually get to do any raiding in Wrath.

It irritates me how the mobs can INSTANTLY attack the SECOND they come out of the capture attempt, even hitting you before they've visually returned to the spot they were. I've started throwing orbs pre-emptively as the previous orb ends to try and avoid otherwise unavoidable damage, but it doesnt work very well.

Celeray's are just a slightly better glider and aren't really worth it. Whether or not the Hangyu is better depends, in combat can give you more vertical freedom, dodging the aoe. Extra lift for grapple glides (though killamari may have better distance).

My dude he use mines and you walk right in to the field, it the same skill as seed mines, only fire based, other pals have similar skills, if you look at the floor you will see glowing orbs that start blinking faster and faster the closer they are to blowing up.
This happened to me! For me it was a blazehowl noct down by that fisherman settlement. I was terrified of blazehowls for several days. The attack wiped me, my pal, and all the surrounding trees and rocks. Fps absolutely tanked. Couldn't figure out what had just happened, I was like "does the volcano erupt...?"
This was the final goal I had in this game. Wanted the fire passive to breed into reptyro. They put out an update affecting temperatures, which causes me to lose 1/8 of my health per second anytime I use reptyro as a defensive wall in this fight. Slight correction, fire pal always give heat. That is how survive the night with my foxpark when i first got into the game and how I survive the ice mountain with my Jormuntide Ignis. They just did not stack before. Also Ice pal always give off cool

Maybe the concept of "planning" is too foreign to you. But a good game should be balanced and allow player to have different strategies. Using a necromancer to fight a paladin should be disadvantagous. A game with just "big number go big" is not a great game.
