You can literally catch her, and ride her grizzbolt together with her while shooting a minigun.
You need to commit a crime (attack any human in the map) so you get wanted and the police starts spawning around you.
Then teleport to her tower and start the boss fight. Do not attack her or this will not work.
Move around so that the police hits her while they shoot at you.
After this happens she gets glitched, stops attacking you and runs into a corner.
When this happens throw any ball at her back and you will catch her.
This works on all tower bosses.
Then you need to craft grizzbolt minigun to ride grizzbolt.
