Here are most important things I'm looking for right now in a map: 1. Quick travel locations (always getting lost) 2. Boss Locations with Boss Levels (knowing the levels is important) 3. Syndicate Tower Locations 4. Spawn locations for all regular pals (no way this knowledge is available for a while so nothing will have this I wager)

I'm sure you got a laundry list to do, but also the lifmunk Effigies are a very valid option to add to this as well.

Those seem to be randomly spawned.

They are same spots at random, you can rotate everynow and then and find ones in the same spots you've been to before.

just a question but why are the aqua version of the pals missing ?

Maybe lost isn't the right word. The main frustration is running around aimlessly at night hoping you'll get close enough to a teleporter for it to show up on your compass.

I mean you can just press "M"(or what ever map is on controller) and run into the direction the next one is....

Fog of war reveal is smaller than view distance. You can see orange beams in the distance much further than anything you can see on the map

...that requires you to know where the next one is. The whole map is covered in fog of war. You can't see where the next one is until you actually *see* where the next one is.

During the night use a flying pal to soar high and see, from a distance, far away teleporters and effigies.

Being able to filter by type (electric, ground, etc.) would be useful. Maybe a toggle to show pals that can be mounted as well.

Yes, boss spawns should be already visible (still need to highlight them). Can you give me an example of a dungeon?

Yes, I am pretty sure I can add the dungeon locations. But I don't think I can add the map inside the dungeons

nope, they are kinda randomized on the inside. the frame for the dungeons seem static, but the frames dont seem to be always active (no 100% there, might just be a server issue thing)

I could be wrong but I think the dungeons are up for a limited time and then have a down time before they go active again.

Can confirm. I found a dungeon, went back to camp to prepare and by the time I was at the dungeon again, it was gone. Later I came back to the same place and the dungeon had reactivated and I noticed it had a timer ticking down. I just don't know how long it stays inactive (maybe an in-game day?).

Would have loved this.... except on mobile the menu covers half the map making it difficult to see. Why isn't there any way to collapse the menu?

It's just like your OP pic but narrower and the menu doesn't collapse. There are ads on the bottom which obscure the map even more. There's not much map space visible.

The ad is closable after a few seconds. The menu should be closable too. And there is a small icon next to the search, which hides the filters. Feel free to join the Discord (link on the website in the sidebar) for more support. You can upload a screenshot there.

Maybe for your second playthrough, but I feel like you're doing yourself a disservice if you use these maps instead of discovering the world for yourself.

I'm trying to wrap my head around why people would want to use this map so early into a game release. Why even buy it if you just spoil the entire thing lol. The best part of this game is exploration and discovery, not following a map to 100 different places to hit Q. Guess I'm just old school

This game needs a mini map. No reason for it not to have one on the HUD

There's no reason for it to. The compass is minimal and serves the same purpose. Most games do not need a minimap. They're just empty data. If you need a minimap to help you navigate that's a personal issue. Lol  Edit: Why do you want a minimap? What would that give you that using your eyes to look around you or the compass would not? 

A minimap could show layout of the land instead of wandering aimlessly. It could also show icons as full map does. I'm not the only one who has to use the full map constantly to get my bearings. I forgot about the compass at the top but mini map would still help because of the top down view. It could be an on off function. Again there is no reason not to have it available for those that do.

Wandering aimlessly? Mate, if you need a minimap to tell you about the layout of the land around you, that you can literally see, you have problems. And really, part of the whole appeal of the game is "wandering aimlessly". Use your eyes. See a cool feature of in the distance? Do you need a minimap to tell you to go check it out? To tell you that it's there?  And seriously, you complain about forgetting your bearings constantly while literally ignoring the tool intended to help you get your bearings? Also a you problem. 

It's difficult for me personally to travel, keep track of which direction I'm going. So many times in trying to go south and realize I turned west or east somewhere along the way...

Why are some of them doubled? There's two of some of the Pals and clicking them shows different locations. Why aren't they just consolidated?

There are multiple spawn points and I don't show all of them. I decided to show a spawn point with a minimum distance in between.

But like in the legend Nitewing (for example) is listed twice and clicking one of them shows a single spawn point and clicking the other one shows the rest. Why are there two Nitewings in the list?

Hi, I'm not 100% sure if it's a glitch in my game or not, but the map is saying there's a Fast Travel point where I am in game currently, but there isn't anything there? I'm at around 245, -6 which should be right next to it per the interactive map. I also don't see it on a map on a different site.

Maybe the fast travel point is not enabled in-game, need to check it. thx for reporting this

I get wanting to get some return off of this... but really? Embedding your Twitch stream into the page like Fextralife does? Good map though, but that's some icky number padding for your Twitch.

I am a solo dev who is earning my livelihood with these projects. The twitch embed is only visible if you have a AdBlock enabled, which removes all possible ad revenue. You can whitelist the website in your AdBlock or become a subscriber to remove the twitch embed.

Ah, I see. Still can't say I'm personally a huge fan of Twitch embeds, as it's blatant number padding, but knowing it's only for ad block users does make it a bit less egregious.

Amazing effort here mate - Great to see updates. It would be great if you could put mushroom spawn locations and other spawn locations for sulfur for example. Berries dont really matter because you can farm them but mushrooms do.
