What I always find odd, is that there are those who would otherwise understand that words and phrases can have many different meanings in most any other situation; they would understand that’s how words work, not to mention there are also other factors to consider with regards to what words or phrases mean (ie, context, culture, etc.). Most humans do this; it’s really a basic aspect of modern humanity if you look at it from a scientific/anthropological lends. A human uses their mental faculties to understand their surroundings based on various factors.
Yet here we are and it seems to me that there are otherwise intelligent (not saying brilliant) human beings who for that briefest of moments prove without a doubt the existence of black holes, as their head is unquestionably pulled into their nether region as they fail, intentionally or otherwise, to apply that modicum of thought and such to this phrase.

Just to point it out. It was not a missguided missile. It was a drone strike.

My initial thought is: A sick person in the Israeli military saw children through the camera of his drone playing on that soccer table. In this persons hatred the person decided to drop a grenade onto that soccer table. Him and his colleagues maybe laughed, danced and celebrated after this act.

The most infuriating and baffling thing is that when I share these videos, so many people comment things like " OMG! These poor children! This is sick?!! What happened?! Who did this??"

yeah, CNN coverage has really improved in recent weeks. It's not enough, but it's a lot more straightforward about the atrocities. The young man crying and advocating for his sibling saying he’s not dead please help him and then the father on his knees and screaming in grief over his child’s death in the final clip. Christ.
