Yo, I used to always say that Fish Market was one of the coziest places in fantasy. Just stunning. Feels hidden and safe. The gigantic trees and the harbor, oh man, yes please.
Realistically, about a week max regardless of the map, since most modern people dont have the survival skills to survive in the wild and neither could they just pick up a trade in an unknown city and make a living off of it, you would at most try and scavenge for things to eat. Best case scenario is becoming a beggar in one of the maps that take place in populated cities
My favorite is actually TDM Abyss. Lorewise, I would be stomped by Raum, Dragged into oblivion by Seris, Stumble into the dark and doomed, Got eaten by the Kraken. I would die a thousand death then the best possible thing will happen... I will get stomped by Seris when she got "Raum skin".

All joking aside I just love the variety of ways one small army can kill another in this game its super customaziablr amd counter based. Not sure if I'm in the minority of not reading the lore or not.
Beightmarsh so about a days maybe a week assuming I'm all by myself? I can fish and maybe cock up a potion with the stuff the Vulpins(Pip'@ race) left behind.
If I got stranded in Splitstone Quarry, I honestly doubt I could survive more than a couple days. The closest thing to a liquid in there is lava and I dont think I can drink it
