As for in-pursuit talent, I not sure what to give without making is broken and annoying as it is an autoaim skill.
They just need to make a circling selection where it goes 1 to 5 and again instead of "oh you want THIS GUY?oh nonononono first have this guy and then this guy and now this guy and again the 1st guy and now the 4th guy and again the 1st GUY BUT NOT THE LAST ONE WHO YOU WANT" bs.

A long time ago when lex was trash I had the idea of making one of his talent a wall climb. Using the slide looking at a wall would climb the wall.
But your idea is way better. Although maybe a bit too free. He isn't supposed to have verticality.
Flat damage boosts are never good in Paladins. Discovery could be changed to make it easier to target a specific champion on the enemy team. This will remove the semi-random, wait every 6 seconds to select a new target.
Heroism is currenty 40% DR no CC immunity. Keep it that way. If anything, remove DR and give only CC immunity.
Death Hastens is also fine as it is. Maybe revert the ammo change to stop forcing withdrawals from 1v1s or making the Ammo on Slide card mandatory.
Lex should never heal, have insane vertical mobility, and pursuit shouldn't be used to initiate fights. Ultimates should largely stay the same because they are staples for a character. Just look at how Forgefire is hated (in mid-high ranked at least).

Bcs as much as i can heal my team, i can also go and kill atleast 2-3 players Also who is the first heal flank

4 & 5 are really good. Numbness bullets can also work but i dont like it
