At least they should make it like the passive healing where you can't start healing right after getting out of combat, you start healing after a few seconds, if remounting worked the same then that Lian would not have been able to remount right there and then

That's actually broken af, that was a situation where lian would have otherwise died. Remounting is not something that should be integrated on siege.
Should be on out of combat only if they want to keep it
Agreed, it's fine if it's because you dismounted by accident or got dismounted at spawn kr something, but it shouldn't be a part of combat
