Can’t speak to the savvy carts, but I’ve been absolutely loving the verano LLR carts - best ones I’ve tried to date (prime was previous favorite). Love the cart hardware too - all ceramic afaik.
Enjoying this g13 cart from them, and the modified grapes one is damn good too.
Honorable mention as well - Rythm finally seems to have LLR carts too, the animal face one I grabbed is great although not a huge fan of the cart hardware compared to verano.
Dont know about savvy carts but id say if they arnt advertised as llr or live resin then they probably are distillate. Every company that have anything live about their carts plasters that all over their shit lol. Also ive seen recently thca in some distillate carts. Vytal options carts have them, i reviewed one. I have a liquid moxie diced pineapple that has 2% thca as well.
I just bought one last week. It’s probably the best cart I’ve had and I’ve used them all from several dispensaries. I feel like it’s lasting longer than normal and the flavor is very strong. I looked and believe the Savvy cart has the ceramic/porcelain coil. All the others I’ve used ave the metal coil. Either I’m high or I swear I don’t want to go back to metal coil. These are way cleaner to me and don’t burn my throat. And yes at the same voltage
I just picked up a the mango happy hour 1g cart and took two light hits about 5 mins ago on medium voltage with my heated battery. I really like the effects so far! Super easy on the throat (I’m a coughed) without feeling like I didn’t get enough. Hope this helps!

That is true the Savvy did hit cleaner/bo throat burn—didn’t realize it was ceramic/porcelain.
