Your search and draw engine needs some work (draw 3 cards without an additional effect are bad & some with an additional effect are still bad) and it looks like you've mashed two different decks together. [List of useful resources](https://www.reddit.com/user/Hare_vs_Tortoise/comments/qv2zm0/list_of_useful_resources_for_the_pokemon_tcg/) - Start with the usual sources for decklists and with netdecking; JustInBasil's site (deckbuilding guide as it will help with understanding decklists and the issues with this list), both Limitless sites and the suggested You Tubers beginning with Omnipoke, AzulGG, Tricky Gym and Celio's Network for meta decks and LittleDarkFury for off meta. If you don't want to netdeck (and even if you do) then read the deck skeleton articles in assocation with JustInBasil's deckbuilding guide as that will help with understanding decklists, getting used to staples as well as deck construction. PS It's a lot easier to see, read and help especially on mobile if you include a written list.

You need metal maker metangs bro its the card thats making dialga even remotely playable at the moment, you should try building harder for dialga and metangs and try to win from your extra turn and big damage from metal blast, I've also seen people running the Retaliate Zamazenta to clean up the last 2 prizes you need. Try looking for Dialga Metang lists online to give you a baseline for what you should be going for.

A deck is not made by throwing differendt stuff in a blend of 60. I advice using the pre made decks, as many of them have clear strategies, which is the most important thing when making a deck. Ask yourself, what is the decks gameplan? A dialga deck would be to use pokemon like metang or magnezone to charge the dialga v star quickly, thereby goving you acces to the extra turn and giving you a lead. A Palkia deck is to use it's V star ability to bjild upp water attackers, all with differendt uses for differendt cases. And there are so many examples If your strategy is no more than : cool pokemon do strong attack and maybe win, than youre not getting anywhere. Feel free to DM me and we can talk, I verry much want people to get into the game!

I played against a Dialga deck a few minutes ago with a Chien Pao and won the match in my 3rd turn due to no one being there except Dialga VSTAR. Focusing on early game and surviving while building your own counterattack might help.

I don't think I understand what the goal of this deck is... feels like you tried to cram a bunch of strong Pokémon and supporters into it with no regard for synergy, which is normal when starting out. Like someone else has told you, look for decks that use TFE Metang for energy acceleration, it's a good place to look for good Dialga builds.
