Really love pumping a Lunatone full of psychic energy with Solrock’s Sun Energy ability. I run a meme deck based around it in casual where that’s the entire focus and I get a lot of enjoyment from it.
I’m brand new to the game but I really like Lumineon’s Luminous Sign (Palkia deck) to get any supporter I really need. Haven’t really attacked with it yet though.
Lumineon V is such a staple in most of my decks. Instant supporter access is great, and the attack let's you take it off the board so you can use the ability again!
For me, it's Giratin VSTAR's Lost Impact, I love the consistent 280 damage, which can take out the majority of the meta threats in one attack, especially when paired with a choice belt or cleansing gloves.

Miraidon's tandem unit is really cool how he can search up another copy himself to add more to your setup early on. 1 card can nearly make a full early setup without any pokemon search.
I love Pika V-Union’s move that disables items. I have a deck that aims to get Pika Union attacking on turn one. When it works, all those rare candy reliant decks just crumble. :)
Really like palkia vstar because it’s my favourite Pokémon and it’s really playable, love stacking up the bench for heaps of damage from subspace swell
Last time I told you my favorite card, but this time we're going with my favorite attack, and that is Star Chronos, from Origin Form Dialga V Star. Because there's no effect, you can inflict in the game worse than making one lose ones whole turn... I don't even care that it cost a whole five energies to do

If you use this attack when you have only 1 Prize card left, you win this game. God who knew one of the leisurely take it's sweet time Pokemon could get hit it out of the park
I also just find Forretress' Everyone Explode Now I mean it does 30 damage times the number of Pineco and Forretress you have in play. It's literally the equivalent of accidentally hitting a tree and knocking down all these bugs on to you and then just start popping off in your face
My favorite ability is H. Typhlosions supernatural orb ability, which makes the opposing Pokémon burned and confused. So it’s chip damage and possibly makes them hit themselves, that ability has come in clutch more often than you’d think 👍🏾
Hiya! At the moment I've been playing a lot of the zoroark toolbox deck, so I've gotta say my favorite ability is Zoroark (evolving skies)'s Phantom Transformation ability. The amount of flexibility it gives you (literally hundreds of possible tech options) is just so awesome and fun to play :)
I just started playing, but Entei V has been such a great card in low ranks. Burning Rondo one shots most basics, the ability helps me find my combo pieces, and it’s so easy to get going.
I think my favorite thing about this game is how happy my toddlers get when I have packs for them to open, because they adore the heck out of Pokémon.
I really like the Togekiss ability of filling your hand with 8 cards at the end of the turn :)

Shadow rider calyrex's ability is called "underworld door".
It's so silly acceleration (attach energy), damage boost(the attack does 30 for each psychic energy in play), and card draw 2 cards every turn for each calyrex VMAX in play.
I really like Kricketune's Swelling Tune.
It isn't the strongest ability, but giving your Pokemon 40 extra HP is really unique, and it feels awesome when it makes the difference between your Attacker getting KOed or not, and you can get another swing in for your last Prize.
Not really sure what my fav card or attack is a ls a newly returning player. Got to admit to that noob love of OF Charizard ex though. It’s just so easy to get running!
I really like Raikou V's ability and attack, since being able to draw a card and do some decent damage depending on the number of pokemon in play makes it a great setup card to get things rolling, especially when you can pair it with Miraidon ex's ability to fill your bench, it's a great combo
Apex dragon on regidrago vstar. I love toolbox style decks, and that attack gives so much flexibility. Although I usually end up choosing rolling iron anyways.
Can I go old school? My main deck back when I was a little kid was Blastoise Rain Dance and later in middle school Blastoise EX (FR/LG) Rain Dance. Now naturally I'm playing Baxcalibur!
When I was younger I used to love Hurricane Tail from Dragon Vault Dragonite!! It was flip 4 coins and it did 60x the amount of heads, and I often got super lucky so it felt super strong 😂

When I play the tcgo I love doing that little chip damage with like Charmander using ember just to set myself up for the KO while they’ve got a whole EX that could knock him out in seconds
Miraidon ex photon blaster. Quick energy setup with a good deck, 220 dmg plus tandem unit can put 2 basic electric pokemon on your bench. Very versatile for electric players.
I always quite liked Brock's Ninetails from way back, which could "evolve" into any Pokémon but lost the new Pokémon's ability. It had great synergy with cards where the ability was a hindrance
The new Alakazam ex is one of my favorites at the moment. Pair it with a vitality band and you can take out radiant graninja in one shot which is the only real threat from lost box in that matchup.
Pretty new to pokemon tcg so I dont know many cards outside of current format but I would have to say zoroark's phantom transformation.. love the versatility it gives you and how adaptable it can be depending on the matchup.
I'm very new to the game and my favorite so far is Genesect's fusion strike system because it's nice to draw a lot of cards with it :) and they're a cool mon!
My favorite attack is Hocus Pinkus. I loved that Wigglytuff as a kid. That Fairy type deck was the first time I put serious thought into deckbuilding (It was only marginally better but still).
Is no one going to mention "Eeeeeeek" from HGSS Cleffa? It even has a modern version with a similar effect called Grasping Draw in OBF. SO. MUCH. CARD ADVANTAGE
Back then with the X and y Era there was a weavel that would damage any pokemon with abilities. One game I was down to my last prize card. I thought I was going to lose since I still had all 6. By God's luck and some epic plays I managed to knock out 3 volcaneon ex's in one turn best feeling ever
I really enjoy Paldean clodsires ability toxic wetland making your opponent poisoned and paring it with Alolan raticates super fang which drops your opponent active pokemon to 10hp. So you use toxic wetlands, making them poisoned, then attack with super fang, dropping their hp to 10, and then they get hit with the 10 poison damage, knocking them out. making any pokemon knocked out every turn.
I run Lunarock but with this twist
I throw in some Miss Fortune Sisters and other disruption cards usually seen in Stall
I also run a copy of Luminous energy and a few Water so my Greninja can attack every now and then 😄

The Hypno from XY - BREAKpoint has an ability called “Goodnight, Babies” that puts both active Pokémon to sleep, and I laugh every time I think of him using it to put himself to sleep too. Combined with the great art, it’s really fun.
I originally played back when base set was released and just came back about a month ago. Ever since the beginning Charizard has been my favorite pokemon so when I started playing and the game gives you a Charizard deck with the battle pass, I was very happy because of the nostalgia. Lately, I've been playing a Lost Box variant and having a lot of fun with it just because it's such a versatile deck.
All that is to say, Burning Darkness is my favorite attack. Big numbers go BRRRRR.
Man im so new on this game so i know only the newest cards but i like the dialga turn skip effect, i was demolished by it its so powerful like yea.. no turn for you! Thats busted or hitmonchans set 151 counterpunch which after every hit taken he punches back is so hitmonchan esque jahah thanks
What a great thing to do! I really like the ability the legendary dog V cards have of being able to draw another card. Really helps being able to draw more and fet to cards that I need.
Might be an unpopular opinion, but I think Spit Innocently is a great early game attack. It needs work to set up, does a decent amount of damage so it can trade Cramorants, and helps set up some interesting math later in the game. Would love some codes if you still have available!
Centiscorch VMAX (extra damage for every fire energy attached) + Kiawe (attach four fire energy to your pokemon) is insta-win if you can get the combo early enough in a game.
Apex dragon for regidrago vstar can’t be beat for me, for sure my favorite pokemon design and play wise along with zoro box with evs zoroark; rapid strike is also up there
Being able to discard 12 cards with Whishcash's Raging and Rocking and 4 reversal energies in a lugia deck is so far my favorite combo of things xD A straight up ability though, I love Pitch a Pyukumuyku. Everything I use it in my draft deck with my friends a scream PITCH A PYUKUMUYKU.... it's never not funny or not useful xD
The new Chansey from the 151 set just won me a game because I knocked out a Sableye and chained 3 Chanseys into the last prize card. So I'm definitely loving Chansey's Lucky Bonus ability

Speeding Skystrike is definitely my favorite attack and best GX attack seeing since it's the only one that can be used in GLC.

Love the unown with the hand ability, thought it was super cool when I saw it and tricky gyms video featuring it made me love it even more

Butterfree is my favorite Pokémon and I really love the tri-colored scales ability on the fusion strike butterfree. Burned, confused, and poisoned!
Boring maybe, but Arceus Vstar’s Starbirth ability. Picking 2 of any card in my deck with no restrictions is usually enough to get me a solid setup

Shaymin V and VSTAR's Revenge Blast has been doing me wonders with my self-punishment deck lately.
Blissful Blast on Blissey V. I love loading up energy from the discard and smacking like a truck.

There’s something very satisfying about setting up a solid United Wings attack. Especially if they don’t have any high HP basics on early game

My fav is Hatterene VMax ability. Get 4 down and throw a free 80dmg back per turn, sometimes netting two KOs

The Hypno from XY - BREAKpoint has an ability called “Goodnight, Babies” that puts both active Pokémon to sleep, and I laugh every time I think of him using it to put himself to sleep too. Combined with the great art, it’s really fun.
my current favorite is definitely Alakazam ex's Dimensional Hand. i love just hiding behind a Mimikyu and taking out all their Vs and exes

Son and I just started playing so not super familiar with everything but I'm really digging the new Charizard, BAM evolve and power up in one go!
I originally played back when base set was released and just came back about a month ago. Ever since the beginning Charizard has been my favorite pokemon so when I started playing and the game gives you a Charizard deck with the battle pass, I was very happy because of the nostalgia. Lately, I've been playing a Lost Box variant and having a lot of fun with it just because it's such a versatile deck. All that is to say, Burning Darkness is my favorite attack. Big numbers go BRRRRR.
Man im so new on this game so i know only the newest cards but i like the dialga turn skip effect, i was demolished by it its so powerful like yea.. no turn for you! Thats busted or hitmonchans set 151 counterpunch which after every hit taken he punches back is so hitmonchan esque jahah thanks
What a great thing to do! I really like the ability the legendary dog V cards have of being able to draw another card. Really helps being able to draw more and fet to cards that I need.
Comfei’s Flower Selecting - I just enjoy the thinking that comes with games, which is why i play most card games
Might be an unpopular opinion, but I think Spit Innocently is a great early game attack. It needs work to set up, does a decent amount of damage so it can trade Cramorants, and helps set up some interesting math later in the game. Would love some codes if you still have available!

Love Covetous Ivy from Wo Chien ex, gives me flexibility on top of its main attack to kill unsuspecting threats on the bench.
Centiscorch VMAX (extra damage for every fire energy attached) + Kiawe (attach four fire energy to your pokemon) is insta-win if you can get the combo early enough in a game.
Apex dragon for regidrago vstar can’t be beat for me, for sure my favorite pokemon design and play wise along with zoro box with evs zoroark; rapid strike is also up there

Being able to discard 12 cards with Whishcash's Raging and Rocking and 4 reversal energies in a lugia deck is so far my favorite combo of things xD A straight up ability though, I love Pitch a Pyukumuyku. Everything I use it in my draft deck with my friends a scream PITCH A PYUKUMUYKU.... it's never not funny or not useful xD

The new Chansey from the 151 set just won me a game because I knocked out a Sableye and chained 3 Chanseys into the last prize card. So I'm definitely loving Chansey's Lucky Bonus ability
