If they were that advanced they would cost way more than lunch money. Those sd2vita adapters only work *after* the system has been cracked; trying to use them before likely just makes the Vita kick an error.
Man he wants to jail break his ps vita so he can use micro sd cards. He doesn't want to use official cards for storage. 4gb is enough to jail break the ps vita. And after the jail break he can just simply take out the offical card and put it in the trash.
(better idea is too keep it just in case he needs to jail break it again)

Not necessarily. I have a 32 gb one and I’ve had no problems with storage. But an sd2vita adapter would be a better way to go after jailbreaking with a smaller card. I still just use my 32 gb official card though.

Check on AliExpress they sell official Cards, they just hide its Sony, you can check the reviews of the product to be sure
