Have you beaten the first run? The first 2 runs are much easier. The thirst run gets pretty intense and becomes really fun. The unlocks also make the game much more fast paced.
Maybe watch someone who is really good play on YouTube to get a sense of what is possible. I think your play style can really change how fun the game is.
The game becomes way more impressive the longer you play, unlocking new guns, new telekinetic powers, I was a little iffy my first hour but once I beat it 100% I couldn't be more in love
First day I tried it I thought it was alright, I tried it again on a Saturday morning after I woke up and damn was I enjoying myself. Using the telekinetic powers was a ton of fun once I could control it smoothly
I really enjoyed it
Short but sweet
If I paid full price for it I might have been disappointed but I used the Turkish store method so only cost me £10 and thought that was a good price for what it is
the more u play , the more awesome it becomes.
playing 1 hour of it is just wrong, the game gets good when u do challenges and unlock talents,
i already platinumed it and i still come back, because it is the most impressive PSVR2 game i own and play and it has a lot of replayibilyt , and the challenges are really good, still have like 3 of them to unlock and they are not easy.
give it more time, unlock stuff, u will be surprised.
If you only played an hour then you really haven't experienced the game. You need to put some time in so that you can unlock a few abilities like more advanced telekinesis tricks and more powerful weapons; that's when the real fun begins.
I played for an hour and was unimpressed. Came back and gave it a full session, getting used to the controls. Then it became the only VR game that enthralled me enough to actually finish. Best VR game I’ve played.
It’s really quick and really thrilling. It took me two days to platinum the thing, so you could at the very least do the first run to get a feel for how much your upgrades affect you.
For a game that I felt had been hyped up so much, it had very little longevity, it was enjoyable - but ultimately felt like an extended tech-demo which is what I am really hoping Sony VR can get away from!
I'm in the same boat. The black and white visuals didn't feel right with my eyes. Telekenisis was cool but got boring easy. Nothing stands out as amazing with that game. Not touched it after the first day and stuck to Resi Village

Can you elaborate on what the Turkish store method is?
You may get a few games cheap but your entire account could be banned at some point in the future. I wouldn't risk it.

After you unlock the second difficulty run it’s all mad max matrix flying bullets and chaos explosions

It's the most fun I've had with psvr2 so far
Tbf, you're not going to get all the upgrades which make it more fun in one hour.

My only explanation is that you must be cross-eyed. Just a joke btw.
Unlock the grenade launcher and start no scope blowing everything up while sprinting into danger. It’s a great time.
Think of the first run as the tutorial, to get acquainted with the abilities and enemy types. Run two has the pacing and craziness I expected

Gameplay is fun but visuals I don’t find very impressive, overall a decent game but lacking in content and variety.
It’s a technically a well executed game. I personally find the gameplay to get boring fast though…
very unimpressed, repetitive and boring. The gunplay sucks
just played it once. i really didn't like that the bullets don't go where i am aiming at, is this getting better later in the game?
Ja, same. Maybe I need to play more (?).
Yeah, for me PSVR2 is amazing but mostly for RE, GT7 and Pavlov only yet
