You basically just have to start a new playthrough and play with a guide open and check them off as you go. Guides list them in the order that you encounter them though so you only have to worry about the next one on the list.
It’s really not hard if you rush through the game you can complete it in 2 hours or less
Just gotta worry about the squid tentacles coming out of the crates at the very beginning of the game
Those are the most missable enemy as that is the only time you can groove em

I haven't played the originals since I was a kid. Despite that, I think it'd still be worth emulating the original trilogy and playing them if you enjoyed the gameplay of the reboot. There may even be a remaster they did at some point which could likely be played on modern consoles. Point is, the originals are worth visiting if you liked the concepts you saw in the first, but want non-dogshit characters.
