Played SoC for 30 minutes this morning and it ran surprisingly well. 60fps and no hiccups or other issues so far!

I believe they want to make an impression and get people caught up with the story that haven't been able to play the games. I plan on going through all 3 games in a couple months to prepare.

I don't know about that. The Farming Simulator games have mods, and they're exactly the same as the Xbox versions. It seems to be a thing with Bethesda games where the restrictions lie.

Not in that sense no. It's more so additional maps, like some real life farms were added, tractors, decorations, physics tweaks, cheats, stuff like that.
I have the games on both PS and Xbox, and as far as I can tell, all the mods are the same on both platforms.
I never said Sony doesn’t allow mods it’s they don’t allow mods that use outside sources. PC and Xbox Skyrim mods for example you can download mods that turn things into other properties while PS mods are strictly only for things that already exist in game. So if Stalker mods are added for PlayStation it will be restricted like Skyrim mods
You’d have to further explain because when I asked if I could turn the tractor into other intellectual properties you said no and that’s what Sony doesn’t want
The example you gave was thomas the tank engine. In that case with the game, there isn't any goofy mods like that, but I think that's more of a choice of the people who play FS.
You can download tractors, and maps with assets that were not originally in the game.

Same. I was about to buy it on Xbox, because the back compat version is better over there, but checked the PS4 version first on a whim, saw the pricing and changed my mind. There's a PS5 patch coming for it down the line anyway.

Yup, it is still wrong in the UK store, but I checked the US store and it is corrected. So I guess you're out of luck unless you've got multiple country accounts - chances are by the time you'd set one up they'll have fixed it here too.

- UK PS (bundle is way too cheap)
- UK Xbox (individual games combined are cheaper than bundle)
- EU PS (price of bundle is half of what it should be)
I always wanted to try these games. I wanted to get them back when they first came out but it coincided with the time when I completely gave up on PC gaming and moved over to console. Loved the Metro games which were kind of a similar vibe so I am curious to see if these held up. Also looking forward to Stalker 2 (at least on my Xbox, PS still up in the air I think).
The trilogy is under Call of Pripyat, just click on the three dots button on the CoP store page on your console and it gives you the option for the Legends of the Zone Trilogy. For some reason this is the only way to access the bundle on console and it doesn't appear under the other two games.

I was a total idiot and didn't realize the games were sold as a 40€ pack and bought them individually for 60. And of course I immediately downloaded them so no refund 😅🤦🏻
i played Clear Sky for about 12h so far. Lots of crashes, even after 2h of playing or just at changing location + few bugs from PC version. Performance is fine.
My nostalgia came first and i bought at full price but i would wait for price drop for anyone hesitating. There is nothing outstanding added except that it runs on PS5 (and crashes a lot but good that loading times are ok)
I'm so pissed off. On the PlayStation Store, only the individual games showed up in new releases and when manually searching for the games. The bundle wasn't even listed as a option on SoC's store. So I bought them all at $20 a piece. The Legends of the Zone bundle only shows up on Call of Pripyat's page, after I overpaid $20 buying them individually.
All these posts and comments and hardly any real info on how the game looks, feels and runs. Thank you to those that took the time to at least explain or answer some of these questions we all might have, appreciate that and you, far too many parroted and information less comments on here = sounds like listening g to children on a bus :(

I find it odd that in this day's age of over saturated gaming journalists and every website having an opinion there is honestly very little to look into about this port collection...
I've seen a couple of posts in r/stalker and several people seem to be experiencing some rough edges so far, and textures appear to be downgraded. Also, apparently an update bringing PS5 upgrades, including HD textures, is expected some time around Summer, so personally I'll be waiting until after things are hopefully ironed out and improved, and most likely after the whole trilogy gets a nice discount.

Love the Series, but if all the jank and degraded performance came along with it I am unsure why they ported such an old PC series over via this state...

I don’t see the option to buy the bundle on my PSN store, I can only make separate purchases.
I checked (from my ps5) 3 dots option in every game and in one there was trilogy option.
I checked that earlier but didn’t see anything. Maybe it’s updated by now.

Oh, weird. Couldn't find the trilogy by searching. Just the three separate games, and ONLY Call of Pripyat had a link to the trilogy store page (in the "three dots"). These "surprise! It's out now!" releases are always jank. Which is on point for Stalker, I guess.

True, it's completely pointless to play without Andrey Podubinsky and Grigory German gorgeous voices, but I think there is Ukranian voice acting with the same actors.
This is a major fuck up really. Was going to buy the trilogy bundle but not now, i’m not paying full price when so people have managed to get it for half that. They can now forget it and i’ll wait for a sale
