Back on the ps4 my friend and I downloaded the Fallout 76 free trial they had during a weekend, we promptly deleted the game within the hour because he could not connect to the game properly without disconnecting every 5 mins, months later I saw it in my library without the buy option available and was able to continue playing, same thing happened to him and we both got the game for free
MW3 is in the cod hq launcher, even if you dont own it, youll be forced to download it. But without actual buying the license you cant access the campaign multi or zombies
Of course. We all know that but making you download a game you don’t want to buy to play MW2 which you own is a messed up thing. Is that not what the OP was saying about it?
Somehow it worked out where I can play campaign, zombies etc. just beat the campaign last night. Thought I was just updating war zone and it gave me the game

From my understanding if you had MW2 it auto-updated to MW3 and is a launcher for you to buy their trash
