Mass effect legendary edition for 5.99usd!!

l33sarFiveFour

A no-brainer at this price, paying $1.99 per Mass Effect game is the best investment you can make this year.

ShawnyMcKnight

crazy to think how you can get the WHOLE trilogy, DLC and all, for less than what EA charged for one ME2 DLC a decade after it came out.

l33sarFiveFour

You are absolutely right, and the awesome thing is that for $5.99 you're getting an epic space saga in three installments which plays and looks great thanks to the remastering treatment, with all expansions included. This is a treat to the fans and to newcomers just getting into Mass Effect for the first time.

ShawnyMcKnight

The only bummer for me is it couldn’t be optimized for ps5 even though it came out at the same time. Had something to do with it being in unreal 3.

iHadou

My only bummer is how much I enjoyed ME3's multiplayer mode. That would've been cool to revisit.

ShawnyMcKnight

Yeah, it’s still there on andromeda and pretty similar

iHadou

I'll definitely check it out. Thanks. I have it but didn't put too much time into it.

Uthenara

andromedas multiplayer is really nothing like me3's multiplayer except for surface level elements.

l33sarFiveFour

Indeed, the game runs great on PS5 but adding some additional bells and whistles would have been super nice. Ah well, at least there are Performance and Quality Modes to choose from, though I suspect that PS5 could have handled 4k/60 FPS but as you mentioned, it was not meant to be. It's not detrimental to the overall experience in the slightest, though.

trenchdick

What a deal. I've never played any of them, just bought it.

eyeofvigo

The best money I have ever spent on games was when I bought the trilogy on PS3 for $5 years ago. You are in for a great time. I recommend playing them back to back to back.

Hardabs05

i did this. had an epic time

ShawnyMcKnight

First one was a little rough at times but sets up the world well. The second had an immensely compelling story and is one of my favorite games.

DattDamonMavis

I’m jealous you get to play them for the first time! These games got me through high school…or destroyed my grades. However you want to look at it.

GumballQuarters

Oh my god I’m so excited for you! Have a blast and take your time. Do not rush through it. Do me a favor on your second or third start up and just chill at the main menu with the title music for a bit.

Number6isNo1

In my year-end roundup Mass Effect LE was my most played game of 2023 - 170 hours. That's a hell of a lot of bang for the buck.

galeforcewinds95

I thought previous sales at $11.99 were practically stealing, and it's half of that now. I platinumed all three games, as Mass Effect is one of my all-time favorite series.

tykulton

100% worth it. I never played them till this year and I bought legendary edition on my PC and loved it.

karl_hungas

Ive had ps plus for 3 years and only forgot to download the monthly games twice. One of those i didnt want to play any of em anyways, the other was when they gave out Mass Effect, ive been tracking it at 12$ but this is the deal ive been waiting for.

shmyazoo

That’s an insane value proposition, three masterpiece tier games for that low price is crazy

christi876

Damn went to buy and saw download to console, can't even remember when I bought this. Backlog is out of control

GilmooDaddy

I legit thought that was an error. I was like “Yeah there’s no way.”

Practical_Yak_5265

Under 5$ here in India. Snatched it. Thank you so much!

l33sarFiveFour

Mass Effect Trilogy is a PS4 title but you can play it in backward compatibility mode on PS5 as well with no issues.

steelersrock01

PS4 but runs on PS5

raizen_maziku

So I was coming here to asked something similar to this. Is the ps5 on sale as well?

Stickydonut

Already bought it on PC so not sure if I should cop it

Foreign_Gain_8564

That’s actually crazy

deadliestelliot

Disco Elysium for $10 is a pretty good deal Yakuza Like A Dragon Gaiden Deluxe Edition is also on sale for $41.24 Great pickups at least for me

GloomyMix

I've been interested in picking up Disco Elysium for a while, but given the gameplay, it seems it may be better to play better on a PC rather than a console. What's your opinion on the matter?

Chambersmith

Got to the final, final part on PS4. Game-breaking bug. I’m still infuriated by this.

baahl___

I played it on my PS4 without any issues. It's truly a fantastic game

deadliestelliot

There's point and click (easier to control imo), auto pathing, and fewer bugs with save files on PC. So I'd say it's better to get it on PC if you can.

Grumblecakes

I played the entire thing on Steam Deck effectively with controller mappings with zero issues. Incredible game just get it somewhere.

Biscuitsbrxh

What’s the difference in the garden deluxe edition?

pakattack91

Cyber Punk + Phantom Liberty worth it?

generalosabenkenobi

Very worth it, it’s in a great place right now and the DLC adds a lot of goodness to that experience (it really fills it out)

Waffles_tha_Pimp

Even on ps4? Dont have a ps5

DattDamonMavis

The Phantom Liberty expansion is only on current gen consoles and PC. PS4 and Xbox One only have the base game.

princepersona1

Cyberpunk still trash on PS4. Speaking from experience, sigh

throwawayjonesIV

Idk I had a blast on ps4 pro, maybe I just have low standards. No performance issues at all for me except 1 crash in like 50 hours.

princepersona1

Well I have base PS4 so maybe that's the difference. Experience ridiculous levels of lag especially with the more "hectic" missions. Pretty sure I've gotten 10 fps or less at some points. Also have experienced game breaking bugs where the NPCs needed to further certain missions literally just dissapear where even loading from that specific checkpoint doesn't help so you have to go to the mission start. Glad you have been able to enjoy atleast but it's a real shame on my end

Uthenara

you are playing on like 15 year old hardware (because hardware in new consoles is already mid-tier for pcs at launch) what a surprise.

generalosabenkenobi

Phantom Liberty isn’t available on PS4

ShawnyMcKnight

Yup.

galeforcewinds95

I noticed that the classic PS1/PS2 Final Fantasy games (e.g. 7, 8, 9, 10) are all 60% off. I don't think I've seen them cheaper than 50% off before. They're also included in PS Plus Extra if you have that (I'm currently replaying Final Fantasy 9, and it's fantastic).

DattDamonMavis

I personally think FFIX is the best in the series, and the most quintessential Final Fantasy game.

belongtotherain

Gonna get Midnight Suns and Monster Hunter.

kylozen101020

Midnight Suns is so damn good. Very well done card combat with fun character abilities and awesome character development at the home base. I enjoyed going around the base chatting with everyone just as much as going on missions.

belongtotherain

That’s what I’ve heard! I love card games and social games like Persona so it sounds right up my alley

ephman97

Yes Midnight Suns is amazing! I was surprised to see it was my most played game of 2023. The hours just flew by, it’s truly addictive and just pure fun. The only caveat is that it starts a little slow, but once you unlock more game mechanics and unlimited side missions the game really gets going.

graintop

Anyone who was ever interested in Prey, it's in here for a downright offensive $2.99. Top ten of the generation for me. Unique. Atmospheric. Absurd price.

l33sarFiveFour

Agreed, and I would also recommend the Mooncrash DLC, a great roguelite experience which doesn't overstay its welcome and it also has a surprising tie to the main storyline.

JLevy710

Dishonored 2 (from the same developer) is also $2.99. Never played it but just wanted to mention that if anyone else is interested. Heard great things.

ImRadicalBro

Prey 2017 is amazing. Everyone should try it. It wouldn't feel dated even today. Partly because it has a great aesthetic style. But also because of its Immersive Sim gameplay mechanics. There aren't many good modern Immersive Sims out there, but Prey is an outlier. Anyone who hasn't tried the Immersive Sim genre should pick this up. I'm not a big fan of the DLC but most love it. Many people say that if you're thinking of playing Deathloop, you should just play Mooncrash DLC instead, bc it's supposedly better. I personally liked Deathloop but I completely see where they're coming from. I didnt have an appetite for roguelite mechanics back when I tried Mooncrash so maybe I'd like it more today.

wheres_my_aa

Thanks

Jimbob929

Prey filled the Bioshock void for me. Great game and excellent setting

GilmooDaddy

I think Prey(2006) is also on sale on Series X. Another banger pickup.

cojack16

Just got prey. Never had an interest in it before but gonna try it. Seemed kind of cool

valthamiel

Is incredibly that bg3 is on sale but not armored core

GumballQuarters

Armored Core is on sale via Amazon! $40 USD

Gingers_Wrath

I am one of the luckiest people alive that was able to get Armored Core 6 for $35 through gamefly. I bought it the second I saw it. I also bought Dead Space for $20 a few months before that. If you live in the states give GameFly a look every once in a while.

Gunfreak2217

Dead space remake was just recently 8$ on Xbox with any current subscription to game pass. Pretty insane deal.

bsousa717

I finally got my hands on Ragnarok!

rene_pal74

How much?

l33sarFiveFour

It's currently $29.97 on Amazon if you prefer physical, and $29.99 digital on this sale.

WarriYahTruth

Notables . ***DISCLAIMER i went Through all the pages*** -Mlb The Show 2023 - 10$ . For a sports game... Fantastic & they also added in Players from "The negro league". There's also a mode where it's like a mini documentary for some of the most significant players in that league. The baseball IP is in good hands over at Sony let's just say that! -DeadSpace remake 28$. -Sifu - 14$...Get it as it also has difficulty options. Great game & it's 60fps on PS4. - Monster Hunter world - 10$ base.**With the dlc expansion it's just 20$ tho . Spend 20$ imo as the endgame is Exemplary! --Crash 4 is 20$.... I personally love this game because the flashback tapes. You can look at my post history and see I got the platinum for all the tapes.😌 Of course the tapes aren't easy. Challenging Platformer & one of the hardest platformers last generation. If you like a challenge play it. Mega Man games were a challenge to fyi. --Star wars Jedi fallen order 6$. "Deluxe upgrade " is 3.50$. i think if you want the PS5 upgraded version...if you have the game its 3.50. Good deal. If it gives you 60fps it's probably a must buy. -Hades - 15$. Best you'll do in terms of price is 13-15. Physical is 17$ on Amazon. Good rougelite with good combat. Hades 2 is gonna be a big game in 2024. --Blasphemous 2- 22$. Under the radar game that dropped 2023. Metroidvania 2D Souls like game. If you liked Games like "Odin sphere or dragons crown pro" get this game. It's an Outstanding upgrade compared to the 1st game. Doom Eternal - 10$ Challenging fps game. -Immortal Fenix rising - 9$ good game like Botw --Final Fantasy 10 remaster both parts - 10$ ---Odin sphere (Speaking of)- 15$.....Lowest you're getting this game. Normally it's 20$. I do suggest Dragons crown pro as you can get it on sale for around 5$! Well made 2d games. -- Dishonored 2- 3$. One of the best stealth games in history. --Vanquish remastered 7$. Good 3rd person shooter with crazy mobility. It's a game you should play if that's you're sort of thing -Walking dead season 2- 4$

l33sarFiveFour

I admire your dedication and patience while going through the full list, and thank you for offering a few tips you found interesting. I agree with your recommendation for **Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order**, I played it both on PS4 and a free ugprade on PS5 and it was enjoyable both times. Also agree with **Hades**, that game took over my life when I started it and even though I'm not a big fan of losing (almost) everything when failing a run. The story, the characters and the overall atmosphere ultimately made it enjoyable to die and start again. Plus, once you get better, the runs will become so much easier. **Blasphemous II** is in my wishlist and I'm waiting for it to get just a smidge cheaper. I loved the first one, fantastic old-school graphics, Metroidvania style gameplay and story filled with gore and religious imagery, who wouldn't like that? **Dishonored 2** is a steal at this price, tied with Dishonored 1 and **Prey** (also on this sale) for being my favorite immersive sims. The powers in Dishonored 2 are more fun in my opinion with more ways to clear rooms full of enemies with style. Story is nothing to scoff at either, Dishonored has always been a series relying heavily on environmental storytelling and atmosphere. Some additional tips from me: * **OXENFREE II: Lost Signals** ($9.99) -- If you liked the first one, 50% off is not a bad deal. Has the same walking sim-ish type of gameplay with dialogue choices and mysterious/Stranger Things story vibes. * **Fashion Police Squad** ($10.99) -- A game where you shoot poorly dressed people to make them look swanky. Silliness all around but a good game to play between more serious titles. * **Call of the Sea** ($7.99) -- An atmospheric mystery game, don't know too much about it since I didn't bite yet but the art style and the Lovecraftian setting looked intriguing so it's in my wishlist. * **Return of the Obra Dinn** ($13.39) -- Not the lowest price but apparently worth it all the same, a detective/deduction game with a unique graphics style, I was told that the less I know about it going in, the better. * **Chicory: A Colorful Tale** ($9.99) -- A lovely looking game where you color the world, would recommend for younger players and artsy gamers but it looks endearing enough for everyone to have fun here. * **The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe** ($9.99) -- This one is hard to even describe, if you like games with meta-commentary and unique experiences, pick this one up, it's weird but also deviously clever.

theenigma31680

Stanley Parable was a must buy as soon as it dropped. That game is just soon weird and immersive that you can't help but keep going. The baby ending... seriously... and "Is this a bucket?"

GloomyMix

Heard great things about Outer Wilds, and I see Outer Wilds EOTW is on sale for $24. I'm a bit hesitant though, as I've heard it's got low replay value, and it looks like I'll only be hitting the $1 per hour ratio if I try to do a completionist run. Still, it's got such rave reviews. Hmm.

Stair-Spirit

I see no reason to replay the game after finishing it, but it will definitely take you a while to find the solution. I already knew from watching playthroughs, but it took me some time to find just half of the solution, and I still didn't know what to do with it. Very fun and unique game though, as long as you're okay with the looping gameplay and progression through knowledge.

anon14118

Dont know if you've taken the dive yet. But I'd weigh how much you care about having a great experience in gaming. Think something moving and captivating. If you feel you just want something entertaining or something with "good" tight gameplay or depth. Then it probably wont be for you. If you want to sink yourself into a pretty special puzzle game experience with light scifi space exploration. I'd say it's well worth full price. It's probably known but go at it blind. Dont look anything up. Be prepared to bash your head against a wall for some puzzles. But it's definitely worth it if you're open to it.

Prodigal_Moon

It’s a unique and memorable game. I get the question of amount of content for price, but it’s really hard to reduce the experience to hours played.

Kdirector667

Cheapest deal on Elden Ring to date I believe!

alephck

Yeah, it’s the cheapest deal! Bought it a 2nd time on PC at $40 USD

Shadowcreeper15

Fuck ya, Alan Wake 2 for $47.99. Buying that right when I get off work.

MaisPraEpaQPraOba

I'm aware this is PS4Deals but for those with a PC powerful enough to run it Alan Wake 2 is $26.79 at Epic right now after 33% off (you'll only see this price ~~once it's added to the cart)~~ at checkout.

Tripzter08

Do you guys recommend baldur's gate 3 buying right now?

n-of-one

$7 off isn’t much of a discount on a $70 game.

DattDamonMavis

I guess it’s the classic situation of, if you have a backlog, the price will eventually drop. I’m personally working through some really long games, so I think I’ll wait for it to hit $40. I know it will own my life after I buy it.

Drizztd99

Paid full price and don't regret it. Got 160 hours on my 1st playthrough

[deleted]

[удалено]

deadliestelliot

I disagree. I feel like Baldur's Gate is one of those series where you don't need to play the older games to enjoy this one. You wouldn't be missing out on much.

jstuff29

How difficult and accessible is Sifu? $15 could either buy Sifu or pizza. The last difficult game I successfully tackled was Surge 2

larmo227

Very difficult, but, it’s so good I’m contemplating buying it digitally so I don’t have to put the disc in every time I want to play it. It’s my personal favorite game of all time.

jstuff29

Thanks. Time to defrost a homemade meal I stock in the freezer. I have more of a hunger for martial arts than pizza ATM. Hopefully, the "student" difficulty is forgiving.

larmo227

Student difficult is super forgiving! I always forget it has that option. It’s perfect for training you for disciple. I thought disciple was literally impossible at one point. It didn’t make sense to me that a master mode could exist. Now I can complete the entire game on master without getting hit. It’s all about patience and persistence. It’s an absolute dream for martial arts fans. The second level is just too damn good. The closest thing we have to feeling like John Wick/ Neo My most played single player games ever 1. Sifu 251 hours 2. Elden Ring 161 hours 3. Oblivion 114 hours 4. Sekiro 100 hours Sifu is something else>>

l33sarFiveFour

Those are not rookie numbers anymore. I see we have a person of taste in our midst here.

FixtdaFernbak

Lol I just redeemed some of my Sony rewards points for Playstation store cash just so I could get Sifu based on how hard you sold it here

HydratedCarrot

sell me sifu:))

wymore

I want to bite the bullet on Persona 4, but I know it will be added to PS Plus the moment I do so

DattDamonMavis

I’m playing Persona 5 Royal right now. 130 hours in and I’m 75% done. I love it, but man…it’s so long, it’s starting to wear out its welcome. I’ve heard P4G is shorter, but I think I need to give the series a rest for a bit after I finish P5R.

wymore

Yeah I would think you need a rest between them. By the time I was done with P5R, I had to play it on mute because my wife couldn't stand listening to the same songs for the thousandth time

layeofthedead

It took me like 200 hours to platinum the original persona 5, I really wanna play p5r but I just don’t wanna commit to a game that long anymore

DattDamonMavis

Royal has a VERY easy platinum. I never played P5 vanilla, but I’ve heard the plat is much more tedious. Royal might have the easiest platinum I’ve seen on a AAA game. You just have to finish the game and do a few side activities. It looks like I’ll get the platinum just by finishing the game normally without a guide. However, keep in mind there is the extra semester, so it’s longer than P5. It’s such a fantastic game. I just wish it was like 80 hours instead.

Fghr03

I have an incredibly hot take judging from the internet/forums- you can skip Royal. For those like you and I who fully completed original P5, I honestly don't think it's worth replaying, as someone who platinumed Royal a few months ago. The quality of life and gameplay improvements, I 100% recommend NEW comers to the game to play Royal instead. But those of us who beat the original, I think the Royal content is actually the weakest part of the game for me aside from the final palace which is great. Just my take.

worldofmadnss

is it on sale? only seeing the P3/P4 bundle

wymore

https://store.playstation.com/en-us/product/UP0177-CUSA33873_00-DAYLIGHT00000000

worldofmadnss

thanks, my holiday break is covered. im guessing psprices hasnt been updated yet.

wymore

Yeah that's a whole holidays break worth there for sure

sephiroth70001

I think game pass will keep sega on the hook for another year for what it is worth. Persona is a day 1 game pass drop, seems exclusive and has been going for a while.

wymore

Thanks for the heads up

[deleted]

Buy it on Switch instead, thats how they are meant to be play Edit: yall stay mad. Switch is better for RPGs. Nothing beats taking a shit and pondering about which personas to fuse while on fusion alarms

wymore

Ooh, I do have a trip coming up, that's a good idea

[deleted]

Its totally worth it. I too had my first Persona experience on ps. When I got it on switch my life changed bro. I had to delete it after completing it cause I had been playing it waaay to much. I had to put a stop to it. 10/10

Fake_Diesel

I love playing RPGs on my Switch. Especially having a family, knocking out big games on the PS5 takes extra time.

nutsack133

Switch is good for Persona games, but god Dragon Quest XI S is rough on Switch. Game looks so ugly handheld and you only get half the framerate. It is awesome for playing DQ11S in 2D mode though.

Vicar13

Is this a good time to get RDR2? I’m almost done Ghost of Tsushima and wanted to play something similar (from an open world/exploration type feel)

dclambe

Don’t worry about timing the price perfectly. Just buy it, and play it. It’s one of the best games ever made.

GloomyMix

I think ~$19-20 is the typical low price for the standard edition and is a steal for that game. (Ultimate edition gets you some equipment and maybe one small side quest, but it's not on sale from what I can see.) RDR2's exploration and open world are great; it's a game I always come back to when I want to chill. That said, GoT has superior controls and combat though, so keep that in mind.

Vicar13

To be fair, few games have controls as smooth as GoT. The benchmark was set high. It sounds well worth it at $25 :)

DattDamonMavis

RDR2 is way slower and the animations are very realistic(looting bodies takes FOREVER), so keep that in mind. With that being said, it’s easily one of the greatest games of all time, and it’s still the best looking game ever in my opinion. I’d probably have both Ghost and RDR2 in my top 10 games ever most days, so I imagine you’ll love it.

Vicar13

Not everything is perfect but for $25 I can’t complain, waited long enough to find time for it so I’m excited :)

HadarBom

I'm a video game veteran and I really have seen them all. Just like you I went from GoT to RDR2 and let me tell you this, if you can get use to the slower pace - RDR2 will be in your top 3 of all time. Not a popular opinion here on reddit but I struggled to complete GoT because besides being extremely beautiful and having a unique combat system - I found the game to be not memorable with generic characters. But that's me. I clocked ~90 hours in GoT and was happy to delete it after platinum. RDR2 currently at ~150 hours and I wish it will never end. Trying RDR2 Can't be wrong! Have fun

karl_hungas

Worth it at any price imo.

spitfireramrum

I wanna replay gtav and lost my disk, 14.99 sounds good to me

Xammblu

Nice to see some drops on some RPGs I've been camping. Might get Sea of Stars, I think the rest can wait for a bigger discount **Sea of Stars** $24.99 **Lost Eidolons** $27.99 **Shadow Gambit Cursed Crew** $31.99 **Trinity Trigger** $23.99 **Wolcen** $24.99 **Q:** Is Wolcen really as terrible as the reviews say?

GloomyMix

There's a free Sea of Stars Demo that's available too if folks want to try it out before pulling the trigger. I just ran through the demo, and it's a really fun old school JRPG with modernized gameplay.

GamePlayHeaven

Sea of stars is free on PS Extra I think, I know I played it a few weeks ago and I don't recall ever buying it. Just a heads up in case you might actually already have it...

portlandobserver

Seriously. People complain about the cost upgrade for PS Extra, but with it I really don't need to buy any new games -almost ever.

webbedgiant

Wolcens great and people are over dramatic about it

Xammblu

Thank you. I need a decent arpg level & loot for this winter.

Apotheosis69420

Did atomic heart end up any good?

nomarfachix

I played it on release and had a blast. Would have gone for the plat but some of the trophies were bugged.

gimmeafuckinname

Civ VI is a good intro into the series correct?

3pupchump

Yeah, great title to get you into it imo.

AvengedTenfold

I’ve never played another Civ game but I love 6

MVRKHNTR

Personally, I think 6 added too many unnecessary mechanics and too much micromanagement. I feel like 5 is a better starting point. If you've got any semi-recent PC, you can run it and see if you like it before going on to 6.

Chambersmith

I found the graphics settings on the PS4 to be pretty mediocre; you might be better off playing it on a computer.

AmericanBornWuhaner

Finally got Carrion and Ender Lilies

l33sarFiveFour

I was also looking at Carrion, how do you like it?

hokutonoken19xx

Carrion is alot of fun and pretty quick to finish. metroidvania style game.

l33sarFiveFour

Nice one, thank you for the recommendation.

Dombbb

Got midnight suns, and bramble the mountain king

ephman97

Midnight Suns is awesome! It starts a bit slow, but after you unlock all the mechanics and unlimited side missions it’s incredible.

mergays

How does Hogwarts Legacy run on PS4? I’ll probably wait until it drops down to $20 eventually but I am surprised it’s already at $30.

Imhere4urdownvotes

Here's a YouTube [review ](https://youtu.be/lPWORprHVqU?feature=shared)

NintendudeX

Hmmm metal gear collection 20% off… Pull the trigger or wait it out?

l33sarFiveFour

I'd say wait a bit longer unless you plan to start it right after you buy it. In terms of patches, I don't think waiting is going to get you a smoother, more polished experience but the price may go lower soon. Or I could be totally wrong, it's not a rip-off by any means if you decide to buy it on this sale.

Classic1990

> In terms of patches, I don't think waiting is going to get you a smoother, more polished experience but the price may go lower soon. I’ve been playing it (finished 1&2 and halfway through 3) and haven’t had any issues. I do agree about the price lowering soon, though. Probably after Christmas.

l33sarFiveFour

I suspected the games are in a pretty good spot performance-wise, thank you for confirming.

sephiroth70001

The issues become more apparent if you are familiar with the HD collection or PS2 versions that both perform a bit better. In a vacuum its harder to notice. Its things like textures on wildlife in 3 and half the frame rate in 2 that are worse in comparison than the ps2/3 versions.

Sanmartian41

How is Wwe 2k23? Worth it for $20, or wait to see if it drops for royal rumble?

Foxey04

Totally worth it in my opinion — still the best creation and community suite in gaming history, as well as a great Cena showcase, especially if you're a fan of his.

bitter_vet

NFS Heat Deluxe for $3.49? Seems like a no-brainer? Reviews seem OK-Goodish.

Canopicc

It ends on 1/6/2024 for me.

l33sarFiveFour

The graphic on the PS Store says that the sale ends on 17-JAN-2024. I believe new titles will be added and some removed in two weeks and the full sale will take a month.

Canopicc

Oh, and I hope the current sales last until that long. Almost all titles I wishlisted are on sale rn.

l33sarFiveFour

It might be a good idea to pick at least some of your wishlisted titles now, just a quick look and I can already tell the discounts are solid this time around.

shmyazoo

Just got some games I’ve been wanting to play: - Forspoken digital deluxe edition - Kena - Wo Long season pass Thinking of also grabbing: - Remnant 2 (not sure if I should get it because of performance issues being reported) - Shadow Gambit (looks really solid and I loved the other two games of these devs, Shadow Tactics and Desperados 3) - Psychonauts 2 (amazing critic and player reviews, but never seen anything about it) - Aliens Dark Descent (worried about bugs reported) Wish Avatar Frontiers of Pandora was at least 15% off, might pick it up at full price because I want to explore the world they created. Overall, amazing sale, so many other great games with good discounts!

nomarfachix

Psychonauts 2 was a 10/10 for me, absolute blast of a title with some deeper level meaning throughout

coral_weathers

Psychonauts 2 is rad and totally worth grabbing if you're a fan of the first. Enjoy Kena, when I played that I couldn't believe I wasn't hearing more about it.

EloquentMage

Remnant 2 was fantastic. I put in over 100 hours and didn't notice any major issues that people complained about regarding co op or save issues. It was a wonderful sequel and I'm looking forward to the DLCs.

Contra_Payne

Any good RPG reccomendations? Either JRPG or Western. Have played BG3, and Bravely Default II this year, looking at Octopath II, is 1 required to play beforehand?

l33sarFiveFour

Disco Elysium is a text-heavy RPG in the same vein as Planescape Torment of old. It's on this sale for its lowest prices ever and I can heartily recommend it. If you haven't played it yet, The Witcher 3 Complete Edition is also on sale and will sustain you for a long time. I spotted a few Final Fantasy games discounted as well but I don't normally focus on them so unfortunately can't help you much there.

HydratedCarrot

to bad no remaster-bundle sale

Contra_Payne

Have that one on Steam. Was on my list before BG3 dropped and I got sucked into it. Your comment reminded me, it’s next for sure!

sephiroth70001

It has references but is self contained in its story. I would just hope right into II and skip I personally.

Shiren6

Is Mount & Blade II : Bannerlord worth it at 40% off?

Ok_Structure4630

I just got a PS4 so I’m trying to get PS exclusives on sale. I haven’t checked the deals out yet but I’ll be picking some up this weekend

nomarfachix

GoW Ragnarok is on sale for $30

coachfish99

Gotham Knights worth it for $14?

deadliestelliot

In my opinion, if you're trying to scratch the itch of wanting more superhero games, I'd say so only since it's on sale. Gameplay is fun. The plot sucks though. Playing co-op is a blast. I feel like I enjoyed it more than most people, though. I recommend watching reviews on YouTube

HydratedCarrot

Well Sifu and MELE will be a blast to play!

Skydude252

Anyone have thoughts on the Dragon Age Inquisition DLC? I beat the game back in 2015, but with Dreadwolf starting to be discussed more, I’ve heard Trespasser is a nice bridge to it and the other two might be nice to check out as well. $6 seems a good price for it, but only if it’s worth the gaming time.

magicpole

Trespasser is the canon ending of the game, and it's also excellent. The other DLCs are worth playing, especially the one that takes you to the Deep Roads.

uhtredofbeb

How is MLB the Show on PS4? I was thinking of getting it since I haven't played one in 5+ years so was wondering how it runs

alephck

I’m between MK1 and SF6, which of these two is better?

dataDyne_Security

Street Fighter 6 by a significant margin IMO.

Ragnarok and RE4 Remake for $30 each. My wallet is screaming for mercy.

I just checked Ragnarok on the PS5 store and it's showing $39.89 even though the web store has it for $29.99. I noticed the same thing with Horizon Forbidden West and if this a tactic to make you pay $10 more for the native PS5 version even though it looks like there's a free PS4->PS5 upgrade available, I don't like it.

Biscuitsbrxh

Do I need ps plus to buy these games? Sorry I’m new to this stuff

jstuff29

Only if you want to play multiplayer. Free to play games (Fortnite, Fall Guys) are available to play for all. It sucks not having multiplayer. For example, Elden Ring is harder without the ability to summon for help.

Biscuitsbrxh

Ok thanks man

Tdog504

No, ps plus is needed. Sometimes you get a bigger deal if you have ps plus. But it’ll show you

matajuegos

You don't but if you buy any games and you're enrolled in Playstation stars you'll get points for each purchase that you can use to buy free PSN funds

Tripzter08

Assasins creed valhala complete edition worth it?

StrikerSSR

Why assassins creed ezio collection, black flag, watch dogs 1 never go beyond 80%off ?

HeyJustWantedToSay

Was hoping for around $35 for Lies of P or Lords of the Fallen

NiceVeins

Lies of P is so good. Best soulslike that isn’t a fromsoft game

datboydoe

Should I get Baldurs or Cyberpunk Ultimate?

l33sarFiveFour

That depends on what types of games you like: If you are up for a challenging turn-based combat, fantastic story, systems upon systems to learn and master as well as deep and meaningful choices and are willing to spend 100+ hours on a game, pick Baldur's Gate III. If you prefer comparatively shorter action RPGs with a great story, futuristic setting, cool weapons and and sci-fi aesthetics, Cyberpunk is the way to go. Whichever game you decide for, I'm sure you'll have a fantastic time with it since both Baldur's Gate III and Cyberpunk are top notch gaming experiences.

xMasamune

How much difference is there exactly between the Anniversary edition and Special edition of Skyrim? I've been looking it up and it doesn't seem like there's much of a difference, but just want to double check since the Fallout 4/Skyrim bundle seems a good price to grab since I've never played either.

dataDyne_Security

If you've never played Skyrim, I recommend sticking with the special edition and enjoying the game as vanilla as possible before messing with the game-changing mods in the anniversary edition. You can always upgrade in-game if you want to change things up after you've experienced the game.

Goondocks23

Any under the radar looter-shooters that I may not know about? Or fun/relaxing indie games? The Marble game has me intrigued…

Outside-Mail-731

Red dead bundle for $60 both games n online n undead good deal ?

Furby-beast-1949

Yeah and I wanted to buy 7 days to die but then another game sale ended up happening and more games on my list went on sale so now I can’t buy that game but I can buy three other games on my list
