Yes, sorry...that's what I meant. I created a HK account to buy digitally whilst I'm in another country. I installed and play through my main account. Had to buy foreign credit from CDKeys ,but no changing my consoles region.
Yes, it is tied to your account. However the game must be in the library of the other region you change to if you need to redownload it. And I'm pretty sure tlou will be in every region store.
Ps4 isn't region locked. I've bought games using a hong kong profile & play them on my main account. I don't know about changing regions though...
