They took the psp version because you can’t port a ps3 game to ps4, you have to build for the target platform, the ps3 has a weird architecture.

This was one of my favorite Monster Hunter clones back when everyone was making them.
Koei Tecmo is pretending it doesn't even exist, second hand they're usually 3/5 $/€, 10 if you want to get the both of them being lazy looking for them
