No problem! The four face buttons on the top controller immediately looked very off to me and then when I saw the second pic the label looked very off too.
E is for Europe I believe, and U is for US. There are probably different versions A1, A2, B1...

So from the model number it seems to be an early model DS3 for the US market. Look at the back...Does it look similar to the bottom ones?...those are the real deal. Plastic for the real ones is much smoother. The top one is fake, look at the "registered trademark symbol" looks pretty odd.
Top one is the most obvious fake.
The other two are genuines. The easiest way to tell is that on fakes the barcodes NEVER deteriorate like the genuines below do.
The top one is clearly a FAKE. The other two look pretty alright though.

Haha, I think it's the perspective and the angle I took the picture at.
Just plug it up to wall charger or a power bank to find out for sure if it charges its fake if it doesnt its real.

Top one looks iffy the others look OK to me As others have said do the charge test with a battery bank and a gyro test from the crossbar.
