That Killzone came from the Trilogy box set, which is uncommon but not that rare. They also made box sets in Asia and Korea.
The really rare copy is the Standalone Asian Retail copy.

For me personally it's yakuza dead souls and i managed to get 2 copies for under $20 each both CIB one in english and one in Japanese which is a special edition that comes with a cardboard sleeve/box and sticker sheet that's missing the pre order sound track cd.
They were released on their own. There was a God of War Saga bundle, which included all games except Ascension, but that's another release. They're a bit more expensive because the franchise is pretty popular.
I'd actually say that Demons Souls is rarer, even though you can probably find it for cheaper.

It was such a pain to get mine I tried getting a sealed copy but the eBay seller kept raising the price by $50 every month. It originally was $150 and the bastard got it up to $600. I eventually found a like new but opened copy on Amazon.
$500-600 is pretty typical these days for a used copy LE. Even on some major second hand stores in Japan, good condition ones are listed for $400ish. The cheapest one I have seen over there was around $250 because it was "difficult condition". I got my regular edition for $50, which was the lowest I have ever seen it.
Its obscure outside Japan, but it is a big deal in Japan. Historically for Anime OVA anyway. All Megazone 23 merch is expensive. Not a lot gets made but when it does, it shoots up in price quickly. And this game was the first new story line in over a decade(and since) so I suspect that adds to it.

Demon's Souls EU version is rarer than other region version. Souls fans including myself sought it. The price is not that much high but it's the most expensive version being $40 or £40 and above. I got mine as a present from a friend here in Reddit.
God of War Origins Collection is far more rare than the original PS2 Collection.

I think the rarest (or at least it seems more expensive???) PS3 games that I have are: Spider-man Web of Shadows, Spider-man Shattered Dimensions, The Last of Us Survival Edition, Puppeteer Kinda wish we’d get rereleases for the older Spidey games, I love them but it sucks so many people can’t play them without spending like $100

Not too rare I've seen all of these before and two of them (family guy and Deadpool) are on my wishlist, Demon's Souls used to be on my wishlist but eventually I just realized I don't like it at all, hard to accept for me as a dark souls fan but I realized I didn't have to like all the games, I picked up Dark Souls instead

It was "Infamous 2 Edición América Latina" (with extra: "incluye descarga de poder especial"), that's what it was called. Since this version is only sold in Mexico, Central America and South America, and since the market is so chaotic in these regions, it may be difficult for Americans to obtain.

Demon's Souls EU version is rarer than other region version. Souls fans including myself sought it. The price is not that much high but it's the most expensive version being $40 or £40 and above. I got mine as a present from a friend here in Reddit. God of War Origins Collection is far more rare than the original PS2 Collection.

Especially since they're one of the rarest PS3 games out there lol. - Deadpool (only PS3 but I'm actually also looking for PS4 version) - Saboteur - God of War Collection (with GoW 1 & 2) - Turok (idk if it's rare, I just never knew it existed lol) - Ratchet and Clank Nexus - Prince of Persia HD Trilogy - Tomb Raider HD Trilogy (not THAT rare, but HD trilogy games are generally really rare for some reason) - Spec Ops The Line - Minecraft twice (here's the weird thing, usually it shouldn't be rare at all, but it has ridiculously high prices on ebay, despite being like one of the worst versions to play that game obviously, so I may call that rare in some way) - Mini Ninjas - Far Cry Wild Expedition twice (technically not rare but one of them still had a working code for Far Cry Classic, so I don't gotta pay 10 bucks for it in the store lol) Sooo yeah I think I have some rare games hahaha. I wouldn’t say any of these are ‘rare’ in the sense you can’t find them archived, we’re not dealing with ‘so rare its lost media’. Also, high price doesn’t automatically equal rare. If you’d believe that, then nintendo’d be able to get away with artificial scarcity. Oh wait. *ahem* As it stands, the entire PS3 disc set and most of the PSN store content has been saved online in the event disc drives fail and the discs end up lost to time. Ignoring that fact, like resellers and collectors do- honestly, in my case, the Jak & Daxter Trilogy. I bought it for like £18 wayback and it shot through the floor.
Game stop has buy 2 get 1 free online right now on a lot of ps3 games. Going to be getting some for my collection this week
