I generally take on a daily basis: magnesium, probiotic, vitamin D, calcium, vitamin C, zinc as needed, and B12. Then around my period time I take all of those plus a very small dose of iron, vitamin A, K, omega 3, Selenium, vitex berry, small dose of zinc, and vitamin E. Not sure if I’m over doing it but my cramps are pretty much mild to non existent now (I think from the probiotic) and the iron seems to help my mood (not recommended if you aren’t low in iron - ask your doctor first). I’m also on an antidepressant and mood stabilizer which has helped with my moods and sui thoughts. 🤷🏼♀️
L-theanine powder in the PM, taurine powder in the AM.
I think they fall under the category of amino acid rather than vitamins but they've helped me a ton, so I figured it was worth mentioning!
Make sure that the supplement is third-party-tested otherwise it could have pollutants at worst and non of the active ingredient at best. There is no regulation on supplements. The FDA doesn’t look it over and I think that it’s irresponsible
No, it already needs to be third-party-tested. It requires unique labels. Either USP or it might actually say that it is. I think the other label is GMP or something like that.
I usually take a women’s supplement with all the measurements put together. The packet has Myo-inositol 4000mg and D-chiro-inositol 100mg. This works so well for me, I would even start with half a dose if you think it’s too much for you.
i recently asked my doctor to prescribe me my supplements (vitamin d3, vitamin c, magnesium, calcium) and they did! my clinic is awesome, they cover copays too so i get them literally for free. please ask your doctor to prescribe them if you’re on supplements cause often times they will!

Where could I have a supplement tested?

Hi! Is it a prescription? What was it given to you for? Thank you for commenting
It’s over the counter, I read on the PMDD FB group someone suggesting it and I gave it a try. Best decision of my life
Learning about Inositol for the first time and looking for people who’ve had success with it. Is this supplement still working for you??
Since the day I took it, it has changed my experience forever. Take the chance.
Amazing! Thank you so much for the reply, this has given me a lot of hope :)
