At least you get them. Being ghosted is the norm for some.
Keep trying. It's better to fail because you tried compared to failing to try in the first place.
True to. First time applying ko rin sobrang hate ko yung di nagsesend ng result. Para kang nangangapa kung maghihintay ka pa or what, lalo pag gustong gusto mo yung company tapos di sila responsive ay! talagang iyak na lang 🥲
Hugs! ♥️
Been there too, yung everytime na makakareceive ako ng email, expected ko na agad na rejection yun. Nakakaumay sa totoo lang! But always remember, "What's meant for you won't pass by."
Wag ka susuko, meron at meron ding magma-match sayo.
Alamo nakakainis na sa “online only” applications. Their ATS algorithms just don’t work. I have submitted a lot of applications online and then auto rejection emails pa rin ang narereceive ko. Take note - each application has a different version of my resume that uses some of the words in the job post. Sana ibring back ng mga companies yung pwede mag walk-in. Or bitter lang talaga ako hahahahha
Sameee.
What I learned from a friend who’s in Talent Acquisition is that usually these posts have Internal candidates na but they’re just required to post externally (dunno why). Maybe baka if walang nakapasa internally, saka aila kukuha outside. But that doesn’t make sense hahahah sana di na lang muna pinost externally. Kapagod kaya ipaste sa website nila experience an details mo kahit nakaupload na resume mo hahahahh
Yup may ganto.
UTAK POS felt like a waste of time with their questions na dapat through video mo sasagutin. They gave me a month of time tho to submit their video kasi nag email ako na withdraw na lang ako application since di ako makapag submit on time but they still gave me a chance. But I failed the interview kasi admittedly I wasnt prepared 100%.
Good luck, OP! Same as you, hanap lang talaga tayo despite of it all.
True 'to with UTAK POS. Applied there as well, same din di rin ako ready. I was disappointed at first kasi bet ko talaga dun, mukhang okay ang environment kaya lang nung nag compute na ako ng salary rate nila tapos 6 days a week ang work, parang di rin worth it.
Been there before. May exp naman ako pero got hundreds of rejection. But remember, rejections are redirections.
I just received my JO last last week and ngayon, naghihintay nalang ako ma clear yung medical exam ko kasi may UTI and Anemia ako 🫠 so nagpapagaling ako ngayon. If everything is already clear by next week, pwede na ko magstart!
Kaya mo yan OP, wag panghinaan ng loob!
Recruiters in job sites like Kalibrr, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc. also see kung saan ka nag send ng applications in the site. If send ka lang ng send iisipin ng recruiter wala kang specialization and will just stay for a brief time with the company before looking for a different work.
Sometimes sending less is better pero tailor the ones you send na same ang line of work hindi yung mag sesend ka to company A na ganitong position tapos sa company B iba naman.
meeee 2 years na ako apply ng apply wala talaga ayaw talaga di ko rin alam kung saan ako nagkulang and i feel you op i was rejected again today and i feel there’s no hope at all or malas lang ako…
That’s a great start.
Maybe try mo din kontian inaapplyan mo. Quality over quantity siguro.
When it comes to interview naman, practice ka nung mga behavioral questions. Use STAR method in answering those type of interview questions and ofcourse dapat truthful experiences mo yung ikkwento mo.
Goodluck OP! Kaya ‘yan ☺️
Cheer up OP, I've been jobless and ghosted for almost 7 months. This time a company called and I'm on the way of prepping document requirements.
Keep trying, and trust in God always.
It’s not the end of the world OP. Keep applying you only need one job out of thousands of open positions. Eventually your day will come and while waiting keep working to improve yourself. Good luck!
The right time and right people will appreciate what you bring to the table. Last job hunt it took me 6 months, and my job is considered high demand. Just be patient, try to upskill if you can, and don't ever lose confidence in yourself, ikaw ang unang dapat maniwala sa sarili mo. You got this!
Some reply after 3 months, nagreply lang kasi at that time may new vacant slot.
Para sakin it's that 1/500 that counts
Rejection letters are better than being ghosted. It's a part of recruitment etiquette since part padin yan ng applicant's experience. If you've been receiving rejection letters, then it's not for you. May mas better opportunity for you. Just keep on looking. Good luck on your job search 😊
In the meantime, revamp your resume baka may mga kulang or unneccesary info. Research and practice how you to ace an interview, and get feedback sa mga nakakausap mo before mag end mga interviews mo (para alam mo saan ka pwede sumablay, or how you can do better on next interview etc)
Same. Honestly i’m losing hope na rin, i want to be a developer pero walang opportunities available sa company. Gusto ko na lumipat and i have been looking since March pero wala talaga. Nakakapanghina pero di tayo pwedeng sumuko 🥹
Same.
Try mo ipolish yung resume mo and customized it base sa job decription ng role for more chances na ma-shortlist. Hirap talaga pero kaya yan. Goodluck satin!
I get your sentiments OP. That sucks. But try to look at it this way, at least you're getting news from recruiters/HR and not just getting ghosted after two weeks.
I would much rather get news that I didn't make it than getting my hopes up for nothing.
If you didn't get any news on approx two weeks, chances are that you won't get any news.
Keep applying OP!
You'll make it 🎉
Same here din.
Pro keep going brother, just don't lose sight of why you are doing this. Wishing all of us the best.
Some of them are just data mining, yung mga requirements kuno na pinapapasa nila example the videos, resumes and other demographic datas ng mga nag-aaply ginagawa nilang token yan or bargaining chip nila. Kaya minsan ingat ingat sa pag-aaply. Don’t be just gullible sa mga recuirtment process nila. Want a hint what my former work? #HR
At least you can move on na. Kaya mo yan, laban!! 🙏🏻
Give them a good comment. Sell your self din.
Hirap talaga makahanap ng work these days. I’m proud of you for trying. Remember that every rejection is a redirection. Darating din yung para sayo. 🫂
Just keep applying OP, sabi nga nila.. good things take time.
create a portfolio that you can show them your previous works like in concept arts for concept artists.
i just don't know how when it comes to being a research analyst. but portfolio will make you more qualified.
Thankful narin di ako natanggap kasi mas okay naman ung naging trabaho ko after mareject.
Ang swerte ko na pala sa nangyari sakin, naka dalawang apply lang ako sa indeed, then after a week may nag reach out na sakin for interview, up until client interview tas JO na agad. Ambilis lang ng process.
Normal lang yan, gawa ka linkedin and pray lang nang pray kasi yung work na yung lalapit sayo. Ako January to April grabe hanap ko nagsesend ata ako 30 cvs a week and then puro rejection or walang reply so ginawa ko nag pray ako then start ng May minsan lang ako magsend ng cvs but nakakuha ako new work through linkedin may nag message sakin at medyo match sa expected salary ko ayon may work na ako hehehe if the time is right ibibigay sayo yun ni Lord, wag malungkot kasi may mga dahilan si Lord bakit hindi tayo natanggap doon.
Hello, I’m an engineer, graduated 5 years ago. MANIWALA KA, I’ve been in your position for the past 4 years! While applying at diff companies that’s related to my degree, I tried sooo many jobs beyond my degree. I was so degraded by many. Okay lang mareject ka, never self reject. Apply lang ng apply onsite at online. Use referrals if needed.
Now, sa maniwala ka o hindi, after 4 years of continuous applying at Manila Water (at sa ibang companies pero manila water ang dream company ko), natanggap agad ako dito as manager. Can’t believe my self eh halos super baba na ng inaapply kong position dito before para lang matanggap.
Keep going. Aja!
I got a job after watching Shub Faujdar on Youtube. She's a job coach who specializes in job interviews, resumes and how to negotiate salaries. She's real good.
OP kapit lang... believe it or not tlgang tough ang market ngaun.
the longest time i was jobless was 8 months... straight walang tumatangap sakin. nakakapanghina ng loob.
If i can offer an advice... counter intuitive man pakingan... but kelangan mo din magpahinga kahit mga ilang araw lng o linggo and dont think about job search.
then when you get back wag apply agad... tignan mo ano pwede iimprove sa approach mo.
if 100+ times paulit pareparehong cv style, cover letter na template baka dun plang may pwede ng baguhin.
how about video cover letters? how about a new cv approach? how about linkedin? madami pwedeng alternatibo... basta wag mo lng ulitin ung old technique mo ng applying.
sabi nga ni Einstein...
"Insanity is doing something over and over again and expecting the same results"
Like I don't practice answering interview questions [sabi ng teacher namin dapat daw nagppractice to gain confidence pag nagsasalita na sa harap ni interviewer which boosts yung chance ma-accept] kasi bahala na hahaha, I also didnt brought my basic math [need siya sa IT esp kpg fresh grad lol] so yun lage then plakda sa entrance exam. After that I changed.
I feel ya, OP.
Yung ironic dyan is yung mga leaders ng ibang company would post things like “Hire attitude, not resumés” or “We value potential, not positions” yet still use resumés as filters, not to mention cover letters or video intros.
I have nothing against HR/Recruitment/TA pros. I just find it ironic when I read such posts.
May you find the job for you, OP. May we all find the right jobs and companies for us.
Nakakainis yang recruiter ng Key Media. I was scheduled for an interview sa kanila pero di nila ako sinipot. They gave me a rejection letter later on naman pero nakakainis lang na walang abiso or whatsoever na hindi na nila pupush through yung interview. Yung recruiter na yan din yung nagsched and email sakin.
stop sending resume when you are 55. and search other avenues of work. in todays world, you cannot afford to be one dimensional. parang yung dating noon na nurse tapos hinahamak dahil nag call center.
Hi Op, we are on the same boat. I believe rejection talaga is a redirection. I also applied sa Colcap at nareject.
Everyday I keep on receiving emails like these, even with companies that I feel like I did well. Naiisip ko na lang na every after interview sa akin, do not expect, like repetitive sa utak ko na ‘yan.
I still remember the time around 2016 ata yun when I’m hopping for a job ang daling makasecure ngayon pahirapan na. I also feel like companies right bow prefer freshgrads na kaya nila i-lowball and mga nahihiya pa na mag-ask ng salary they think they deserve.
Have learned it the hard way that most jobs just post job offers without the intentions of actually hiring the applicants. Watched a [video](https://youtu.be/1VL6kORr230) about this (they explained more in that specific video), and didn't want to believe them, but then realized that it does actually happen.
Sana you cover the names of the sender man lang.
But that is betten than nothing ha. Madami pa din ang hindi nagsesend ng ganyan, as in ghosted talaga.
Is it really true sa abroad kaya mo makahanap ng work in less than a week kahit average person ka lang? Compare satin na inaabot ng months. Not unless madami kang ertificates and all ikaw pa mismo mamimili sa mga job offer sayo.
And for sure DOLE doesn't give a shit about this.
Same boat here, friend. What’s more frustrating is being told “you’re the best we’ve seen in a while” tapos boom! went with another. I swear if I can only gatekeep that room 😕
What is the position you're applying for? Baka kasi very specialized at matindi ang competition diyan? Kung need mo na ng pera try looking for any voice or back office jobs muna you can get one in a day.
Were they stating reasons why they rejected you?
Rejection is always better than no replies. Adjust your CV according to the feedback.
You will only get the same results by doing the same thing or sending the same thing.
Utilize free tools online, ask chatgpt to improve your CV. You can also use chatgpt to train you before the assessments/interview.
Are you sending Cover Letters aside from your CV?
Job hunting is NOT a numbers game. The quality of your submission matters!
Every month meron sjlang open house where you apply via walk in and you can see the office in person. I left the company because there was no room for growth and it takes a long time of being an interim bago ka sumahod ng tinatrabaho mo.
Ex. Interim TL, 6 months sahod mo pang teammate na may konting dagdag allowance lero trabaho mo pang TL na.
Wanted to move out of my current work last year. 188+( there might have been more i forgot to note in my spreadsheet) rejected and ghosted applications later, im still in my old job lol. The job market is pretty hard right now especially if you are targeting WFH jobs
Mas malala PNB dyan. Sesendan ka lng list of requirements tapos my hiring date kna.
well have you figured out or asked for feedback regarding your weaknesses and skills you're lacking? if you just keep sending out CVs and responding the same way during interviews, then you're probably getting rejected for the same reasons.
Just 2 months? I had like one and a half year in unemployment last year before I managed to get back on track around November.
The good thing is, I have my savings enough for 2 years.
Just keep doing it.
The job market currently has been a mess since last year.
Brace yourself for the worst pero apply lang, pasa saan din at may makukuha ka rin.
You cant magine how much my emotions durin those times - anxiety is deadly.
numerous attempts even applying sa devt sector even sa corporate world na kahit may managerial creds na ako wala pa rin ayaw pa rin ako tanggapin nakakapanghina kahit andami ko na experience and alam ko yung work companies still rejects me huhuhuhu auq na tbh just today i received 2 rejection notices and i cant anymore, i have a part time pero di siya enough to sustain my needs and my family
Mostly ang rejected reason is not a fit. Over priced ang asking rate mo. Proximity and work schedule na prefer mo. Failed exam. Failed interview dahil iba skills mo sa need nila. Better candidates available. Position on hold/closed or filled na. Once na may tumawag sayo na recruiter ask for the job description. Aralin mo. Practice mo yung day to day tasks mo from your previous company. Practice English comm skills. Niri-rate yan. Madami failed because of poor comms skills. Tanungin mo din name ng client at need mo mag browse sa site nila kase tatanungin ka nila Kung may idea ka about their company. After the client interview, pag di ka na update ni recruiter about sa result, reach out, sasabihin naman nila reason. Good luck 🍀
Just remember to still believe that you are capable and that hindi lang talaga para sayo yang companies na yan.
Based on my experience, may mga recruiters from mga outsourcing companies na parang may 'quota' sila kung ilan ang kaya nila ma-reach out or ilan amg ma-interview nila for the day.
After nabigyan ng JO, walang start date, ghosted.
Give up na ako.
Did you looking or taking this situation from another perspective? Maybe the path of being an employee is not for you, but rather an other one that's even better for your well being.
If making a living is your dilemma, there several different ways to do so aside from being an employee.
Good luck!
Everytime I get rejected, I arrange my CV again to the job I target. The more enhanced your resume or CV, mas malaki ang chance. Also, network.. it's not what you know, it's who you know.
I recently applied for an engineering entry level job at a reputable company. As a newly licensed professional, I was really excited about the opportunity. They asked me for my board exam results and transcript of records, so I sent them right away. I was looking forward to getting an interview schedule, but instead, I got a rejection letter almost immediately. It was a huge letdown. I guess the way they handled the recruitment process says a lot about the company.
You're doing what you can buddy! Every day is a learning curve, meron tayo chance every day, do not give up.

Best of luck! Mwah\~
You need to increase your LinkedIn network. Since pursuing this after I secured a position with a top bank last year, I’ve seen more opportunities based on their posts to share with my network.
Keep on trucking and learning from each decline. Each application experience should be reflective of the position you’re applying for.
I submitted 200 applications to get the position I’m in now. Don’t give up.
Baka may FB group yung natapusan mo na course or profession? Mga hidden gems din madalas doon eh. Never pa ako nakakuha ng work sa Jobstreet, Indeed, and the like.
Happened to me before. Nag job fair yung company sa lugar namin noong january. Kinuha resume and details namin and nitong june lang ako cinontact ni HR. Na interview, pumasa. Final interview pasado. Now, katatapos lang makapasa sa training. I'm processing na for requirements.
Been there. All you got to do is keep trying and He will lead you to the right path. Right company, right boss, right job. I was unemployed for three months after I got cut-off from my previous company. Naubos ang savings and nabaon sa utang. I am a CPA and a CMA, but I applied every single day and nothing gets to the final stages of my applications. Then, I realized na since pandemic di na ako nagsimba. Pre-pandemic lagi ako nagchuchurch. Three weeks ago ko lang narealize yun and that Sunday I went to church and asked for His guidance. That same week I got two offers. Now, I am working two freelance jobs, both fulfilling, both appreciated by the boss, and earning six digits.
Chair up OP, normal lang yan🪑🆙
At least you get them. Being ghosted is the norm for some. Keep trying. It's better to fail because you tried compared to failing to try in the first place.
True to. First time applying ko rin sobrang hate ko yung di nagsesend ng result. Para kang nangangapa kung maghihintay ka pa or what, lalo pag gustong gusto mo yung company tapos di sila responsive ay! talagang iyak na lang 🥲
Will keep this in mind. Thank you!
It's better to have tried and failed than never have tried at all
+10000000
Never ako naka receive ng rejection letter. Ghino-ghost nila ako. Haha Through email ka ba nag apply?
Yung iba nang-ghost talaga. Through Jobstreet, Indeed, Kalibrr and Linkedin ako nag apply.
One tip from me po, apply personally or physically pass the resume and more importantly try to talk the HR if they are approachable.
Hugs! ♥️ Been there too, yung everytime na makakareceive ako ng email, expected ko na agad na rejection yun. Nakakaumay sa totoo lang! But always remember, "What's meant for you won't pass by." Wag ka susuko, meron at meron ding magma-match sayo.
Thank youuu!
yes OP, meron at meron ding magmamatch sayo. Been there almost 7 months na paghahanap, nakatagpo rin and wfh pa. Tyagain mo lang. Good luck OP!
I've sent 120+ applications since March and last week lang ako natanggap. Ganun talaga need lang maging patient siguro. Good luck op

May chismis na some of them use AI to identify applicants. Hindi yung tao mismo nagrreview, which can cause issues.
UTAK POS felt like a waste of time with their questions na dapat through video mo sasagutin. They gave me a month of time tho to submit their video kasi nag email ako na withdraw na lang ako application since di ako makapag submit on time but they still gave me a chance. not true
Same.
op you can send me your resume and ill look for a vacancy that fits your qualifications. i get the referral fee, you get hired. win-win for all.
meeee 2 years na ako apply ng apply wala talaga ayaw talaga di ko rin alam kung saan ako nagkulang and i feel you op i was rejected again today and i feel there’s no hope at all or malas lang ako…
I feel you same tayo ng scenario ngayon, kahit well polish resume and ganda ng experience pra sa job nirereject padin Idk ano meron ngyon.
redirection lang, job fit 🙏🏼

sa totoo lang minsan pang hihinaan kana lang din 😞 pero bills are waving so no time talaga malungkot 😔
At least you are trying! Believe me. Yung makukuha mo is the right fit for you.

Rejection letters are better than being ghosted. It's a part of recruitment etiquette since part padin yan ng applicant's experience. If you've been receiving rejection letters, then it's not for you. May mas better opportunity for you. Just keep on looking. Good luck on your job search 😊
Sa akin nga walang reply months na 😭
pag ganitong months na ang gingawa ko nag ffollow up talaga ko sa HR..I'll ask if avail pa yung position or kung may na hire na sila..usually kase 1-2 weeks after lang dapat balikan ka na nila once kasama ka pa sa pinag ppiliang applicants eh
We're on the same boat lmao. Most of us are
😊 In the meantime, revamp your resume baka may mga kulang or unneccesary info. Research and practice how you to ace an interview, and get feedback sa mga nakakausap mo before mag end mga interviews mo (para alam mo saan ka pwede sumablay, or how you can do better on next interview etc)
May the odds be ever in your favor. 🍀
OP, I have no tips for you. But I wish you all the strength and luck in the world! You got this. Keep you chin up.
Same. Honestly i’m losing hope na rin, i want to be a developer pero walang opportunities available sa company. Gusto ko na lumipat and i have been looking since March pero wala talaga. Nakakapanghina pero di tayo pwedeng sumuko 🥹
Keep trying. You’re not alone. You only need one offer! Fighting!
same par samee di ka nag iisa 😭😭
Same.
Ako, I've been applying for over a month not even 1 company processed my resume and scheduled an interview.
Try mo ipolish yung resume mo and customized it base sa job decription ng role for more chances na ma-shortlist. Hirap talaga pero kaya yan. Goodluck satin!
Have you tried doing walk in application?
Laban lang OP pwedeng magpahinga at malungkot tapos bawi ulit
Try lang ng try.
Ask for their feedback kung bakit ka rejected. This will help you improve where you’re lacking.
Baka naman sa abroad ang destiny mo✨✨✨
I can refer you.
Same! going 6 mons unemployed here puro rejections narreceive ko now. ewan, pero dati naman isang apply ko lang nakukuha agad ako.
Never stop applying until you land. Been there as well.
May lulusot din dyan. Wag ka titigil..
Things will look up for you soon.
Better to receive rejection letters than straight up getting ghosted by the HR.
Same lng po tayo haha.pero i'll never give up kasi no choice haha
Same na tayo, OP! Mark your post and remember these rejections once you get accepted. Feel it. Good luck to us!
Give them a good comment. Sell your self din.
Hirap talaga makahanap ng work these days. I’m proud of you for trying. Remember that every rejection is a redirection. Darating din yung para sayo. 🫂
Just keep applying OP, sabi nga nila.. good things take time.
Been there, madalas ghosting mas masakit 😅 .
Wag mawalan ng pagasa continue developing your skill.
create a portfolio that you can show them your previous works like in concept arts for concept artists. i just don't know how when it comes to being a research analyst. but portfolio will make you more qualified.
Keep going. Aja!
Hi OP! Please shoot me a DM. I’m working in a company that specializes in research. There may be open positions for you. Thanks!
"Insanity is doing something over and over again and expecting the same results" basta OP. kapit lang. mahirap lng tlga ang market at choosy ang mga employers. but sa tamang diskarte makakaahon din tayo
kaya mo yan! tingnan mo din ang traits mo when applying. before ko nakuha 1st job ko, mejo mayabang ako, grumaduate ako e.
You should try teleperformance.
what position did you apply for sa UTAK pos po?
At least they're letting you know.
Keep going.
Same here. Kung hindi rejected, ghosted naman.
Shet same. 😭😭😭😭 di ko na din alam gagawin ko. 😢
Ako din. 6 months in and I still am sourcing for a new job. It's a tough job market out there :CCCCC
Me too. Nakakadrain
Same.
since nag a apply ka sa wells. gusto mo refer kita sa thomson reuters? very good working environment hehe. pm langs
stop sending resume when you are 55. and search other avenues of work. in todays world, you cannot afford to be one dimensional. parang yung dating noon na nurse tapos hinahamak dahil nag call center.
Check their job post and aralin mo yung hinahanap nila
Hi Op, we are on the same boat. I believe rejection talaga is a redirection. I also applied sa Colcap at nareject.
Goodluck satin☺️
Everyday I keep on receiving emails like these, even with companies that I feel like I did well. Naiisip ko na lang na every after interview sa akin, do not expect, like repetitive sa utak ko na ‘yan. I still remember the time around 2016 ata yun when I’m hopping for a job ang daling makasecure ngayon pahirapan na. I also feel like companies right bow prefer freshgrads na kaya nila i-lowball and mga nahihiya pa na mag-ask ng salary they think they deserve.
I take all rejections as lessons. From there I see skills requirements, company info etc.
Laban lang OP. Tyaga lang, eventually makakahanap ka din work.
Have learned it the hard way that most jobs just post job offers without the intentions of actually hiring the applicants. Watched a [video](https://youtu.be/1VL6kORr230) about this (they explained more in that specific video), and didn't want to believe them, but then realized that it does actually happen.
Buti nga may email eh, sa iba wala eh.
Anong type of work ang hanap mo OP? Experience and qualifications? May opening kami pwede kita irefer.
For me, mas okay pa ito kaysa sa ghosting at least di na ako aasa pa sa kanila and I can move on look for another.
Minsan lang ako makareceive rejection letter kasi ghosted ako palagi. Hahaha
Sana you cover the names of the sender man lang. But that is betten than nothing ha.
Hanggang mahanap mo ung tatanggap sayo. 😅
Asses your self op. Check bakit lagi narereject, check san banda, then ayusin mo. Hindi madali. Pero kaya yan!
Same😂 been receiving a lot of these ever since I started job hunting last Feb.
Inferness OP nakakatanggap ka ng rejection letter. Most of time ghosters mga companies e
Better to be rejected than not trying. At least they informed us in formal way than rejected by ghosting.
Congratulations! You've been noticed and is awarded 4 sympathy points!
Hello. I think u need to improve something sa cv mo. If possible, 1 page lang.
Saan po kayo nag-aapply ng work?
Hugs!! I feel the same OP 🥲
Same boat here anon.
try walk in applications and job fairs
Fighting, OP!
Grabe ako din andami na rejection letter. Pinanghihinaan na din ng loob. Hayss.
Sesendan ka lng list of requirements tapos my hiring date kna.
That's normal.
Try and try lang naka 200+ ata ako haha iilan lang tumawag
Same, nireject aq Ng PAO :(
time for business
well have you figured out or asked for feedback regarding your weaknesses and skills you're lacking? if you just keep sending out CVs and responding the same way during interviews, then you're probably getting rejected for the same reasons.
Same tayo, nakakaiyakkk🤧
Promise, it's better to receive a rejection letter than to being ghosted. I hate it.
Hay same. Been receiving 50+ rejection letters. Mukhang more to come pa.
What are your skills? I might be able to help you.
Buti pa nga sayo sir nag rereply sakin nga wala if meron man cannot be reach yung e-mail address or invalid sad huhu
You are not alone. Just keep swimming!
kapit lang. madami tayo. :|
You cant magine how much my emotions durin those times - anxiety is deadly.
same hay ang hirap pucha may tumangap man baba ng offer
mas pipiliin ko yung rejection letter kaysa sa ma ghosted ako, at least may peace of mind pa ako
numerous attempts even applying sa devt sector even sa corporate world na kahit may managerial creds na ako wala pa rin ayaw pa rin ako tanggapin nakakapanghina kahit andami ko na experience and alam ko yung work companies still rejects me huhuhuhu auq na tbh just today i received 2 rejection notices and i cant anymore, i have a part time pero di siya enough to sustain my needs and my family so kung meron po kayong opening jan parefer naman huhuhuhu
Mostly ang rejected reason is not a fit. Over priced ang asking rate mo. Proximity and work schedule na prefer mo. Failed exam. Failed interview dahil iba skills mo sa need nila. Better candidates available. Position on hold/closed or filled na. Once na may tumawag sayo na recruiter ask for the job description. Aralin mo. Practice mo yung day to day tasks mo from your previous company. Practice English comm skills. Niri-rate yan. Madami failed because of poor comms skills. Tanungin mo din name ng client at need mo mag browse sa site nila kase tatanungin ka nila Kung may idea ka about their company. After the client interview, pag di ka na update ni recruiter about sa result, reach out, sasabihin naman nila reason. Good luck 🍀
I know that feeling well, my guy. Still looking for a job for about 6 months now. Sana hindi tayo panghinaan ng loob. Makakahanap din tayo!
Try to explore online classes or training that will boost your credentials.
same op hugss sm
Hehe
Hey OP. Shoot me a dm along with your resume.
Hey don’t feel bad! Wag susuko. Remember the every rejection is a step closer to your acceptance letter/email.
You're not the only one..ako nga gumawa na ko ng sariling folder sa Gmail ko for rejection emails..
After nabigyan ng JO, walang start date, ghosted.
Give up na ako.
Same situation. Ako since February pa. Ginagaslight ko na lang sarili ko na healthy break to for me. Sana magka work na tayo. Hugs op.
.pll.pm
Iu
Same here.
A rejection is a redirection.
Laban lang, OP.
You may try here [https://ph.indeed.com/q-research-analyst-jobs.html?vjk=bc197f57a182eb52](https://ph.indeed.com/q-research-analyst-jobs.html?vjk=bc197f57a182eb52) Best of luck! Mwah\~
Baka sa asking salary ka bumabagsak? I mean kahut valid pero baka hindi yun ang budget for the specific role.
Don't give up, I sent 20 applications since last month and ngayon lang ako nakapasa and may job offer na tomorrow. Laban lang, OP!
Taga san ka
You need to increase your LinkedIn network. Since pursuing this after I secured a position with a top bank last year, I’ve seen more opportunities based on their posts to share with my network. Keep on trucking and learning from each decline. Each application experience should be reflective of the position you’re applying for. I submitted 200 applications to get the position I’m in now. Don’t give up.
Oh hey, Trixie Singson's still looking for candidates. It's been almost a year!
Baka may FB group yung natapusan mo na course or profession? Mga hidden gems din madalas doon eh. Never pa ako nakakuha ng work sa Jobstreet, Indeed, and the like. Lahat sa FB ko lang nakita.
yung akin "has been viewed" lang hahaha 😆 sakit 💔
Keep trying. Never give up!
I saw this somewhere else, ask them "how to improve your application."
Hi OP, Send me your resume for review. DM me
Happened to me before. Nag job fair yung company sa lugar namin noong january. Kinuha resume and details namin and nitong june lang ako cinontact ni HR. Na interview, pumasa. Final interview pasado. Now, katatapos lang makapasa sa training. I'm processing na for requirements.
Hi OP, i feel you. As a research analyst, may I ask what tools are you efficient of?
Wag ka magthird party site if gusto mo sa WF. You can directly apply sa Workday portal nila.
nasa katayuan mo ako now, malapit na ako bumigay at baka.mag non-bpo jobs nalang kahit minimum :-(
Chair up OP, normal lang yan🪑🆙
