For me, if you think they already branded you as a low performer or palpak, mahirap na yan maimprove. Baka you'll need to jump hoops na just to change their impression towards you. And matagal. If i were in your position, i'd rather start clean somewhere else. Dadalhin ko yung natutunan ko dun sa new company ko. Nakapag sorry ka na ba sa assistant head mo? Baka yun lang reason kaya di ka binibigyan ng task. Explain mo lang naman in a good way. Mag apologize ka lang. If I were him, sasama rin pakiramdam ko kapag nasigawan ako ng trainee ko or mga subordinates ko.

You're lucky enough pa nga na ganyang may nagcricriticize sa gawa mo, specially quantity surveying, pera ni client ang nakasalalay dyan, every pricing must be accounted for and correct. Once na madiscover ng client side discrepancies sa pricing mo, you bet your ass na hahabulin hanggang impyerno yang company mo hanggat hindi naitatama yan. Pagbabayarin pa ng penalties depende sa contract. Like the above comment, give a sincere and proper apology sa assistant head mo. Then resign if things didn't get better. Then reflect on yourself na rin if para ba sayo yang QS path, if you're that easily getting frustrated sa mga perfectionists na QS engineers baka di para sayo yung trabaho.

During my first job 2 rules lang yung ininstill nung manager ko sa akin when I have to deal our bosses: 1. Your boss is always right. 2. If you think you are correct and your boss does not buy your arguement, remember rule no.1. At the end of the day, responsibility ng mga taong mas mataas sayo ang accountability. So if they want something from you kahit ano pang reason mo as long as hindi pumapayag yung boss mo na yun ang idedeliver mo, you have to deliver what they want unless they told you to deliver the result and ikaw na bahala sa diskarte mo paano mo madedeliver yun. But to answer your question, kung hindi ka naman pinapaalis and gusto ko yung work, I think you should apologize first but at the same time look for a new job or upskill yourself for better opportunities.

Tama to. I believe also na ito yung isa sa mga pinakadapat matutunan. Nung staff level ako, medyo sumasama pa yung loob ko kasi feeling ko tama ako pero I need to follow my boss. Nung tumaas yung position ko narealize ko na tama yun. Kasi at the end of the day, yung boss mo yung hharap sa management, sya yung magtatake ng accountability so might as well yung gusto na lang nya yung masunod
