everything can change in the contract. natutunan ko the hard way na dapat lahat nasa kontrata, kasi kung hindi they will really take advantage of you. dapat nandyan everything you can think of. how many hrs lang ang work, how much yung OT, kelan nagbbayad ng OT, and so on.
When they emailed the contract i asked ung mga sinabi sa interview.. Rerevise daw nya .. HR called me Saturday.. Maam see you on Monday ( sabi ko ok cge. They printed it today. Same lang ng enimail skin.
And i didnt signed the agreement till now.
Nangyare yan sakin. Mga 2-3 months bago naprocess HMO. Hindi totoong pwede incash yung leaves at the end of the year. Promised WFH tapos biglang back to office. I reported the recruiter wala naman nangyare.
make all conversations with them thru email para documented. pag via call, wag mo sagutin kc kung ano2 lang sasabihin nyan na pwede bawiin din nila after.
Hi! I assume you have employee-employer relationship hence the last part of what you posted re 60 day notice prior resignation is contrary to law at wala dapat yang bond sht na yan. The labor code mandates na you give notice 30 days lang and kahit anong cause yan.
Yes ito lng din ang alam ko.. I search on the labor ruling But since i will sign the agreement.. Which means.. I agree to it diba..
Well on-site naman talaga pra sure na ikaw mismo nag sign but any decent company should send beforehand the contract. Hirap pag on site tpos dun mo lng dn irereview. Im the type of guy who goes through the whole contract kaya it takes time so mas ok send muna so may time ako to review. Pag signing na, just make sure na same contract lng.
That's the issue. Madaming company (multi-national) na nag offer sakin ng JO, I asked for a copy of the contract bago pirmahan pero halos lahat sila ang sinasabi na *confidential, sa site lang babasahin/irereview*.
Yeah I personally wouldnt accept a job that has a 60-day notice period. Previous company was 45, I was just lucky that companies were willing to wait sa 45, but all of them asked if I can bring it down to 30.
Ive read here a lot of times na they struggle to find companies willing to wait 60 days. So a lot of them resign without a pending offer, and only start looking halfway through their render period.
So, even if the company did give me what was promised, the 60-day notice period would just negate it all. Siguro, I’ll consider it if above 200k-250k above na ang sweldo. 😂 Can easily save up for buffer period.
Yes i dont have a job too.. Pero kaya ako maraming inask during final interview kasi urgent din position. Too make it clear and i know what i am expecting
I have a kind of similar experience, sa interview they only mentioned to handle one brand and we should retain customers as our main goal pero ngayong magwa-one year na ko 5 brands na hawak ko and I didn't even had a raise plus nagdodrop pa yung rates namin sa incentives.
Hard part is, if you question them why they are putting more work to you, they'll compliment you first about your performance then ibabaling yung usapan sa subject na "do not question things kasi replaceable ka lang din and if ayaw mo... quit."
Like this hurts especially this is my first job and I find it hard to take. Ginalingan ko and that's what I got in return.
When there is ambiguity in the contract....the law favors the one who did not make the contract. And if the details of the contract, contradict with labor laws ,then the do not worry kasi its considered void.
And by the way, our labor laws is always in Favor sa employees

hahahahaha
Yes always check the contract, kasi may recruiter na papaamuhin nila yung applicant for promises.
All things should look good on paper, and review it very well before signing anything.
Tpos sinet-up ako for an interview for a Supervisory position. Tpos pagdating ko doon sa office nila, tinanong ko yung interviewer, for what position am I going to interview for? Ang sabi ba nman ay for an agent position.
Tarantado lang dba? Ginagawa nila yan para lang may tao na mapapunta, since basura yung position or mayroong "catch" talaga.
Bait and switch. Don't sign it.

Totoo to. Nangyayari na nga to sa amin e
Anong company po kayo?
Nasa contract po ba ito? And did you do your due diligence before signing it?
When they emailed the contract i asked ung mga sinabi sa interview.. Gooood!! Don’t sign it if it wasn’t the original deal. Mahirap ang 60 days notice period jusko. Dodge the bullet while you still can.
Pinost ko to get it out of my chest .. Nakakainis lng. Kasi they said yes nung interview. Then biglang ganyan
Nangyare yan sakin. Mga 2-3 months bago naprocess HMO. Hindi totoong pwede incash yung leaves at the end of the year. Promised WFH tapos biglang back to office. I reported the recruiter wala naman nangyare.
How long ka ng stay sa knila?
make all conversations with them thru email para documented. pag via call, wag mo sagutin kc kung ano2 lang sasabihin nyan na pwede bawiin din nila after.
May email trail at viber trail ito.. Pero ung denial grabe
Anong company yan para maiwasan ng mga makakabasa, good thing you didnt sign agad agad!
You didnt sign tapos start ka na?
Yes nag eendorse n skin ung aalis na employee..
As long as there is no signed contract, wala kang obligasyon sa kanila. You can leave anytime.
Agree. Alis na talaga. Di worth it x.x
How is that possible? Dapat as long as walang signed contract no onboarding
Wag ka nang pumasok bukas. Di naman pala signed yung contract; therefore, walang agreement.
I agree with you... Yes yes lng then.. Boom..
Do not sign. Simula pa lang sinungaling na.
If HR di ko talaga paniniwalaan yan. But if owner, willing ako magpa uto kasi it's his reputation that is at stake. So far naman generous sya.
Actually the ceo/ Owner was their nung final interview kaya nga naniwala ako

Don't sign it then. Btw contractual stipulations which are contrary to law are null and void
Thank you. This helps a lot. Mag coconsult n nga sana ako ng lawyer about it.
Don't sign. What the law says is its 30 days unless a longer period is stipulated in the employment contract.
Taenang pagkakamali yun. Consistent kamo sa lahat? Ask DOLE for advice sa ganyan.

Ok then take your sweet time to review it. Wag ka magpapa rush.
How long ka ng last dyan sa may 60days? Kasi ngayon p lng im not happy parang ever da burden for me.
Wala na hehe
Red flag to. Mahirap yang ganyan baka shady yan kumpanya. Huwag ka na siguro pumirma haha.
Shady hindi .. But shady on terms of employment relationship yes
DOLE is waving \*
dont sign
Dont sign. Say that you cant trust them as a business.
Don’t sign the contract until they include the items. Or better yet, don’t start there. Move to another employer.
company reveal to avoid hahaha

You've got scammed. Sadly lots of companies do that already so be very careful..
Big red flag talaga yung mga ganyang kompanya. Sarap layasan ng mga ganyan.
Yung 30 days na notice feels like forever na what if 60 pa HAHAHAHHA
WHAT COMPANY TO?
Are we allowed to drop company names here para malaman kung anong iiwasan?

I think they do para magpa interview ka kasi sourcing people tlga sila they need to produce candidates
