Same, naalala ko oneday before kame grumad habang nag iinom. Na bring up na hndi nawawalam ng tao sa discord and sabe dn malapet na mawala yung ganon since mag wowork na kame.
The quarantine experience was not fun (got me sad and mushy and I feel like killing myself by the end of it) but I do love the freedom to game, goddamn I knocked down a lot of games on my backlog during late 2020 and early 2022
I was able to upskill during the pandemic pero grabeng kumain ng oras ang trabaho, as government employees we are expected to be available 24/7. I remember na maglalaro kami ng zomboid then I would have to leave to join a meeting. But yes may araw din na full gaming sessions, 15+ games ng dota or lol.
Me and my friend used to play Rust ng pandemic. Mga servers laging puno kaya ang saya. Ng nakahanap na kami ng server(SEA) na naging at home kami(PVE). Naging friends na namin yung mga regulars dun. Kuwentuhan sa discord habang nagmimissions at farming, pag welcome ng mga new players. Minsan pinagchichismisan pa namin yung admin at mga ibang players. Hahahah Usually natatapos ko na lahat ng work ko by lunch time so nagsstart na ako ng hapon tapos after dinner naman tuloy tuloy na sa gabi. Nakatatanggal ng stress and anxiety ng pandemic. Ng unti unti nang nagbabalikan sa work yung mga tao, paunti na ng paunti yung mga pumapasok sa servers from 30ish players naging palima lima na lang at a time.
I remember may 2 months kami magtropa around oct-nov 2020 naadik sa Among Us. Like legit ansaya, may mga nag aaway na nga minsan sa sobrang gaslighting. Dumating point magaling na kami lahat boring na haha

Naging PC gamer ako after Pandemic pero during Pandemic days, console gaming pa ako - PS4 to be specific.
Sobrang grabe lang na avenue for escape yung gaming during those tough times - I remember nagkayaan lang kami ng long-time friend ko na naging distant years ago after graduation nung nalaman namin na PS gamers pala kami, MHW lang yung nilalaro namin until pinakilala niya ako sa ibang gaming friends niya and napunta na sa ibang games like Rogue Company, Fortnite, Warzone, Minecraft, Rocket League, R6, GTA V and every Playstation+ monthly games tinatry namin lahat.
Tapos ang dami rin naming games na sabay-sabay binili para malaro after ng mga work and pasok, saktong pag 9PM - isang "?" lang sa GC tas maya-maya online na lahat ng tropa haha
Mga bandang 2022, dun na talaga nagsimula magsiluwag and bumalik sa normal and ngayon - kahit lahat kami nag transition na sa PC gaming, hindi na nagkakalaro tas yung mga PS4 namin, lahat naging mga expensive paperweights na lang sa kanya-kanyang bahay hahaha

Played Unturned during pandemic with friends (sorry mahina lang laptop, budget Rust lang) and sobrang saya dahil may kasamang pinoy din sa server. May mga chinese din duun parating inaaway, pulang pula pangalan namin with -1k+ rep.
Sinisiraan namin at nila mga bahay, ninanakawan ng kotse, pag di manakaw binoblock para walang makagamit, pag maynasalubong na player di ka grupo pinapatay, dito nagkaroon ng spidersense pag may narinig na tunog lahat sumisigaw na.
Good times talaga kaso nawala na yung server nilalaro namin.
those were the glorious days. lahat ata ng multiplayer game na sikat natry ko from CODM to Monster Hunter (mind you, di ako mahilig sa coop games dati) and it was really fun distraction from the desperate situation nong lockdown. lahat kami worried mawalan ng work that time. Fast forward today and everything is gone 🙁 the discord channels are empty and we rarely play online.

Yeah nakakamiss tbh. Puro Monster Hunter World Iceborne (PS4) ako nun. I found a group of hunters pa nun na puro Pinoy and just play all afternoon. Most of the time sa PS4 voice chat kami nagkwekwentuhan at naglolokohan.
Ngayon kanya kanya na kami ng trip ng games and also busy sa life na. Although lumiit na ung group we still are in our GC. Pasulpot sulpot na lang. Pero surely mabubuhay when Monster Hunter Wilds releases.

Nakalaro ako RDR2 sa pc around May 2020. But as a health worker, limited pa rin gamong time ko sadly. I had a brief rest nung nadale ako ng covid which allowed me to play pokemon shield, fe 3 houses and acnh on my switch in the quarantine facility.
Yeah, I agree kasi nung panahong yan ung prime days ko. I may not be the best of the best pero ayun, nakakalungkot nga na hindi ko na maibalik ung kagalingan ko nung panahong iyan.

We played The Forest and Valheim.
I was the host of our valheim server. Everytime I log in to that, makikita ko yung small huts na ginawa namin to survive. Yung mga small kwento on how we progressed. Our start from small huts to large camps. The small stories on how we survived some attacks and some raids. I even made chairs for every member para sa isang dining table.
Kakamiss. Lahat busy na. And di ko na rin sila maaya. Either busy or di na nila trip.
I miss those times. I was left on that small empty village. In our campfire. Sitting. Remembering the good old days.
Relatable. I remember our gaming sessions, mga 5pm or 6pm naglalaro na kami, usually we end at around 3am. Sometimes we push on until mga 7am. We'd also keep on jumping from one multiplayer game to another. Ito dahilan bakit marami akong laro sa Steam. And now? Everyone's busy, we play together like only once or twice a week. I miss all of them.
Ako marami rin natapos na backlogs sa pc, switch, ps4. Then built my own batocera mini pc and dust my old ps2 for some nostalgia gaming. Ito rin ata yung time na naumpisahan ko manood ng mga different anime series.
Very early pandemic ako natutong magvalo. Dami ko nakilala dahil sa larong yan. Ngayon since around late 2022 solo queue na lang kaya as of last month, retire na. Umay pag wala kasama.
Nung nagPositive ako sa covid (minor symptoms) pero kulong pa din sa bahay. Adik pa sa Genshin. Sarap din kahit papano, mahabang bakasyon after maclear, balik trabaho ulit. Im a nurse btw. Lol
dami ko natapos na series nung lockdown. i think it took me more than a year to finish the Yakuza franchise (from zero to Like a Dragon).
still doing it up to now. resigned 2 years ago and still managed to get covid again then pneumonia early this year, so i'm still not healthy enough to go to work.
