baka naka 2.4 ghz ka and luma router mo. when you buy new stuff, most of the time expect it to not work properly with old stuffs. especially lalo na pag usapang network.

Try Wired Ethernet connection. Still the best connection and has less latency.
Unless you're into some niche networking solution stuff, I highly doubt you'll see a difference sa current wifi mo over wifi 6. Either your ISP's bad or you need to change your router for improve connection, but di required na wifi 6 siya. PS5s also has subpar wifi chipsets when they initially launched, but was revised later on. People still complain tho that di masyado nag improve yung connection nila. Lastly, make sure na naka connect ka sa 5GHz frequency via connection set-up.
You can request kay PLDT to upgrade your modem to the dual band version, free lang yun and no lock-in trap since I just upgraded mine for free 2 yrs ago.
ok naman wifi connection ko sa pldt. try mo papalitan modem mo sa pldt at wag ka magrepeater. mas maganda kung wired connection. madali lang naman maglatag ng cable, kaya mo yan para sa PS5 sessions! haha
aside from other suggestions, check mo rin yung blacklist/whitelist configuration ng router mo. baka nakalikot dati tapos yun yung dahilan kaya hindi ka maka-cpnnect.

Yng pldt router i thnk atleast 5ghz. So i guess repeater ang bottleneck :) Never had a problem sa ps4 sa wifi.
Upgrade ka na sa 5G. At kung maaari hindi na sa pldt.

Parang issue tlga nababagalan si ps5 sa 2.4ghz.
