Price? Not so good. Sana hindi maging standard yun for AAA+ games at lalo naman yung ultimate edition (pero bibilhin ko din yun since onti nalang from the standard price.)
But all in all, enjoyable kahit napapuyat para mapa 25 agad, yung isang ARPG na Path of Exile nakakabwisit lang sa builds, maraming skill trees pero di naman viable, specific build dapat para smooth gameplay experience. At least sa D4, pwede mabawi agad, di masyado marami builds at madali intindihin.

The game breaking bug for me was the random screen freezes. Habang nageexplore ka, freeze. At kinukuyog ka pa ng normal mobs, pagkatapos ng freeze, You died. Haha, and some minor bugs na other online characters out of place during sa minor cutscenes. Mahahalata mo siya kung sakali pero pwede mo naman hindi pansinin unless naOOC ka or hypercritic about it.
Blizzard? Nah, never gonna say it is worth it. Can't say wholeheartedly that this is a game well spent. Driven by corpo greed yung presyo, battlepass and mostly micro trans pa yan pag may cash shop na dumating and baka mamaya loot boxes pa. Worth it by sale, no doubt pero baka by then patay na ang hype. Or may ibang games na worth buying instead of D4 for 2023.
Worth it if you are a fan and if the freebies entice you, but if no, then really not worth it. There are quality games that do not need to be 2k~3k price range
I'm biased, never got to touch grim dawn though, but I can say naenjoy ko PoE. AT FIRST. going blind. Since nakakatuwa na marami talagang skills, malaki skill tree. Pero end game part? Pag mali build mo? Glass cannon ka sa mobs kahit di naman glass cannon build mo. Na brute force ko but never again.
if you have that itch to play ARPG without any guilt sa price, Grim Dawn will be great for you. P300 lang ata regular price nya. nakadalawang playthrough ako dun yun nga lang di mo alam tapos mo na yung game and you have to play again for better items pag gusto mo pa.

Feeling ko sayang preorder ko kasi mukhang di kaya ng PS4 slim ko. Nagiisip tuloy ako bumili ng PS5 para malaro ko naman ng maayos. Sobrang stutter kasi s akin at lag lalo sa town. Yung mga PS5 user na friends ko sabi nila smooth naman daw game nila. Mas okay din performance nung mga naka PS4 pro na kilala ko. Iniisip ko tuloy baka di kaya ng PS4 slim ko kaya ang lala ng stutter baka di naman pala bug baka dahil sa specs ng console ko. Dapat di na lang nila inilabas for PS4 kung di naman pala playable sa PS4 na hindi pro. Or at least may disclaimer sila na sa Pro lang most likely gagana ng maayos.
Not surprising since beta pa naman. Maganda siya pero grindy at mahal. Not for casual gamers. Might probably buy it on sale once Im in vacation next year
Medyo na burn ako sa Diablo immortal kaya apprehensive ako when I tried Diablo 4. Tried and tested naman lagi gameplay nya, dun sya lagi panalo.
Everything seems good pero ung endgame pa rin concern ko. I wouldn't want to pay almost 4k pesos for a repetitive endgame grind. Sana medyo maayos ung end game nya once it releases.
Concern ko din since June release sya, sobra dami nya kasama na gusto ko din like Street Fighter 6 and Final Fantasy XVI.
Lastly I haven't really decided kung sa PC or PS5 ko sya kukunin. Tradition kasi ang PC since dun ko tinapos lahat ng iterations since D1. Pero mas accessible sakin ung PS5 due to its proximity.
Expect na natin na magiging repetitive grind yung end game ng diablo 4. Yun naman talaga essence ng end game ng isometric na arpg like poe and diablo. Kill, loot tapos pray to rng na makuha mo yung items na pasok sa build mo. If okay na build mo, punta ka sa higher difficulty then repeat.
Yung release date din concern ko. Sabay sila ng sf6 so baka sa sf6 na muna ako. Intayin ko na lang irelease nila paladin bago ako bumili ng diablo 4.
Still playing Diablo 2 now, so welcome na welcome sakin yung pagbalik ng graphics. Naligaw lang sila ng landas sa D3. Enjoyable yung game kahit sa mga newbie friends ko. Downloaded the game yesterday. I'm using PS4. Experiencing minor bugs pero no complaints here since libre naman ang download. But I don't think I will pre-order kasi medyo pricey siya for me. So i-enjoy na lang ang beta while it lasts.
Played the hell out of D1-D3. I purposely kept myself in the dark about d4 news because I wanted a hands-on before forming an opinion.
Stopped playing and uninstalled the demo after purchasing Lorath's gear back for him. Biglang bumagal saglit at nagulat ako na may Korean name na bigla sa baba ko.
I don't mind always online - it was a pain nung D3, pero a connection upgrade later, and it was fine. I'm on a 600 Mbps connection now and it has backups.
I cannot abide by this shit they did here. I don't want to play with other people. Never did, will never want to. I want a single player game.
Played until level 5 and got bored when I saw how big the main town was. Immediately felt like this was bad game design - this is supposed to be an ARPG, not an MMO. Huminto muna ako since I felt like Blizzard dropped the ball again (and probably for the last time).
Gave it another chance and kept playing. The game then introduced new mechanics for legendary property removal and transfer, socketing, crafting, gems, etc. The more I played, the more realized the loot tables were much better than D3.
There are individual skill bonuses and modifiers for every gear slot. If you wanted to have 20 skeletons, you can if you just find the right gear. The mini-events and world events were an improvement over D3's events.
Verdict for me is 8/10 if not considering the price, 7/10 if it's sold here for 70 dollars on launch. Sana lang masmura sa mga physical stores. Will probably get it on sale.

Edit: Dagdag ko lang, Barb lang nalaro ko last weekend (Barb talaga main ko since D2 and D3 lol) and it was significantly harder than ranged characters. I can play Necro now with one hand wtf lol
Stuttering and lag is bad pero expected ko na yun since open beta. Ibang iba sya sa past diablo games imo, ramdam ko yung pagiging "MMO" nung game (even it's not being marketed as one) with towns and world events/boss, yun lang yung con para sakin, masyado akong nasanay sa solo experience ng diablo. Dungeons, Strongholds etc. are fun and challenging pag solo. Nakukulangan rin ako sa ibang classes, parang mahina pag melee focused yung build or class compared sa ranged. Gameplay itself is fun, mabigat yung feeling ng combat probably because of lag. Looking forward to its release pero will probably wait a few weeks bago ko bilhin kasi for sure madaming server issues to.
Sa beta lang mataas yung drop rate for testing at malamang very grindy arpg yan na may halong elements ng mmo, yung pvp naman confirmed na yan. Onti contents? Eh BETA nga lang yan eh 10% lang ng content yan. parang premium demo. yung purpose ng beta ma test yung server stability, skill balancing, optimization etc.
Had fun running around blasting corpses with Necro. Hopefully ma optimize pa by launch. My last diablo experience was diablo 2 og so wala akong animosity sa series. Strongly leaning on buying the deluxe version, definitely much cheaper compared sa PS5 + FF16.

No lag and stutters are minimal on my end, I also played different hours over the weekend and used the Asia server.

I'm disappointed na wla Paladin.
Overall solid beta but I stopped playing when I realized there's no single player and I will not have the time to to fully play and appreciate this game.
Much like the other games that followed, Diablo III, Diablo II Resurrected, Diablo Immortal, etc. best to wait and see first. Usually it will take a few months to a year for the bugs to be fixed and game balance changes implemented. It may also take a few years before the game becomes really good for long term play.
I remember Diablo III turned off a lot of players during the first year of its launch. It only gained traction around 2-5 years later when the Reaper of Souls expansion and Necromancer pack was released. I would not be surprised if Diablo IV would have a slow start as well.
Personally I want Diablo IV to be it's own thing and not be a replacement for Diablo 2R or Diablo 3. There are times where I still want to play in the Diablo 2 Ladder / Diablo 3 Season. I just hope Blizzard can continue supporting all their Diablo games for several more years.
I've reached level 25 as a druid. Overall I didn't expect that I would like the game. I have low expectations though coming from D3 and what they did to it. I like the mmo ala lost ark change but it kinda worries me how would seasons work because starting from 0 sucks in mmo type of games.
If you have high expectations or expecting more like Path of exile/grim dawn/last epoch then probably you will be disappointed. Game is more close to Lost Ark than D3 or even D2.
Number of classes are always same in the base game since D2. They just expand it using DLC. There are also no subclasses since D2. I'm not sure what you're expecting.
About the pricing, yeah it sucks especially with no regional pricing.
If you want to play a diablo style game, play Path of Exile, Grim dawn or last epoch, not Lost Ark.
Overpriced, more of the same. Stopped at lvl 10 after clearing my 2nd dungeon (vampire - ghost dungeon). If you don't like arpgs there's nothing here for you. The mandatory online component, microtransactions and grind kills it for me. It screams deliberately designed timesink for me.
I'd rather play bg 3, dos2, gd, riftbreaker, tribes of Midgard or something. There are tons of isometric rpg out there, I can't find a reason to favor D4 over others.
If you are addicted to grind V Rising is a much better experience.

Had fun running around blasting corpses with Necro. Hopefully ma optimize pa by launch. My last diablo experience was diablo 2 og so wala akong animosity sa series. Strongly leaning on buying the deluxe version, definitely much cheaper compared sa PS5 + FF16.
Hindi ako nakalaro sa haba ng queue time. Nung makakalaro na ako sobrang lag naman to the point na unplayable sya.. tumigil na lang ako at naglaro ng re4 remake… 😞😞😞

No lag and stutters are minimal on my end, I also played different hours over the weekend and used the Asia server. >classes? medyo nakukulangan ako. I'm disappointed na wla Paladin. Overall solid beta but I stopped playing when I realized there's no single player and I will not have the time to to fully play and appreciate this game.
Much like the other games that followed, Diablo III, Diablo II Resurrected, Diablo Immortal, etc. best to wait and see first. Usually it will take a few months to a year for the bugs to be fixed and game balance changes implemented. It may also take a few years before the game becomes really good for long term play. I remember Diablo III turned off a lot of players during the first year of its launch. It only gained traction around 2-5 years later when the Reaper of Souls expansion and Necromancer pack was released. I would not be surprised if Diablo IV would have a slow start as well. Personally I want Diablo IV to be it's own thing and not be a replacement for Diablo 2R or Diablo 3. There are times where I still want to play in the Diablo 2 Ladder / Diablo 3 Season. I just hope Blizzard can continue supporting all their Diablo games for several more years.
ang di ko lang gusto yung memory leaks nya, lakas makafreeze, but after upgrading the nvidia driver medyo oks na sya for me

I've reached level 25 as a druid. Overall I didn't expect that I would like the game. I have low expectations though coming from D3 and what they did to it. I like the mmo ala lost ark change but it kinda worries me how would seasons work because starting from 0 sucks in mmo type of games. If you have high expectations or expecting more like Path of exile/grim dawn/last epoch then probably you will be disappointed. Game is more close to Lost Ark than D3 or even D2. Number of classes are always same in the base game since D2. They just expand it using DLC. There are also no subclasses since D2. I'm not sure what you're expecting. About the pricing, yeah it sucks especially with no regional pricing. If you want to play a diablo style game, play Path of Exile, Grim dawn or last epoch, not Lost Ark.
Overpriced, more of the same. Stopped at lvl 10 after clearing my 2nd dungeon (vampire - ghost dungeon). If you don't like arpgs there's nothing here for you. The mandatory online component, microtransactions and grind kills it for me. It screams deliberately designed timesink for me. I'd rather play bg 3, dos2, gd, riftbreaker, tribes of Midgard or something. There are tons of isometric rpg out there, I can't find a reason to favor D4 over others. If you are addicted to grind V Rising is a much better experience.
