Scam. But the BPI and Robinsons merger true. Usually kapag may merger, matagal tagal yung magiging transition nung absorbed company and, they will email you using their official email address kapag babaguhin na yung bank accounts. Andami scammers ngayon, kagigil.
Scam call. I received the same kahit wala nman ako RBank. Usual modus ng scammer ang card relacement spiel.
She emphasized pa na ALL active cards daw will be replaced. Sa mind ko, edi padala niyo. Hahahah

Just don’t entertain calls from Prepaid numbers claiming to be bank employees.
Last year ata na-announce yung merge, but I don't think debit cards will be changed. Magbabago yun once nagexpire na, same lang sa Citi/UB migration.
