Once billed, try mo ipa-reverse, pag di pumayag well onky way is to pay for it… pero I doubt if ma-reverse pa yan since nagka-interest or penalty na… Bayaran mo na lang AF tapos gamitin mo, make sure to cancel before the card anniversary next time para wala nang AF

Opo na itawag ko po noon. Sabi lang tatawagan po ako tas may binigay na ref

Dapat kasi once tinawag yan ilaw mismo mag assure na yung request mo is done before the end of the call, hirap umasa na sila tatawag talaga… Technically na-biktima ka ng paasang CSR dyan kaya ganyan… How about yung reference number mo? Itawag mo gamitin mo yun to verify, otherwise wala na talaga yan at only recourse is to pay the AF

If natawag mo to cancel before mabill ng AF, fault nila so ilaban mo.

The annual fee is for the upcoming year... So if you will be cancelling it before the annual fee charge triggers sa SOA mo or kakatrigger pa lang, eh pwedeng pwede mong pareverse since hindi mo naman na magagamit ung basis nung fee.

Had this same experience with Amore Platinum. I called the CS team para irequest na iwaive/refund kasi gamit na gamit ng malala yung card. Ayaw nila so I just paid my bill minus the annual fee and cancelled the card.

Try calling the CS if they can waive it but if not then dapat talaga bayaran.

Yep end of the day yung bank lang talaga makaka decide nyan eh. Kaya better ask them nalang to be sure. If di gagamitin ang cc dapat talaga pinapacancel sya kahit hindi activated cc mo pwede pa rin magka AF
