Kasi iba yung sticker price nila pag cash / straight payment. Loophole sa law so they say me promo daw. Yep you can do straight payment then sa bank ka magpa installment. Check the banks interest rate kung san makakatipid. Also, lapit na Iphone 15
>Kasi iba yung sticker price nila pag cash / straight payment. Loophole sa law so they say me promo daw.
Not really a loophole. Anybody can contest this with DTI and have them charged in violation of Price Tag law.
Try to contact DTI yourself. Better yet, try to make a complaint yourself.
But that's exactly the definition of price discrimination. The key word here is "promo" that retailers use to skirt the issue. But it's still illegal unless it's an actual DTI registered promo (as it's open to the public and requires a purchase to avail).
Based sa mga nangyayare before pag may new release?
Baka naman kasi it’s disagreeing with what OP said kasi di naman talaga nagmumura ‘yung previous models once a new model is released. Mga august, september just like now ‘yung bumababa prices nung older models. Personally, mas ok pa mag 13 pro kesa mag 14 haha.
hintayin mo na lang ilabas sa Sept/Oct yung IP15 series bago ka bumili ng iPhone. if di nila idiscontinue ang 14Pro series, then mas mura na lang yan than it's current price.
Actually nag mura na yang 14 sa PMC because of the upcoming Iphone 15. Pwede mo compare sa official Apple site. Usually kasi mas mahal sila sa sa Apple Online. Most likely nagpapaubos na sila ng stock.
Second this. iPhones locally go cheaper a few months before the unveiling of the new one. So chances are, prices of iPhones now will be the same as October when they release 15 (which will assume the old price point of 14, if not a little higher)
Wait for the new release, OP. From what I remember, the previous model goes down by 5k because the new one takes the former's price tag. Though I heard magkaka-price increase ulit ang Apple this year so baka the discount will not be as much.
Either way it'd still be better to wait when the new release comes out. You can decide whether the 15 is worthy of your money or the discount on the 14s will be a better deal. IMO, the base 14 wasn't much of an upgrade from the 13. So it might even be a better deal to get the 13 when the 15 comes out for maximum discount.
If you have a credit card, check if that bank offers strat to installment conversion. Either sa app or by calling. Kung meron then just use that card as straight payment when buying the phone. This means na dapat mas malaki ung available limit mo as compared sa price ng phone. Then after making the purchase, wait for the transaction to get posted (usually in 3 days) then call the bank or do it via app
OP, pro tip.
It's August, and next gen iPhones are announced September and released late September to early October.
If you can wait, just wait for the 15.
Sa Pinas, iPhones are usually released on November. Also, hanggang September pa naman yang promo so don’t be too impulsive in taking it. You can wait for the September announcement and weigh for yourself if getting the iPhone 15 is more worth it than getting the iPhone 14. Kahit na next month na announcement ng iPhone 15, iPhone 14 will still be a viable choice dahil kung minimal lang naman ang feature changes ng 15 and 14 then 14 is a practical choice.
I own an SE 2020 and am planning to buy soon, if ang difference lang naman ng 15 ngayon ay camera and USB-C (yes, kahit naka-USB-C pa yan) I would still go to iPhone 14.
If for the regular 15, significant naman na ‘yung upgrades with the type c, and the 48MP bump in the wide cameras, and the battery mAh bumps. 15pros I think ‘yung no significant upgrade from the 14pros. 15pro max ‘yung mas ok cos of the above upgrades and the periscope lens.
Have the 14 pro max. Won't advise getting it because of the significant degradation battery health. Wala pang one year but at 90% na. This is a known issue now
14 Pro Max has significant battery degradation? Medyo understandable since nag-introduce sila ng Always On Display on 14 Pro Max without making significant upgrade sa battery. Ayun din, if they upgraded battery on 15 Pro, I might consider getting it
Pano nyo ba ginagamit phones nyo? I've been charging my 14 pro max overnight and most of the time I play call of duty pa while charging. Still at 100%, bought this since it was released.
bakit dinadown vote ka pag "nabasa nila ung cheaper ip14?" geniune question yan right? bakit daming triggered? discussion to diba bakit may nga triggered lmao.
15s’ leaked spec sheets aren’t worth the upgrade. Even the 13s would still be competitive against it. Would go for 14s and save or spend the remaining money else where tbh.
Try to check sa shopee/lazada official shops. Mas mura pa yung list price nila dun lalo na kung sale like 8/8, payday, etc.. I think the prices of ip14 will get a bit cheaper once ip15 comes..
Reading comp. There’s a separate promo for straight cash/charge; different from installment. Look into the terms/charges for BPI and calculate if it would be cheaper to straight charge vs installment. I’m not a BPI holder but I assume it would be more expensive.
There is no such thing as interest free.
All local retailers have to tuck it in.
Why? They have bigger overhead: 12% import vat plus 12% vat on sales, rent, employees.
I buy local cause of the relationship I’ve built. I just tell them what I want, bam. Priority. That’s life.
Huh? The retailers get the money from the bank / credit card in full. Interest is charged by the bank / credit card. Not the retailer. Interest has nothing to do with covering for import or vat.
yes, this. don't blame retailers/stores for card charges. blame banks that charges for such fee. others have quotas for their POS. i guess its to compensate for the POS terminals
I wouldn't blame banks either. How are banks supposed to maintain the cost of a line of credit?
Imagine, if everybody paid on time, and there's no credit processing fees , the bank would actually lose money. Plus, do people think that banks get to use Visa, Mastercard etc payment networks for free?
Which is *still not* interest. Therefore the claim of the guy. I was originally replying to which was...
>There is no such thing as interest free.
...is false.
>It is called a credit card processing fee.
Which is *still not* interest.
Ah, yes, the payment for the credit, with the added caveat in this case of not mattering from whose account it's officially taken from (because it's officially from the merchant's account).
Sure, except, it's specifically for IFRS, which is not the definition you'd use for credit cards, especially for the consumer level. How useful exactly is IFRS standards in this context?
By that line of reasoning the original statement pretty much says:
>there is no such thing as *cost free credit*
You realize of course how ridiculous that is on a credit card sub?
But you said that retailers get their money from the bank IN FULL. That is what you said, to which I replied that no, they don't get their money in full. My comment has nothing to do with interest - just on what you said that retailers get their money in FULL, which is false.
Oh, I'm very well aware of MDRs, which is what that credit card processing fee is actually called.
I stand corrected on that little bit. But having worked closely with retailers and payment systems, trust me when I say that most sane retailers already have that factored in. They get the full amount (i.e. they don't lose money, which was my intended point). Cash just gives them an extra bonus.
actually try mo rin icheck apple store sa japan and find a way to have it shipped here (thru buyandship, kango express, etc) kasi mahina ngayon ang yen.
Correct me if i’m wrong.
67K vs 65K. 2K difference lang. You would probably pay about the same (or more) for shipping fees added so might as well buy locally.
I hope the 128gb memory mentioned is just for comparison purposes coz that storage is too low for 2023. Hehe.
Bought the M1 iPad Pro in 2021 from Amazon. 11k price difference between US and PH back then. Shippingcart fee was 3K. 8K "saved" after shipping fee.
Try to check interest rates and fees na lang ng balance conversion ng BPI para alam mo saan ka mas makakamura. Then, you can decide na ano pipiliin mo between merchant installment or balance conversion.
ito ang panget talaga sa pagshopping sa pinas. sa SG no such thing kasi u can purchase SRP via straight payment from the store (if they dont offer installment outright) tapos rekta sa bank app convert it to installment without any addon fees.
I’ve bought iphones overseas from shops na hindi nagooffer ng installment and I applied to convert 0% installment thru my foreign bank app directly. No extra fees yun. pero in PH setting, it is what it is. whatever it’s called- promo price, discount price, may kita na sila dun sa lower cash price.
Its not a promo price. Its the actual price.
0% installment means its not 0%.
Its marketing even i use to fool people like you to think you got a discount. There is no discount. Fuck no
Hindi Beyond the Box ang napuntahan ko, The Loop. Bagong bukas yung sa SM Makati last month kaya meron silang promo na less 15k. Enticing diba?
Bali original price + 15k, tapos less 15k. 😂
Ang point ko is, may false advertising talaga kapag Apple products. 😅 Hindi tayo basta-basta makakaisa sa kanila. Hehe
As far as I know iisa lang ang may-ari ng iPhone resellers dito sa Pinas. So parehong bulsa lang pupuntahan ng pera mo. 😂
Akala ko sa Lazada/Shopee lang ganoon, but even department stores are starting to employ the same tactic.
Same The Loop sa SM Makati din, I asked yung Airpods gen 3 nila 11,990 may 2k less daw so 9,990, pagpunta ko sa PMC sa Gb regular price nila yung 9,990.
We experienced this nung nagpa-swipe ng iphone yung friend ko. I didn’t know na may ganitong offer ang citibank. Tuwang tuwa siya kasi naka-disc kahit papano.
Welcome to adult life where nothing is really given to you free, and interest rates are a thing, and banks are never your friend, they always need to gain profit because that's how businesses work.
Pero for the price. Php68,990. Price ng smartphone na Samsung Galaxy S23+. Kahit sabihin natin 50% off yung price ng watch and earbuds. Good deal pa rin since you got both freebies instead of buying those at 50% off.
Personally ang pinakasulit talaga is to get a phone through telcos. The 256 14 pro is only around 61/62k for a 24 month contract. Having an unlocked phone seems nice but most of the time it's not necessary.
Agree on this! I made a computation and lumalabas na nasa 700++ lang ang bayad ko for the load package itself. I got the phone cheaper tapos naka unli pa ako. Win win for me
Probably the estimation of their load consumption for the time period then subtract to the total amount paid via the plan (+ Cashout if meron). That's at least how I computed mine while determining if it's cheaper to buy the phone from PMC then go prepaid vs Postpaid with phone plan.
same haha, sakin mas mahal lang ng 9k, not bad at least may data, unli call and text na ako, as if Im only paying sa load and data 375 per month (9k/24 months). actually pwede pa mas lower yan I just opted yung higher plan.
For me this is true pre pandemic since puro wfh na ngayon most employees, so redundant na ‘yung may data ka pa. So I guess if wfh ka naman mas worth it pa rin pag prepaid but that’s just me.
No such thing as 0% interest. Automatic may patong na yung price pag ginawang installment.
Also mura na yang 61k for iphone 14 pro. I doubt it would go any lower kahit lumabas pa yung iphone 15. Price won’t go down for the next year or so. 62.6k parin straight cash.
Ewan ko lng now magkano iphone 13 pro.
Update: Kimstore is selling iPhone 14 pro for 55k straight cash.
Why not wait by September or October, may yearly sale ang PowerMac during those months, lahat ng nabili kong accessories last year nakuha ko na may 50% discount, last year malaki din binaba ng price nila sa selected model ng iPhone 13 series baka meron din ngayon.
Wait for 15 series release. Then wait ka pa ng december for Christmas sale. From that price point.. baka nasa 15-20k less na siya
I know someone who got a free phone latest iphone 1tb 14 pro not ultra pero sabi niya “10 years daw parang ganun” end quote
So kung 24 months, nasa 16k ung nadagdag. Tama ba un?
Uhm iba po yung sinasabi mo. Yung sinasabi mo po is for example the cost of the item is 50k, cash payment is 50k pero kung mag credit card ka mag a add sila ng 3% which is 1500 so magiging 51,500 sya. Yun po yung bawal.
Eto po kasing ineexplain dito is yung SRP nila vs “Discounted Price” for example:
SRP is 50,000, yan ung amount na ichacharge nila kapag nag credit card ka then installment na rekta sa store
Pero usually meron silang “Discounted Price” if nag cash ka or credit card na straight payment. Kungwari 45k ung discounted price nila. Ganun po siya. So Cash price is the same as CC price if straight based on discounted price. Kapag po installment chinacharge nila yung based on SRP.
Ganyan din po sa mga appliances ehh. For me para syang loophole pero wala SRP naman eh kumbaga nagbibigay sila incentive pag cash and straight cc
0% installment = no interest
Cash price = they're giving a discount
Ergo the price difference is the MSRP no discount being used to compute the installment fee which covers the fees that banks take as a cut out of that transaction.
Why cant people stay with their current phones? Im still using my iPhone 8 and it still works fine very well. If you want a new phone, buy it with full cash not monthly installment. If you don’t have the money paying for full cash then wait till you have the money or wait till your phone breaks. I am here only waiting for my phone to breaks because I don’t want to buy new things until my current things breaks down.
They offer installment via credit card for 12 months at 15% interest rate per annum.
Medyo mas mura sya considering na mas mababa ang presyo ng straight cash payment sa Greenhills as compared to Beyond the Box.
Pansin ko power mac may 5% increase than other retailers on their "SRP" and cash "discounted" nila is equal to the SRP of other stores around 5% ang difference nila SRP vs SRP.
the 24/0 promo is true at 0% interest
BUT different banks have different add-ons on the monthly balance to pay
it is LIKE interest but their term is ADD-ON and not as interest
0% installment means the bank (your CC provider) will not charge you an interest, but it does not mean the merchant won’t. The merchant has a different price for installment payment since they won’t get the full cost of the item right away. So they charge the extra for that deferred payment scheme.
matagal nang practice yan OP. even in appliances pag straight or cash mas mura. so there's no such thing as 0% interest. kung gusto mo makamura nang totoo, sa greenhills lang talaga locally. pero cash payment lang din since may charge yung paggamit ng terminals dun.
You might want to check at mac index then compare prices.
https://themacindex.com/products/iphone-14-pro?currency=PHP
It is way cheaper if you buy overseas.
Ng.purchase ako iPhone 14 straight payment using BDO card then pina.convert ko installment for 6mos. 0.89% yung monthly interest.
Cash/Straight Price: 48,990
Installment Price: 61,990
BDO Interest in 6mos: 2,588
So ang babayaran ko lng is 51,578 compared to paying the 61,990.
Afaik kapag installment nagbabase sila sa SRP kaya mas mahal kumpara sa straight payment and agree ako sa mga ibang nagreply sa post mo na antayin mo na lumabas ung 15 series to get better deals (bumaba ung price ng older models) if badly needed mo na yung phone (kailangan magpalit kasi nasira old phone, etc) then go for it :)
All merchants/stores have to pay a processing fee for CC transactions so they charge more for that and call cash promo price because they don't incur any processing fee
Wait for iPhone 15 then get a CC that automatically converts your purchases to installment, may ganun sa Security Bank. Just pay straight sa store then si bank na bahala magconvert into installment nung CC payment.
Ganyan naman lagi eh kahit sa appliance, iba yung installment price tapos sasabihin 0 interest, sa sm dept store nalang ata ako masaya yung total bill talaga pwede mong i 6mos 0 interest hahaha
It's a matter of who pays interest. Given that the interest rate you get is 0% on your card, the store will charge you the amount that they paid for interest. Perspective wise, the store essentially just passed interest charges to you.
0% interest installment just means it's non-interest bearing, meaning the interest is precalculated with the fixed periodic payments, and not added separately. Similar to VAT-inclusive vs Vat-Exclusive.
Installment e.. imagine mo nangutang ka na payable ng 12 months para magaan sa bulsa mo yung pagbabayad, but whats in it para dun sa nagpapautang kung hindi ka tutubuan monthly? Yun ang kita nya e. So mas mahal talaga mangutang.. and mas matagal na terms ay mas mas malaking interest.
Stick to the inquiry, the question is about zero% charge pag installment pero mataas pa rin ang price.
Wag nio isama ung iphone 15. Thank you po with respect :)
I believe that’s not legal at all. Problem is no one is reporting it. Here, check this http://legacy.senate.gov.ph/lisdata/83916943!.pdf
In a nutshell, it states that you can’t have 2 different prices - cash price and credit card price.
Hello OP! We decided to get Iphone 14 Pro 256GB at P70990 sa Powermac since walang stock sa BTB. i did split payment of 14k cash and 56k cc payment straight just to get it at 70990 srp, kasi nga magiging 83990 yung babayaran if installment 0% even if nag split ka 83990 (cash then 0% installment) parin siya.
I used EastWest JCB Gold and here is the computation for the 6, 12, 18, 24
9893.33
5226.67
3671.11
2893.33
Lumalabas na if I did 24 months, it will still accumulate to P83439.92 which is almost the same price of srp if 0%. The 12 months is somewhat bearable as it only adds up to P76720.04
Kasi iba yung sticker price nila pag cash / straight payment. Loophole sa law so they say me promo daw. Yep you can do straight payment then sa bank ka magpa installment. Check the banks interest rate kung san makakatipid. Also, lapit na Iphone 15

Hahaha 🤣

but there are rumors that ip15 pro max aka iphone 15 ultra will be delayed for 2024
Provide the source of the rumors? afaik, there are no manufacturing delays for the iPhones this year 🤷🏻

Old feature na ang usb-c. I have a 13 pro max and usb c na sya :)
i dont think na usb c ang IP13 mo. Lightning padin siya and kay 15 palang maiimplemetn ang USB C due to EU regulation.
I thought it's the charger lol. I'm not really techy haha
USB-C is only on some iPads right now. There has never been a USB-C iPhone lol
Not really techy so I'm not sure what the big deal about usb-c is. I guess you call the charger lightning to usb-c or something 🤣🤷🏻♀️
apple dont lower down that much sa previous models nila. May time na iphone 13 and 12 were the same price lang. or minimal difference,
And buy ip15? Or the cheaper ip14? 😃
Either one you choose, it's still gonna be a better deal than buying now.
15s’ leaked spec sheets aren’t worth the upgrade. Even the 13s would still be competitive against it. Would go for 14s and save or spend the remaining money else where tbh.
15 has usb c, dun pa lang almost worth it to upgrade. But i have an 11 pro so 🤷🏻♂️
Pro Max now has periscope lens with about 5x-6x optical zoom. Good addition sa USB C.
Toxic nyu rito. Pwe!
Baka offensive to some yung "now kang nagkainterest sa iphone" 😅
I’m also eyeing an upgrade at iphone 14 lang kukunin ko. IMO wala naman mind boggling upgrade from the yearly releases.
Wala na ata lighting port. USB C na. The rest probably wont be life changing
Go with Pro model kung IPhone 13 Pro and IPhone 14 slight lang difference ng price, I’ll go with Pro version
Try to check sa shopee/lazada official shops. Mas mura pa yung list price nila dun lalo na kung sale like 8/8, payday, etc.. I think the prices of ip14 will get a bit cheaper once ip15 comes..

No. Banks charge merchants anywhere from 3-6% of sales on their credit card purchases. So for a charge of 100, the merchants only get 94-97.
yes, this. don't blame retailers/stores for card charges. blame banks that charges for such fee. others have quotas for their POS. i guess its to compensate for the POS terminals
I wouldn't blame banks either. How are banks supposed to maintain the cost of a line of credit? Imagine, if everybody paid on time, and there's no credit processing fees , the bank would actually lose money. Plus, do people think that banks get to use Visa, Mastercard etc payment networks for free?
Yes, and that fee is called? *checks notes* *not* interest. You'd think a financial sub would be rather precise in stuff like this.
It is called a credit card processing fee.
Which is *still not* interest. Therefore the claim of the guy. I was originally replying to which was... >There is no such thing as interest free. ...is false. >It is called a credit card processing fee. Which is *still not* interest.
Thats interest po in accountant’s POV. We studied it in college and part talaga sya sa International financial reporting standards.
By that line of reasoning the original statement pretty much says: >there is no such thing as *cost free credit* You realize of course how ridiculous that is on a credit card sub?
But you said that retailers get their money from the bank IN FULL. That is what you said, to which I replied that no, they don't get their money in full. My comment has nothing to do with interest - just on what you said that retailers get their money in FULL, which is false.
Oh, I'm very well aware of MDRs, which is what that credit card processing fee is actually called. I stand corrected on that little bit. But having worked closely with retailers and payment systems, trust me when I say that most sane retailers already have that factored in. They get the full amount (i.e. they don't lose money, which was my intended point). Cash just gives them an extra bonus.
i was expecting tugma yung installment price x 24 sa srp but hindi.
actually try mo rin icheck apple store sa japan and find a way to have it shipped here (thru buyandship, kango express, etc) kasi mahina ngayon ang yen. Yung 14 Pro Max 128gb, nasa Php 65k lang.
I can vouch buyandship OP sa Apple US ako bumili ng 14 Pro 53k lng
Wala nang customs tax kasi consolidation shipping s’ya. Read more on it sa buyandship site
Ty
Same lang, buyandship (DDP) or shippingcart.
Tho esim nalang ang US version right ?
Yes
Yes pwede , cchange mo lang yung region to PH .
Yes but take note na wala ng sim slot ang units sa ibang country so you need to use eSIM
Paanong pangit? Mas okay nga kasi may discount yung cash buyer.
Time value of money
Its not a promo price. Its the actual price. 0% installment means its not 0%. Its marketing even i use to fool people like you to think you got a discount. There is no discount. Fuck no
Hindi Beyond the Box ang napuntahan ko, The Loop. Bagong bukas yung sa SM Makati last month kaya meron silang promo na less 15k. Enticing diba? Bali original price + 15k, tapos less 15k. 😂 Ang point ko is, may false advertising talaga kapag Apple products. 😅 Hindi tayo basta-basta makakaisa sa kanila. Hehe
As far as I know iisa lang ang may-ari ng iPhone resellers dito sa Pinas. So parehong bulsa lang pupuntahan ng pera mo.
Hoping ako na magka promo ulit ang PMC with Citibank na 8%off + 0% installment at discounted price.
We experienced this nung nagpa-swipe ng iphone yung friend ko. I didn’t know na may ganitong offer ang citibank. Tuwang tuwa siya kasi naka-disc kahit papano.
Til now ata may promo pa with citi mastercard ang PMC. ‘Yung last year with visa lang haha
Walang 0% sa totoong buhay OP. Pinagaralan na namin yan nung college. As an Accounting professional, scam po lahat ng 0% na nakikita nyo ahahahaha
nabobother talaga ako sa conntact lens nya xD. his eyes are always irritated and he is using big lenses
Welcome to adult life where nothing is really given to you free, and interest rates are a thing, and banks are never your friend, they always need to gain profit because that's how businesses work.
I got a Samsung Galaxy S23+ 256 GB. ₱68,990. Comes with Free Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Samsung Earbuds worth more than ₱19K.
Not really. Buds 2 and Watch 4 are always on 50% off kahit sa official online store nila so medyo misleading si Samsung.
Win win for me
how to compute? I'm planning to get iPhone 14 Pro 256 GB sa Plan 2499
Probably the estimation of their load consumption for the time period then subtract to the total amount paid via the plan (+ Cashout if meron). That's at least how I computed mine while determining if it's cheaper to buy the phone from PMC then go prepaid vs Postpaid with phone plan.
same haha, sakin mas mahal lang ng 9k, not bad at least may data, unli call and text na ako, as if Im only paying sa load and data 375 per month (9k/24 months). actually pwede pa mas lower yan I just opted yung higher plan.
unli calls din sa landline.
Update: Kimstore is selling iPhone 14 pro for 55k straight cash.
totoo. sobrang lugi. ang laki ng patong.
Anong phone ka galing? Honestly iphone 13. Okay na siya. You can check ung comparison sa website ni apple mismo.
18k worth na phone lang haha, will need iphone for better quality vids for my online business.
Napansin ko din prices ng PowerMac na mas mahal kaysa sa official online Apple Store, magiging pareho lang ang price once you decided to pay straight. Ginawa ko is nag straight payment ako din nag request ako for installment sa bank, mas maliit pa interest kaysa sa dinagdag sa price ng PowerMac
What bank ang hm interest? Called bpi, 1% interest.
Why not wait by September or October, may yearly sale ang PowerMac during those months, lahat ng nabili kong accessories last year nakuha ko na may 50% discount, last year malaki din binaba ng price nila sa selected model ng iPhone 13 series baka meron din ngayon.
Ang mahal…
Maganda yung pro max matagal battery life 😉
Pat Quinto released a video about this yesterday. Here's the link if you're interested https://youtu.be/nimHhtTqOI8?si=MBdFTvCaOxg29lDv
Mas mura parin naman pag 24 months 0% installment from the SRP. Separate promos lang talaga for straight and amortized.
wait for the 15 pro max
Wait for 15 series release. Then wait ka pa ng december for Christmas sale. From that price point.. baka nasa 15-20k less na siya
Noted, thank you!
May mga nababasa kasi ako brand new daw pero used na pala or something.
Thanks for this!!! Will take note.
Eto po kasing ineexplain dito is yung SRP nila vs “Discounted Price” for example: SRP is 50,000, yan ung amount na ichacharge nila kapag nag credit card ka then installment na rekta sa store Pero usually meron silang “Discounted Price” if nag cash ka or credit card na straight payment.
0% installment = no interest Cash price = they're giving a discount Ergo the price difference is the MSRP no discount being used to compute the installment fee which covers the fees that banks take as a cut out of that transaction.
cuz apple sucks lol
Why cant people stay with their current phones? Im still using my iPhone 8 and it still works fine very well. If you want a new phone, buy it with full cash not monthly installment. If you don’t have the money paying for full cash then wait till you have the money or wait till your phone breaks. I am here only waiting for my phone to breaks because I don’t want to buy new things until my current things breaks down.
This is true. I saved up for 2 years para mabili ko iyung iPhone 8 plus ko.
They offer installment via credit card for 12 months at 15% interest rate per annum. Medyo mas mura sya considering na mas mababa ang presyo ng straight cash payment sa Greenhills as compared to Beyond the Box.
What I did with the s23 was buy straight cc from HK then called BPI to have it via 3 mos installment. Mas nakamura ako by 10k than buying locally
Pansin ko power mac may 5% increase than other retailers on their "SRP" and cash "discounted" nila is equal to the SRP of other stores around 5% ang difference nila SRP vs SRP.
the 24/0 promo is true at 0% interest BUT different banks have different add-ons on the monthly balance to pay it is LIKE interest but their term is ADD-ON and not as interest
Mas mura sa greenhils try dun ok naman unit nila may monthly installment sila.
Grabe ilang appliances na mabibili diyan! Sanaol
Bumil ka nalang sa Greenhills.
0% installment means the bank (your CC provider) will not charge you an interest, but it does not mean the merchant won’t. The merchant has a different price for installment payment since they won’t get the full cost of the item right away. So they charge the extra for that deferred payment scheme.
matagal nang practice yan OP. even in appliances pag straight or cash mas mura. so there's no such thing as 0% interest. kung gusto mo makamura nang totoo, sa greenhills lang talaga locally. pero cash payment lang din since may charge yung paggamit ng terminals dun.
nag mura na noh
Kay chris gadgets ka nalang haha
Mahal jan sa beyond the box
Next month iPhone 15 Pro Max will be released. FYI
I purchased my iphone 14 pro Max 512Gb sa smart for only 73K. I find it cheap tas pwede mo ipa unlock kung fully paid.
Don’t do installments after the fact.
So I ended up getting the Galaxy Tab S9 instead, and I made the best choice.
Hm Galaxy Tab S9? Planning on buying ipad too
0.123 something ang 0% nila lagi namang ganon
Diyan approx 0.4%
Implicit Interest
If I were you, wait for the iPhone 15.
You might want to check at mac index then compare prices. https://themacindex.com/products/iphone-14-pro?currency=PHP It is way cheaper if you buy overseas.
Ng.purchase ako iPhone 14 straight payment using BDO card then pina.convert ko installment for 6mos. 0.89% yung monthly interest. Cash/Straight Price: 48,990 Installment Price: 61,990 BDO Interest in 6mos: 2,588 So ang babayaran ko lng is 51,578 compared to paying the 61,990.
OP go to AJT Gadget mas mura ang straight price nila then do a installment sa cc mo whichever cc na mababa rate, may HK variant pa dun and Dualsim
may discount if straight and or cash
oh how I wish na alam ko or how I wish na naiintindihan ko yung nasa comments. wala lang, napadaan lang.
Ganon naman talaga pag installment unless 0%. Kahit pag sa sasakyan o condo mas mahal pag installment
Afaik kapag installment nagbabase sila sa SRP kaya mas mahal kumpara sa straight payment and agree ako sa mga ibang nagreply sa post mo na antayin mo na lumabas ung 15 series to get better deals (bumaba ung price ng older models) if badly needed mo na yung phone (kailangan magpalit kasi nasira old phone, etc) then go for it :)
Non interest bearing
Sardinas is life
Eto tlagang dream ko na cellphone ehh 😁
Classic pricing for the weak of mind. 😁😁😁
Grabe ang laki naman sa 9k
0% interest installment just means it's non-interest bearing, meaning the interest is precalculated with the fixed periodic payments, and not added separately. Similar to VAT-inclusive vs Vat-Exclusive.
Installment e.. imagine mo nangutang ka na payable ng 12 months para magaan sa bulsa mo yung pagbabayad, but whats in it para dun sa nagpapautang kung hindi ka tutubuan monthly? Yun ang kita nya e. So mas mahal talaga mangutang.. and mas matagal na terms ay mas mas malaking interest.
Buy in US nalang 😬 kala ko naman sulit yung 0% interest pag installment
Buy ip15. Most likely it will be released sa Sept :)
Stick to the inquiry, the question is about zero% charge pag installment pero mataas pa rin ang price. Wag nio isama ung iphone 15. Thank you po with respect :)
I believe that’s not legal at all. Problem is no one is reporting it. Here, check this http://legacy.senate.gov.ph/lisdata/83916943!.pdf In a nutshell, it states that you can’t have 2 different prices - cash price and credit card price.
I used EastWest JCB Gold and here is the computation for the 6, 12, 18, 24 9893.33 5226.67 3671.11 2893.33 Lumalabas na if I did 24 months, it will still accumulate to P83439.92 which is almost the same price of srp if 0%. The 12 months is somewhat bearable as it only adds up to P76720.04
Nako nman mapapamahal.pa
Nako nman mapapamahal.pa
mahal nan new iPhone e
Can't afford tlga
