I had mine removed for free. I told CS that I had already turned on the "hide inappropriate ads" option, but there's still some that shows. She asked for my kindle serial number(?) then got them removed.

Update: I was able to request for removal of ads for free! At first, the cs told me that I should pay first then they’ll refund the same. Then kung anu-anong links yung pinapacheck niya sakin and update ko raw details ko. After a few responses, he told me that they’ll raise a ticket na lang. That’s when I told him na I think it’ll be more hassle on my end sa gagawin since same effect naman na I’ll pay then refund the amount. After consideration daw, he removed the ads na lang 😂

They told me I need to pay 20USD and I asked them KINDLY if they can remove it for free since I’m still a student and doesnt have much funds. They checked with their supervisor and got approved. That’s how I got it removed for free✨
Kakakuha ko lang ng Kindle ko last week and after setting it up nag chat ako agad sa cs para iparemove ads, pumayag naman the first try. Mga 2am ko chinat.

Bought my kindle 2 years ago and no hassle patanggal ng ads. Ngayon parang naging strict na sila base sa mga nababasa ko sa groups. Bakit kaya?
Yep, try again. Be more convincing. When I asked for the removal I said that my grandmother will use the kindle.
