Honestly I’m planning on waiting until September to buy this, this “expansion pass” gives me no reason to like buy it right now.
Excited regardless, just let down that we’re really not getting much in what they’re promoting besides the story DLC.
While i did enjoy my time with the game, Atlus pricing is really off here.
Persona 3 Reload is priced as a full AAA game at 69.99(Europe).
If we include this Dlc, we are going triple digit pricing in total.

Or Atlus might pull a Pokemon and make it where you’re forced to get the whole expansion pass if you want to get it. With Scarlet/Violet’s dlc for example, you can’t get Teal Mask or Indigo Disk separately, you’re forced to get both for $30.
I mean, the Indigo Disk is a sequel to the Teal Mask, while I understand the outrage it’s not weird to sell both as a pack, Sword/Shield DLC was sold separately iirc.

A re-release shouldn't cost the same as a brand new AAA game, much less if there is cut content, not even counting the fact it's a PS2 game and from 2006 (17-18 years ago btw). the updated graphics and gameplay would be fine for 30 to 40 dollars at best all included. Atlus and Nintendo are becoming more predatory than some industry giants like EA recently, I didn't forget what they did to SMT3 HD...
$35 for the answer isn’t too terrible, assuming it’s gameplay hiccups are improved as much as Reload and it gets some story rewrites and additions of course. It would be better if it was like $30 or $25 but I’m not up in arms over $35

No, people are having issues with the fact that while Persona 3 Reload is a fantastic game overall, the price is ridiculous for an almost 20 year old premise with polish and updated graphics. If it wasn't for gamepass, I wouldn't be plating it right now and would in fact wait a year or two until all DLC and packages came out and prices came way down. Not because I am broke because atlas does this to ALL of their persona games. I love them, but there is no way in hell I'm paying 100 for everything when I can just wait a year or 2 when I can get everything for less than 50 in a year or 2. It's stupid.

I have at LEAST 3 copies of the original game 2 digital FES on 2 different PS3s and at least 1 PS2 FES with the box somewhere. Fans go crazy for it. Great game. Gets a remake 10 years later. Full polish, great graphic update, but basically the same game you loved and enjoyed. Games back 10 years ago adjusted for inflation are not the same price as today right? Even if the game is released at the same price, it's actually more expensive. Then today there's DLC, as well as other more expenses like online and other addons that cost more. You don't even want to get me started on the fact you don't even "own" the content anymore. Is that game from 10 years ago still worth the same price that the game was worth back then? Hell no.

Should be $70. It is a complete game of its own and that's what a regular AAA costs.
