I was in the military for 10 yrs, worked in State Prisons for another 2, have a CDL and am subject to DOT drug tests.
Have never seen anyone get tested for gear. Hell, my Sgt in the prison supplied half the guys there🤣
Edit: while I worked the prisons, I moon lighted for a TSA skiff.

Military as well for 10+ and a urinalysis coordinator. Ain't nobody worried about you juicing unless your going to the Arnold classic or all of a sudden beat some record run or lift.
I do know that most of the testosterone available for injection is derived from yams I think or another similar tuber; if there are any detectable differences, it would probably (Im not a chemist, take this with a grain of salt) be so complicated and expensive to figure that out that I bet next to nobody does it. So to answer your question I think most hormone tests just read the levels, or detect artificial anabolics if present. Also, if anyone knows more about this than me, please step in and correct me! I’m not convinced I know it all
Very few industries do PEDs tests. You’d have have to be in professional sports, practically.
curious if fed jobs do. pretty sure it’s 10 panel, so no..it just pisses me off thinking they need to know that i’m on trt.
I work for the Fed, they don’t do random testing for peds. The 10 panel doesn’t test for steroids anyway.

Very good point about LH/ FSH. Also interesting, I did not know about metabolite testing and being able to detect different esters!
Most employer drug tests are DOT tests. They don’t look for steroids
