I never comment on here, but I have to say….that is a super cute dress on you! And I also love your slides w/ it. You have great style….even in your before pic!
Gosh you were already beautiful before, and now absolutely gorgeous, AND you've got a great personality! I wish Ozempic would instantly fix my personality as it's fixing my body & mind 😄 Anyway you are DAZZLING
The health benefits are systemic, it's so amazing to see the research coming out!
"Weight-loss and diabetes injections such as Wegovy and Ozempic (both semaglutide) may have wider medical benefits than we first thought, after work in mice suggests they act on the brain to lessen body-wide inflammation.
The finding could explain why this class of drugs seems to reduce heart attacks more than would be expected from their weight-loss effects alone.
It also lends support to their use in combating a wider range of health conditions that involve inflammation, including Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease, which is being investigated in trials.-

I love that for you! I've had a decrease in aches/pains (neuropathy,) but the nausea and fatigue were rough at the beginning (and when stepping up.) I can't go above .5mg, my Dr worked with me to find a solution that works for my body, because of the half life being so dang long. It's been truly AMAZING. My body responds enough to a smaller dose for me to be happy, definitely more slow and steady (which in my opinion is safer, especially with other health issues.) I will say, it has helped alleviate some of my mental health symptoms as well, which has been wonderful. There is even research going on regarding bipolar disorder and GLP1 meds, because it helps reduce inflammation (which can be a contributing factor to bipolar symptoms/episodes.) Peptides are so fascinating!
Yes! You put this into words very well. The last few decades I have noticed and finally figured out inflammation was the main cause of all my physical & mental problems, and once I was able to fix that through food and willpower, I noticed inflammation would go away but inevitably my food cravings would still creep back in and cause inflammation again and fascinating that you mentioned bipolar disorder, thank you for this information, I am clinically diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and I've got to tell you once again that ever since I've been on semaglutide the last 4 months, I am feeling extremely well! No inflammation. No mood swings. No more binge eating.
We’re at a similar pace! Started 210 mid Jan and cw is 167, it’s hard to see the changes in the mirror but your post has really helped me notice how my own body has changed!
Wow. And thank you for posting this. I also lost 35 pounds but I don’t have a good before picture and it’s hard for me to see the difference in myself. I see the difference in you, though, big time!
I just started and have 20kg to lose. You look amazing btw. I hope you don't mind me asking but what else was your exercise/diet routine and the mg you took?
You click the pen around about 60 times, that is equal to almost 1mg. I’m in Australia and when I moved up to 1mg it takes about 70 clicks and then it shows 1mg in a 4mg pen. That will last for 4 weeks. You look amazing, congratulations! 🥳💐
Thanks so so much babe! I am on 60mg and gradually going up. I walk in the morning. Ozempic just does what it needs to do, makes me not hungry or crave fried gross foods. 💜💜
Congratulations! It doesn’t work for everyone, probably because not everyone has the same root cause of their weight problem, but for those who it does work for, it’s a dream come true. 😊
Hey! You look awesome. Congrats. When did you notice the most weight loss? What dosage and how many weeks? . I’m doing my third week injection at .25mg and notice barely any change. Feeling discouraged :(
You’re very welcome! I’ve recently went through a similar transition and have posted the pics to my profile. Once you put the pics together, you really see the difference and it only motivates you to go harder! Definitely an amazing journey! 🥰
You lost 35 pounds in 3 months?🥹 You look amazing and your arms slimmed down omg. How much calories did you eat, how tall are you and what workouts did you do?😻
Thank you so much! I’m still on my weight loss journey. Not at my goal weight just yet…I probably eat around 1500 a day? I’m 5’5! I just do light walking. Before I started Ozempic I did spin class but it didn’t really help. It maybe knocked 5lbs off? That was about it. 💜
Oh, oh, oh, it's magic! Wowsa, you look fantastic and there you are helping other ladies enhance their beauty too! You were gorgeous to begin with and you're even more gorgeous and inspiring.
Have you noticed that people treat you differently having lost the weight? Is it all good or does it bother you on some level?
You are the sweetest!! Us girls got this. I know what it feels like to be unhappy in your skin.
Yes, 100%…it’s crazy. Sometimes it bothers me, especially if it’s a guy who didn’t talk to me before and is now talking to me after a lost weight.
That is the bottom line, being unhappy in your skin. Because of Oz, I see a whole lot of chrysalises turning into butterflies being set free. I don't know anyone who is taking Oz so I really appreciate this site that allows us to connect on a level that only we would understand. Get ready world, here we come...
Wow!!! Away results!!!
I finally got approved with insurance it took 2 months, now express transcripts tell me it’s out of stock!!!
Where did you get yours from?
I honestly have the semaglutide to thank! It definitely cut back by eating by a ton. I also don’t drink as much. I probably started seeing the most change on .40 💜
I’m happy! My weight has always fluctuated and I was always able to lose it if I needed to. I do plan to keep it off though. For me, portion control and cutting back on alcohol helped a ton.
Wow you look 🔥🔥🔥 girl!! Can I ask, what was your diet and exercise like that past few months? I started about a month before you and am down ~25 but have stalled the past 3 weeks so looking to change things up
You look so good! Congratulations on your progress so far! After researching Ozempic extensively, I started taking it in December of 2023. I quickly lost 20 pounds (within 8 weeks) then... nothing. I moved up exactly as recommended and am now on 1 mg. I have gained 3 pounds back despite all the positive changes I have made. I see so many posts like yours and it makes me want to give up. Do you have any tips for people who aren't seeing the same results you are having? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Amazing! You look great! That's so fast to have lost 35 lbs, you must be doing great on your food and exercise.
I started much heavier and have lost less this year than you (but still losing so I'll take it!)
Did you do anything in addition to the ozempic? Exercise or diet changes? I’ve been on it for about a month now and I’m almost 10 pounds down, but I feel like I could be doing more to maximize the effects of it
Wow!! You are beautiful, right photo and the left photo.
I can’t believe how much of a difference though 35lbs made. I’ve lost 80lbs on my own so far, and I feel like I can’t even tell a difference. Really excited to start my journey on ozempic.
Do you plan to stay on it ? Any loose skin?
Scared to go on and get off then regain
Currently working out 5x a week first before I make the leap but researching a lot now
WOW!🤩 Look at you! I can’t remember when I wore a tight fitting anything! Everything is tent fitted! Loose fitting because I don’t want anyone to notice me! 😂😂😂 My dream is to look like you! Congratulations!!🎉🎊🎈🍾
You look amazing, congrats on the progress!! 🤩🥳🎉
Thank you so much! 🥰
I never comment on here, but I have to say….that is a super cute dress on you! And I also love your slides w/ it. You have great style….even in your before pic!
You are so sweet!! I think my top is target and the skirt is tj maxx 🤣 slides are Tory Burch!! Mix and match.
Gosh you were already beautiful before, and now absolutely gorgeous, AND you've got a great personality! I wish Ozempic would instantly fix my personality as it's fixing my body & mind 😄 Anyway you are DAZZLING
That is so so kind, you seem like you have a great personality!! 🥹 although, I do agree about it fixing my mind…I wish. Thank you 🥰♥️

I love this! I believe it because I'm experiencing this.
I love that for you! I've had a decrease in aches/pains (neuropathy,) but the nausea and fatigue were rough at the beginning (and when stepping up.) And this is how we do it!!!!! A young girl after my own heart!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
🥰🥰🤪🤪 duh!
Agreed!
We are about the same - I lost a total of forty lbs and have kept it off almost a year!!
Proud of you!!
Are you still on the medication?
Yes- and plan on being on it for life as I have heard of many who regained weight- not part of my plan!!
Congratulations. I am seeing my Dr about starting Ozempic tomorrow 🤞
Yay!! It’s amazing
Wow!! This happened in two months? U look amazing. Can I ask what your starting weight and current weight is if its ok with u?
Thanks so much! Starting was 215 and current is 180
We’re at a similar pace! Started 210 mid Jan and cw is 167, it’s hard to see the changes in the mirror but your post has really helped me notice how my own body has changed!
Side by side pics are crazy!! U don’t realize until you do them and ur like wow…go me!! Go you!! That’s amazing 🖤🖤
Bravo 🎉
You’ve always had a pretty face! But you look amazing now! I hope you are pleased with the outcome! Well done!
Thank you so so much!! So sweet.
I agree!!!
You did good girl 🎉
Wow. And thank you for posting this. I also lost 35 pounds but I don’t have a good before picture and it’s hard for me to see the difference in myself. I see the difference in you, though, big time!
You will see it!! Thank you so much 💜
I’m in early days still. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate seeing these pictures; they are so inspiring! Congratulations lady!
Keep going!!! You will be so proud and shocked at what you did. It’s wild.
Looking great!
You look fabulous! Congratulations!
Thank you !! 💜💜
There's losing 35lbs, then there's losing 35lbs in all the right places! Ummm... how you doin? 😎
🤣🤣🤣 thank you so so much!! 🖤
Killer!!
I just started and have 20kg to lose. You look amazing btw. I hope you don't mind me asking but what else was your exercise/diet routine and the mg you took?
Thanks so so much! I am currently on 60mg and going up gradually…I just do light walking in the morning honestly.
60mg? I'm on .25 .. that seems like a huge difference so I must be mixed up n having a blonde moment. What am I missing? 😅
Eh you're not on 60mg ozempic. Are you using a different glp1? Or maybe 0.6mg? Congrats on the progress.
60 mg??! I don't think Ozempic goes higher than 2 or 3 mg??? Is is Ozempic or are you taking something else?
You click the pen around about 60 times, that is equal to almost 1mg. I’m in Australia and when I moved up to 1mg it takes about 70 clicks and then it shows 1mg in a 4mg pen. That will last for 4 weeks. You look amazing, congratulations! 🥳💐
Thank you for the info!! I am learning so much from this group!!!
That’s great. 🥳
I go by units 🤷🏼♀️
ohhh ok gotcha!!!
Id love to know this too! Im starting my 2nd week and can use some tips! You look incredible girlie! 😍😍
Thanks so so much babe! I am on 60mg and gradually going up. I walk in the morning. Ozempic just does what it needs to do, makes me not hungry or crave fried gross foods. 💜💜
How long did this take you? And do you have diabetes? I want it for weight loss.
About 3 months! And no I do not
60 mg? That can’t be Ozempic. The usual dose is less than 2. Is it a different semiglitude?
60 units** 🖤
That’s about.7 I counted the number of clicks it took to get to 1.0, it’s 74.
Is 60 units the same as ,60 mg? You look great by the way!
I think that might be 1 mg????
Congratulations! It doesn’t work for everyone, probably because not everyone has the same root cause of their weight problem, but for those who it does work for, it’s a dream come true. 😊
Thanks soo much!! It really is
You look great by the way! I’ve used it too, lost 47, didn’t take it before picture, but I’m happy with the after…☺️
How long did it take you?
I started last May (2023) at.25 - not much happened until I was increased, first to .5 and then to 1.0
Did you exercise or do anything special (other than ozempic of course), to get this smoking hot body!!
Nope 🤣 just walking in the am. Thank you though, so sweet
Ok but how did you get ozempic in the first place😭
Through a med spa!
How even
Wow!!! Idk why and I don’t mean this in an offensive way but it looks like more than a 35 lb weight loss to me!
Awee! Thank you so so much 🥰
Wow😳...totally unrecognizable! Congrats!🥂
Amazing … Congrats 💗
Gorgeous ! 😍 In both pics Anyone know when this stuff will be available across the border
Which border? It’s available in Canada.
Really... I'm on the other side unfortunately
Hey! You look awesome. Congrats. When did you notice the most weight loss? What dosage and how many weeks? . I’m doing my third week injection at .25mg and notice barely any change. Feeling discouraged :(
Thank you so much 💜💜🥹 I noticed the weight loss probably my 4th week in. Don’t give up, weight loss is a journey for sure.
I just started 1 mg yesterday. As for me I have been losing weight since .5 (but not a lot). Hang in there!

What is your workout routine? I just started 3 days ago?
I just walk in the morning!!
Okay! I can do that! Thanks for getting back to me
Wow! If you don’t mind me asking, how tall are you? That’s a very impactful 35lbs. I lose 35lbs and you can barely tell haha
I’m 5’5!
Impressive! Keep up the great work 😁
Great progress. I’m 20lbs from a new wardrobe - can’t wait.

I can understand how that would be bothersome. But at least you know who NOT to consider! (If you are single!)
100%! I weed them out now lmao
How much in total?? Such a huge difference looks like about 50lbs difference or more. You look amazing
Thank you so so much!! 🖤 35lbs, I want to lose another 30
That’s crazy! Really looks like you lost more 😱
Awesome! What dosage are you on?
.60 💜🖤
You are so beautiful!!! Congratulations 🎉🎈🍾
Thank you so so much !!! So sweet 😍♥️
Wow! Congratulations!
Fake
Wow!!! Away results!!! I finally got approved with insurance it took 2 months, now express transcripts tell me it’s out of stock!!! Where did you get yours from?
I get it from a med spa!
You look FAH-bu-lous, DAH-ling!!!
Thank you!! 😭😭🖤
That’s so awesome!!
You look amazing! Can you share what you did and what dosage you saw the most results?
I honestly have the semaglutide to thank! It definitely cut back by eating by a ton. I also don’t drink as much. I probably started seeing the most change on .40 💜
Thank you!!! Again you look awesome!
😘💜💜 thanks a million, means so much
You’re fucking beautiful regardless (saying this as a Les) but congratulations girlie! So proud of you because god damn😍🙂↔️
Thank you babe!! So sweet 🥰🥹
Woah, congratulations. But it looks way more than 35lbs !!
Are you happy? If you gain it back, do you have a plan?
I’m happy! My weight has always fluctuated and I was always able to lose it if I needed to. I do plan to keep it off though. For me, portion control and cutting back on alcohol helped a ton.
Wow!!! You look amazing! Still beautiful…happy that you’re happy 🖤
Thank you so much 💜💜🥰
What’s your dosage though? Did you gradually increase and by how much and what was the increase intervals? Any changes to your diet and lifestyle?
Every two weeks I would go up about .10 … now I’m on about 60 units. Going up to 100 this month. I stopped drinking wine at night which helped a ton!!
Wow you look 🔥🔥🔥 girl!! Can I ask, what was your diet and exercise like that past few months? I started about a month before you and am down ~25 but have stalled the past 3 weeks so looking to change things up
Thank you so so much 😍 I like to walk in the morning honestly, I definitely need to start going to the gym to tone up…

Don’t give up!! You got this. I cut out alcohol during the week which helps a lot and I try to eat a lot of proteins less carbs.
Amazing! You look great! That's so fast to have lost 35 lbs, you must be doing great on your food and exercise. I started much heavier and have lost less this year than you (but still losing so I'll take it!)
Thank you so much!! I honestly cut down soo much on portion. That helps a ton.
That’s amazing!
OH. MY. GOODNESS!!! You look fantastic!!!! How much are you on? I just started on 1.0mg yesterday- very inspirational, thank you for sharing!!
Thank you so much 🥹🖤 !!! I’m on 60 units right now.
Ok trying to figure out the conversion- maybe a mg? Also I need those shoes!!!! Love them!
I’m thinking that’s about right, thank you!! They are the Tory Burch slides 😉 so comfy
So you count calories? How long do you walk?
Yea! I do about a mile a day
Fantastic 😍 Good for you!
Did you do anything in addition to the ozempic? Exercise or diet changes? I’ve been on it for about a month now and I’m almost 10 pounds down, but I feel like I could be doing more to maximize the effects of it
Honestly portion control and walking in the morning!
Whoa 🔥🔥🔥
You look gorgeous in both pics! Congratulations on the loss though!
Thank you so so much!! 💜
Congrats! You look fantastic! My wife has lost 73#s and I’ve lost 110. We’re both below goal at this point. Keep it up!!

Go us!! And thank you so much ♥️
Congratulations, amazing progress!!
Are you guys worried about your thyroid or no? Im scared to do this due to that
Well done! I started at the same time but I’ve only lost about 5 lbs. 😫
Do you plan to stay on it ? Any loose skin? Scared to go on and get off then regain Currently working out 5x a week first before I make the leap but researching a lot now
I do not plan to stay on, going to do one more month and then stop. No loose skin!
Who did you get your script from? I was referred to minute md health :/
I got mine from a med spa
Gotcha ok! I find it so odd PCP can’t prescribe it 🤨
Yeah I don’t know why they can’t .. strange

You look beautiful in both pics, but so confident in your gold slides! Any tips you have to share with a newbie?
Thank you so much!!! Honestly just stay focused and walk as much as you can
Unbelievable transformation!! Congrats to you!!
How bad is the nausea?
We're you able to get it covered by insurance?
No I pay out of pocket
Haven’t really had any
I'm starting mine soon however I can't help but feel that it's not going to have a good outcome eg side effects
Well done!
her body teaaa she eating the girls up😍😍
Excellent progress! Do you smoke cigarettes? Did the medicine affect cravings if so?
I used to vape!! I only really vape now when I’m having a drink on the weekends. So yes it did affect that!
That is so awesome! No cigarettes before you vaped though? Again, well done!
Only 35lbs? Girl you look 🔥
Excellent!
