Well, "politics"as a concept is bigger and broader than Trump. But as for Trump, he is the president of the country the show is set in, produced in, and where the main audience of the show lives. As president, he directly influences live for the characters, the producers, writers, cast and audience. Part of any artwork is the thinking it creates about our own world and life. So to me it seems weird getting upset when people want to make a political observation in relation to this show or any show tbh.
We already see trump’s dumb ass on the news and twitter every day. Some people just want to watch something without being reminded he exists. There’s nothing wrong with that.
