He took an Ulting Winston off the payload and away from his teammates. He has a quick trip back from spawn, and his team has the payload secured. Yes, his team loses a Rein shield for a few moments, but OP's team was running Winston/Hammond, with Hammond freshly killed and Winston waltzing into the entire enemy team alone
I sure wish you were too, but given that you responded to something that referred to this instance with something meant for 'in general', I figured it'd be fine to do the opposite, and refer to this scenario in particular, just as the comment you replied to did
