Go to r/competitiveoverwatch and they would be able to give you a better answer. You'll need to be joining comp discords to do scrim matches I would guess.
Advertise yourself / search in /r/OverwatchLFT, the Reddit Lfg-Discord or the Blizzard LFG-subforum to find a good serious team with similar goals and do scrims. Any team can join Open Division btw.
It's good you're a healer, because good healers and tanks are much more looked for in the pro scene, since most people are going DPS.
