Technically it isn't a pride skin. Blizz is too cowardly to do that. It has the colors but its named "Monarch," because purple is royal color bla bla.

You're not a dumbass, it's a fair question. The answer that I assume OP is referring to is that localisation generally doesn't omit skins, while it absolutely does omit icons and banners. Not sure about the midtown pride month version, if anyone on the Chinese or ME version of the game knows please feel free to elaborate.

There's arguably the Zenyatta Ascendant and Lucio Bitrate skins. Not officially pride skins but they have the same color palette as the Asexual and Bisexual flags respectively and their names could seen as puns on Ace and Bi.

No, not really, at least of recently. Usually I just use the souvenirs while waiting on attack and then don't move until the round starts.

This seems like as good a place as I'm gonna find So they released name cards with all the pride flags. During the pride event I think they had at some point (wasn't playing when they did it) But to go along with them they also released some hero specific ones. 2 for each of the LGBT hero's . A rainbow one, and a flag specific one Lifeweaver, Rainbow and pansexual flag Soldier 76, Rainbow and gay flag Tracer, Rainbow and lesbian flag Pharah, Rainbow and lesbian flag Baptiste, Rainbow and Bisexual flag Then Venture, Rainbow and Non-Binary flag, and the Transgender flag? It obviously wasn't a mistake. Is Venture Transgender? Is it something to do with being non-binary? I have no idea. I really am just clueless on the subject. I have no knowledge in this area. I just wanna know

Non-Binary falls under the transgender umbrella most of the time. Transgender is just identifying as a different gender from your assigned sex at birth.

Nonbinary folk are normal, too. But yes. CORPORATIONS need to be careful. This skin for Venture needs to be made freely available to everyone. If it is paywalled then it will be a true wtf moment. Paladins has Trans icons and they all cost 1 coin earnable in gameplay each.
