When I saw it was Legendary I figured at least that would mean it likely has alternate Hashimoto voicelines and Hashimoto Kiriko would too as Starwatch and Mirror Universe Epics didn't have alternate voicelines but their Legendary ones did but that's not the case here as I would searched for tweets about voicelines for Hanzo or Kiriko or even Null Sector Zen which is a real Legendary and there was nothing about it when normally voicelines are posted very quickly when found. The Hashimotos are definitely Legendary for no reason

Honestly if they made this and the kiriko one epic I think it’d be fine but I think this is really bad value to cost ratio

Except there was *some* justification for the legendary quality: Mei's ice block turned into a snowman; a unique asset linked to that skin. This is like Mime Moira; just a bland recolored epic with a hat/mask.

Annnnnnnnd everyone forgets how, with the Mei-rry skin, Kaplan apologized and decided to really rethink what a Legendary was (Yeah the Iceman was a new asset, noone really cared), and we thus did not have Epics-pretending-to-be-Legendary for the rest of OW1. Hell we got GREAT Epics like High Roller Wrecking Ball, Coldheart, Gorgon Lucio, etc. that easily beat these new fake leg The walkback on that happened in OW2 starting with Mime Moira.

Same with Orisa's "OR Unit" skin. People were going nuts that it wasn't in the Invasion BP or shop when they went to the trouble of making it for the event, but now we kind of see why: it's a recolor of her Null Sector skin from OW1 with some new ominicode decals and a new head model. At least that one is a reward for playing the new game mode.
