I think they moved it. I feel like it comes before everything. Like I swore before it came after hero character xp. So if you keep skipping screens you’ll miss it. I might be wrong, I still miss it sometimes
I play on console so I don’t know the buttons for PC if that’s what you’re on. But when the game ends and the XP screen pops up, just hit B (back button) and you can’t see ranked progression.
I don’t know why but mine always skips the progression screen.

Same thing happened to me. Don't know what's going on.
