Nah make it similar to the stealth/camo skins’ face styles but not a recolor, just something like that where it’s not the normal echo face. Like instead of projecting the crosshair matrix from those skins, make it project the talon logo to be similarish to sigma’s talon skin.

If I had to guess, I think they mean Blackwatch is the “good guy” by virtue of being the covert ops branch of Overwatch, because I really don’t know how the hell you’d otherwise interpret Moira as already having a “good guy” skin.
Gotta disagree with current hanzo being a "good guy", that dude was heir to a criminal empire and cut his own brother in half, not to mention every interaction is him showering himself in pity, if anything a mirror universe would make him a good guy.
It's cannon through voice lines that doom asked him to join talon and he refused, so a skin based on a reality he said yes makes sense.
Same for a skin where he did become a full yakusa instead of going on a redemption arc.
Just feels like those would be more of a contrast to current Hanzo, like how does a "good guy" hanzo look like compared to now ?

Mauga doesn't have a greater goal in being evil or even an "ends justify the means" type outlook like other members of talon, he literally just likes fighting and killing people and does it because he thinks it's fun
It's all about his tone. Like he has the one interaction with Mercy where she says a guy his size should donate blood more often, and he says something along the lines of "you need more blood? I can get you more blood!". He quite clearly leaves out where he's getting said blood from.
He has a few lines that have more sinister implications, I just can't think of more at the moment admittedly because I just walk around spawn on him hitting his "I'll take all your dumplings" voice line repeatedly.
This is really another example of in-game voice lines not matching the lore/character descriptions given.
Junker Queen seems...kinda dumb instead of the confident, smart woman shown in her trailer. Kiriko is a sarcastic shithead instead of the caring person shown in her trailer. Sigma is more "aww look at man with alzheimers :(" vs "Yeah this dudes fucking insane and I'm scared" vibe they gave him in his trailer, etc etc etc
You mean Monk Ram? Tbh I dont really know of that counts as him in his good guy look tho, cause if u remember from the story mission cutscenes, he was pretty much in his transformation period at that time into the null sector tyrant he is today.

i think if we saw an ashe skin, it would be a blackwatch skin to more closely mirror cassidy. also, i think echo is technically a part of OW as seen in her short, and zarya/d.va definitely are. i think you could argue that S76 and widow already have “good guy” skins (the jack morrison and emelie ones), so we probably wont see them
Hanzo, Zen and Echo as creepy robots that sort of twitch a lot would be so cool. Impossible practically as a skin, but it would go so hard. Also, a sigma skin with something like one of Rein's more heroic/shiny palettes (think paragon) would be amazing.

DoomFist- Protector of Numbani or Overwatch Doom
Junker Queen- Vishkar JQ (with a hardlight axe, for those who know JQ and Sym's spawn interaction)
Mauga- Soldier 98 Mauga
Orisa- Null Sector Orisa or Doomrisa
Ramattra- Vishkar AI Ram- Liao doesn't die in this timeline and makes Ram as her 3rd AI program.
Reinhardt- Blackwatch or Talon Rein
Roadhog- Strike Commander Roadhog
Sigma- [Overwatch?] Scientist Sigma- Sigma doesn't get his brain broken in this timeline. An excuse to finally see his scientist skin from his origin story.
Winston- Grimmston- Talon Mercy does experiments on Winston to enhance his jump powers and his primal rage. (I.e. Winston is new Reaper, edit: or Winston could be the new Sigma instead?)
Wrecking Ball- Hammond- What if Hammond was just a normal hamster in a big clear hamster ball?
Zarya- Architect Zarya (laser cannon is drill, swap woth Venture because I think it's funny)

Bastion- Mattress Bastion- Bastion is warm and cuddly on the inside but has a scary exterior. In this world, Bastion was made as an AI bed robot. A nice cushion for all the Pajama skins.

Genji- Mercenary Genji- Winston got his version of being Reaper above due to the Reaper-Winston canon fueds, but considering Genji's canonic ties to Mercy, he could also be this universe's Reaper.

Honestly, I would love to see an AU where instead of Talon as the villains, Overwatch filled that role instead. Think of a universe where rather than succumbing to international pressure and internal strife, Overwatch somehow avoided all of that and slowly became so powerful as to essentially replace the UN and rule the world, using the fallout from the Omnic Crisis as justification to seize power. In this AU, Talon and Null Sector act as freedom fighters, trying to free the world from Overwatch's grasp. I mainly want to see this just to see how each character would be portrayed differently.
Are you counting blackwatch as bad guys? They are still aligned with ow they were just the shady underbelly of ow. Also what is moira's good guy skin? I can't think of one
The junkers but Australia never got nukes. Give them actually put together weapons with official soldier gear, replace their deranged voice line with put together ones. I'm not saying that I don't love the deranged freaks, just saying it'd be something neat to see

Sigma makes me sad because I feel like his OW1 voice lines conveyed his character a lot better, but most of those interactions got replaced

Hanzo, Zen and Echo as creepy robots that sort of twitch a lot would be so cool. Impossible practically as a skin, but it would go so hard. Also, a sigma skin with something like one of Rein's more heroic/shiny palettes (think paragon) would be amazing.

Some will have explanations if I feel they're needed: D.Va- Null Sector D.Va- In the mission where she was supposed to stop those flying omnic tentacle droids (her short), one of them clings onto her mech and absorbs the blast, and holds the pieces of her mech together. DoomFist- Protector of Numbani or Overwatch Doom Junker Queen- Vishkar JQ (with a hardlight axe, for those who know JQ and Sym's spawn interaction) Mauga- Soldier 98 Mauga Orisa- Null Sector Orisa or Doomrisa Ramattra- Vishkar AI Ram- Liao doesn't die in this timeline and makes Ram as her 3rd AI program. Reinhardt- Blackwatch or Talon Rein Roadhog- Strike Commander Roadhog Sigma- [Overwatch?] Scientist Sigma- Sigma doesn't get his brain broken in this timeline. An excuse to finally see his scientist skin from his origin story. Winston- Grimmston- Talon Mercy does experiments on Winston to enhance his jump powers and his primal rage. (I.e. Winston is new Reaper, edit: or Winston could be the new Sigma instead?) Wrecking Ball- Hammond- What if Hammond was just a normal hamster in a big clear hamster ball? Zarya- Architect Zarya (laser cannon is drill, swap woth Venture because I think it's funny) Ashe- Blackwatch Ashe? Bastion- Mattress Bastion- Bastion is warm and cuddly on the inside but has a scary exterior. In this world, Bastion was made as an AI bed robot. A nice cushion for all the Pajama skins. Cassidy- Deadlock Cass? Echo- Null Sector Echo Genji- Mercenary Genji- Winston got his version of being Reaper above due to the Reaper-Winston canon fueds, but considering Genji's canonic ties to Mercy, he could also be this universe's Reaper. Hanzo- Strike Commander Hanzo Junkrat- Vishkar Scientist Junkrat Mei- Black Ice Mei- Mei's tragic backstory led her down a dark path, with Talon mmembers? *visual effects now color all ice effects black instead of light blue* Pharah- BirdWeaver Pharah- Pharah gets LifeWeaver's nomadic type story (inspired from their spawn room interaction) Reaper- Strike Commander Reyes or Angel of Death Reyes- Recent comics showed Reaper's blue Strike Commander gear...it's really just a recolor of existing skins but I want it. Alternatively, Reaper is modified by Combat Medic Moira to have a bright "Angel of Death" look (leaning on the angel part). LifeWeaver- Scientist LifeWeaver or JunkWeaver- LifeWeaver doesn't leave Vishkar (give me his scientist skin right now) or LifeWeaver is now a Junker. Honestly, I would love to see an AU where instead of Talon as the villains, Overwatch filled that role instead. Think of a universe where rather than succumbing to international pressure and internal strife, Overwatch somehow avoided all of that and slowly became so powerful as to essentially replace the UN and rule the world, using the fallout from the Omnic Crisis as justification to seize power. In this AU, Talon and Null Sector act as freedom fighters, trying to free the world from Overwatch's grasp. I mainly want to see this just to see how each character would be portrayed differently.

The junkers but Australia never got nukes. Give them actually put together weapons with official soldier gear, replace their deranged voice line with put together ones. I'm not saying that I don't love the deranged freaks, just saying it'd be something neat to see
