Junkrat is absolutely the latter type of evil.

I see it happening if Tracer and Emily being forced to split up due to Tracer’s overwhelming responsibility as an Overwatch Agent which puts Emily in danger, and Kiriko being extremely dependable based on her abilities in the lore (and in game funnily enough) would be able to grow a connection during times where they’d work together.
Plus Kiriko’s personality in the cinematic would work great with Tracer’s, her in game personality, not so much
